as she ran to the kitchen to tell her mom the good news she just received from the hero school. although she didn't care if she was accepted or not, seeing as she just wanted to help people, hero or not, it was still a big thing to get into the hero school.
but she knew her mother would be proud of her, so she took the entrance exam, & none the less, she was accepted with her quirk. soul taker.
soul taker; take soul/s from different people, young or old, & use that to create a big 'plasma' type of quirk.
even if there was a blonde dude with red eyes at the exam who yelled at her for 'taking' his robot & cursing at her to get out the way, y/n felt awesome.
her mother beamed at her, face stretching so much because of the smile that was planted on her face. she shrieked, jumping up & down, bringing y/n into a hug, y/n's face being squished between her chest as she desperately tried to get out of her mother's death grip because she couldn't breath.
"i'll make you f/f right away! i'm so proud of you mija!" her mother roughly grabbed y/n's face & plopped kisses all around her face.
although the kisses were filled with saliva, y/n dealt with it. she appreciated her mother's love for her. she looked up to her mother, seeing as she was a tad bit shorter.
pulling away, y/n wiped her face to take off the wet spots. her mother sighed. "your papi would've be so proud of you."
y/n smiled, bringing her mom into a hug. "he would be proud of you too mom. you work your culo off-"
"language mija"
"-just for us. i wanted to return it by becoming the hero you & dad couldn't be able to become".
her mother sniffed, letting y/n know that she was crying. y/n pulled away from the hug, "come on, let's go make some bomb ass comida to celebrate my accomplishment!"
her mother followed behind her, & they soon began to cooking together, throwing in some memories they remember from years ago & jokes here & there.
as they ate, her mother brought up the topic y/n had been dying to talk about.
"will you get un novio at school mija?! i know how much you love those 2d boys." her mother looked at her, reaching over to get a tortilla. her h/c haired daughter looked at her with knowing eyes, stopping half way through eating to hold up a hand.
"now now mΓ‘..."
y/n smirked, shoving a piece of f/f into her mouth.
"OF COURSE I WILL!" she bursted out, accidentally scaring her mother. her mother soon tried smacking her in the head, letting out a string of spanish curse words.
as her mother calmed down, y/n awkwardly scratched the back of her head. "sorry mΓ‘..."
she then stood up, chair making a screeching noise as it was pushed behind her. her mother looked at her like she was a mad man who was asking for death wish, but y/n brushed it off.
"i'm like the biggest simp mΓ‘! & there are even more simps at UA! i'm sure someone would jump into my arms the second i enter!"
