Introduction
"Again"
I took a deep breath before firing another arrow. It hit the tree dead in the center, I sighed as a smile made it's way on my face.
"Good I'm proud of you.... Maybe you'll take up after me and not your father"she says, I looked away.
"Yeah"
She grabs the arrow from the tree before making her way towards me ,taking the bow and arrows. She then hands me a gun.
"Fire away"she says, I quickly emptied the clip of bullets into the tree and she grins.
"Natural talent"was all she said.
"One of these days I'm gonna take you to see your father, that'll really kill him" she says, I looked up at the sky and shove the gun in its holder on my leg.
"It's a full moon"

A SUV pulls up, I got in with my mom and I looked out the tinted window.
"Hunter" my mom calls out, I looked at her.
"Yeah?"I said.
"Say hello to your uncle" she says, I smiled leaning forward and wrapping my arms around my uncles neck.
"Hey uncle Chris" I said, he squeezes my arm.
"Hey kiddo"he says, I let go before sitting back. My mom reaches into my holder and grabbing the gun.
"Don't want your cousin getting a hold of this"she says, I nodded giving her a small smile.
"Yeah"

"Hunter!" My cousin squeals rushing to me,we wrapped each other in a hug.
"Oh my god, look at you"I said pulling away and smiling at her.
"Look at me? look at you"she says.
"You're staying?" She asked me, plopping on my bed.
"Yeah, so you start school tomorrow?" I asked her, she nods.
"It's a good thing you're here, at least I'll have one person I know"she says.
"And I can show you off to all the boys in school? oh don't mind if I do"I said, she hits me with a pillow.
"Don't do that" she says blushing, I grinned.
"Of course, I wouldn't wanna embarrass you on your first day"I said, she shakes her head.
"I'm sure you'll find someone you like there too" she says, I rolled my eyes.
"I'm not worried about boys right now, I've just got 3 more years in high school before I get to take a break" I said, the truth was I would be hunting with my mother and my uncle.
"Well everything isn't going to go as planned hunt" she says, I shrugged.
"Of course not"
