"THE HELL YOU DOING TO YOUR HAIR NOW" your sister asked as she watched you struggle to add the extentions in, failing miserably as they only slid out of your soft afro curls.

"I'm making sure that I actually look good for tomorrow," you spoke, using the end of your comb to loosen out the poorly done braids. "I don't wanna deal with the same shit as last year."

One of your soft footballs went flying at your head, as she repreminded you for your language. You stuck your tongue out at her in your usual childish manner, rolling your [e/c] eyes.

"Make sure you iron your shirt and pants as well," she reminded you.

As the soft click of your door hit your ears, your eyes wandered towards the torn envelope that resided itself on your dresser. The small hollographic disk that was sent inside was leant against the wall. It had amazed you how you had managed to get yourself into the school, even scoring second highest in the villain points and one of the highest in rescue points, second best out of everyone. It had still amazed you on how well you did. There was a second reason you were surprised to of made it in.

You didn't exactly fit in with the rest of those students.

As what your father used to day before dissapearing, you stuck out. Not that you was ashamed of it or anything. You enjoyed being different. You enjoyed being darker than the rest,as if you was a delectable piece of [chocolate/caramel]. You enjoyed having your hair stick out as if it was a [H/C] cloud, floating behind you.

You was sat in front of your dresser mirror, still struggling with the braid that slipped and slid away. "Is this even the right hair?" you asked aloud to no one in particular. Sighing with slight irritation, you carefully undid all the plaits.

'There's no point in these dumb box braids if I can't even do them myself.' you said. You placed your hair into your signature lazy style, before lying down in bed. Lamp light switched off and darkness filling the room, your mind began to wonder as you started thinking about your day tomorrow.

'Maybe I'll meet some peng people. Or maybe I'll end up having beef with someone like last time.' Your stomach growled. 'Well, as long as they got good food.'
