Rain? The small droplets of it landed on the window of the almost freezing room, only warmth being under the covers and the soft pale skin of the boy. Raindrops slowly running down and fighting on whoever wins the race of falling down first. Almost as if it was a competition of suicide. The moist atmosphere, cold yet hot. Air filling the lungs of the brown haired boy. Shivers down his tall figure as he walked to the bus stop.
November, rainy season in Miyagi.
Checking the time he was most likely too early, morning practice being canceled. Yet caution was still taken. The boy's footsteps were stopped as he saw a girl with (H/C) hair sitting alone as the rain continued. The Karasuno uniform being worn, she must have been cold.
Oikawa sat down on the other side of the bench, he felt the cold metal of the arm of the bench. The roof of the area being the only thing shading them from getting soaked from the rain. Silence took upon the two teens as they sat, waiting for the bus to arrive, taking them to the place where they learned to grow. Where they learn to become adults, not so civil yet civil human beings. Crazy how one place can change your whole life, it's crazy how many memories you get. He found it funny how much character development he and his friends have had ever since middle school, the way how he or his friends cringe at the thought.
Oikawa now bored out of his mind, looked over at the girl beside him, she was sketching.. she was quite good as well. He noticed the girl had.. a very unique look to her as well, not in a bad way of course. Her (E/C) looking a little dull in the lighting, her soft looking skin, the small imperfections even made her look even better.
It was safe to say he was breath taken, he didn't know why it took him so long to find out how such a beautiful woman was sitting right next to him. She looked like she was in her.. 2nd-3rd year of high school, he was again surprised by how she didn't know him. He was pretty well-known around the girls of the area. He seemed to be full of himself.
He sat there making assumptions of who she was, what year she was in, her zodiac sign, her name, her full name. Anything about her, she was interesting to him. He contemplated if he wanted to speak or not, the silence you both were in was comfortable for two people who haven't made eye contact nor have even spoken a word to each other.
She was awfully quiet, at least for now, and he liked that. He liked that she wasn't just one of his fangirls, all up in his feet. It's not like he resented any of his fans, it's just.. sometimes he'd like to be next to a girl without them gushing over him. He watched her draw and draw, erase and draw again. She was frustrated, clearly wanting to yell at her book, yet she held it in. being polite if he was guessing. They sat there like that for a few more, before the bus rolled around.
..but.. She wasn't getting in?
Uniform, pencil case, books, everything she needed for the day. Yet, even as the doors close. Bus driving it's way far and far, she stayed. Unbothered that she was going to be late, he already knew the bus he was going on was leading to Karasuno as well. So why.. Why didn't she get in? He was confused.
Time, 7:45 am. 15 minutes until assembly.
