Chapter 1
Harry and Ginny grabbed onto Lilly’s trolley. Lilly looked up at her mom and she smiled. They run towards the barrier. BAM!!! They hit the wall and Lilly, Harry, Ginny, and the Trolly come toppling over. Lilly looks at the clock trying to figure out why they can’t get through, she turns around to see her parents starring at her. Lilly asks “Why won’t the border let us through? ” Her mum responds in a soft tone “Maybe you should tell her Harry.” Harry looks at his daughter with a look of disgust on his face. Then Harry said ” There could only be 2 reasons why the barrier won’t let you through. The 1st is that you are a Squib, but we know that’s not true because all Hogwarts letters are sent to people who possess some magic. So the only other option is that you don’t belong at Hogwarts!” Lilly woke up with a start sweat was pouring down her whole body. Her mom and dad walked in with a cake shaped like... like Hogwarts! When Ginny saw her daughter with sweat pouring down her she immediately set the cake down to make sure she was okay. “Lilly what’s wrong,” Ginny asked “Nothings wrong,” said Lilly “just a bad dream”
Ginny looked at Harry with a concerned look, Harry walked up to his daughter. “Lilly” Harry said “We need to know about this dream of yours” Lilly looked at her mom then her dad and told them all about her dream. Once she finished Ginny told her that it was okay and that it was just a dream. Lilly nodded then her 2 brothers burst in and yelled “Happy Birthday” James then asked “When do we get to eat the cake? ” Lilly looked at her brother and said “Is that all you care about” James grinned and said “No I also want to open your presents. ” As he said that he dashed down the stairs. Lilly laughed jumped out of bed and ran after her brother, when she came downstairs she was surprised to just see a owl. She looked at her brother and he seemed just as confused, her parents walked downstairs and said this owl came for you. Lilly ran over and thanked the owl. Then ripped open the letter, it read

Dear Mrs. Potter,
We are pleased to inform you that you have been accepted at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Please find enclosed a list of all necessary books and equipment. Term begins 1 September. We await your owl by no later than 31 July.

UNIFORM
First-year students will require:
1.Three sets of plain work robes (black)
2.One plain pointed hat (black) for day wear
3.One pair of protective gloves (dragon hide or similar)
4.One winter cloak (black, with silver fastenings)
Please note that all pupils’ clothes should carry name tags.

1 cauldron (pewter, standard size 2)
1 set glass or crystal phials
1 telescope
1 set brass scales
Students may also bring an owl OR a cat OR a toad.
PARENTS ARE REMINDED THAT FIRST YEARS ARE NOT ALLOWED THEIR OWN BROOMSTICKS
After reading the letter Lilly Squealed with excitement she was so excited to get her wand and to finally go to Hogwarts!!!!!!!!!
