"Y/n I cant live like this anymore.." My whimpering mother said, holding onto my arm. "Okay and what does that have to do with me?" I said , while removing her off of me. "Growing up you treated me like trash, I literally ate dinner at 7/11 EVERYNIGHT! " I yelled. "Y/n..." My mom replied in a soft voice. "Y/N!!' An blaring deep voice yelled at me. I quickly looked at the door that was swung open, It was my father, the person I feared the most. I hurriedly fixed the expression on my face and my posture. He walked towards me with speed, then a slap stung my face. A small smirk appeared on my face. "This is your time to actually be useful for once! My dad said looking me STRAIGHT
in my eyes. "What could I possibly do? " I asked while rubbing my face where I just got slapped. My mother looks at my dad and he looks back at her. "Do you know about the hunter exam? The exam that you have to take to become a hunter. If you become a hunter, and get money, Our family could get out of poverty, and were too old to be doing things like that.. My dad said giving me a persuading look. " And why should I care?" I replied squinting my eyes at him . But I thought to myself, "OH SHUCKS I'm going to get money!"
"Yeah, yeah I'll do it." I said with a sly smirk. "Ok, You leave tomorrow." dad said as he dragged my mom into another room. My family isn't like any other family. Growing up we were poor (and still is) and we couldn't afford NADA . My parents barley even talked to me, unless they needed something. During my free time I would practice fighting and go on missions with my friend killua and his family. But his family, is rich and is full of professional assassins, so I would always be jealous. But if we gotta be honest (I'm the real professional)
I started packing my bags for tomorrow. What the heck.. I thought I was gonna leave like next week or something. I finished packing, even though I had nothing to pack LOL. I jumped on my bed closing my eyes, just wondering what tomorrow has for me.
