My Yellow

Part 6 - Two

I take a deep breath and turn back to Theo. "Is that why you came back?" I ask him slowly.

"Why?" He asks. I roll my eyes thinking he is playing dumb.

"Never mind," I sigh and walk back to my bag. I stare down at the clothes and random books. "Is what I'm wearing bad?" I look at Theo. He doesn't say anything. He leans against the wall, with his arms crossed. "Okay," I walk back to my bed and grab my phone. I look at the empty notifications bar and feel a small sense of relief. I turn back to say something to Theo but he's gone. "So much for waiting for me," I slide my phone in my sweatpants pocket and walk out. I shut my door and head to the dining area. I smile seeing Makayla. She waves at me, I wave back. I walk over to her and sit down. I look around the table and don't see Theo. I shrug and look down at my empty plate, with everything that happened today I wasn't hungry. I look back up and feel someone sit down besides me. I look over at Theo and he starts loading his plate with food. I look over at Makayla, who is now talking to Jiung. I look back at my hands and mess with my fingers.

"Eat," I hear Theo say. I look over at him, but he isn't looking at me.

"What?" I ask quietly. I sighs and takes a spoon full of noodles and sets them on my plate without saying anything else. I stare down at the food. "But I'm not.." He puts some teriyaki chicken on my plate too. I look back over at him, and he just keeps eating. I grab a pair of chopsticks and start to eat slowly. I see Theo out of the corner of my eye smile every so slightly. I look back down at my food. "Thank you," I whisper to him. He's silent.

"It's not very ladylike to talk with your mouth open," Keeho teases.

"Wanna know my favorite type of food Keeho?" I ask him and put a load of noodles in my mouth.

"What?" He laughs.

"Seafood," I say and open my mouth.

"EW," He shields his eyes. I laugh a bit and happily wiggle my shoulders.

Theo's POV:

I watch her out of the corner of my eye wiggle her shoulders, and I roll my eyes. She's so incredibly annoying and to be honest a bit ditsy. I look down at my nearly clean plate and take the last bite of my food. "It's not ew it's funny," I hear Rose finally say to Keeho. I glance at her, and watch her tuck a piece of hair behind her ear. I scoff a little and turn back to my food. I reach and grab a second serving of food.

"That was really cute," Makayla says sarcastically. Rose reaches and pinches her shoulder.

"I know I'm just so adorable," Rose sets her chopsticks down, her food barely even finished. I reach and grab some soy sauce, putting it on her noodles so she will eat more. I feel her looking at me, but I don't say anything. I go back to eating my food.

Rose's POV:

I watch Theo's face, trying to understand why he is doing this. I grab my chopsticks and take another bite, the saltiness of the soy sauce making my taste buds dance. I take another bite, my body finally yelling at me about food. I take another bite, then another, then look down and see all the food is gone. I clear my throat and set my chopsticks down. I reach and grab the glass of water that is in front of me and take a sip. I happily sigh, feeling like I can run a marathon. "So what else is on the agenda today?" I ask the boys.

"Nothing actually," Intak says. "Tomorrow is when we have to start more pratice. Today is like a rest day," He nods. I nod with him and stand up.

"Okay," I look at Makayla and she tilts her head.

"Where are you going?" She asks.

"Probably to lay down for a bit," I laugh. "I want to take a nap," I smile a bit and wave a goodbye. I move behind Theo, then head to my room. I feel my phone vibrate. I sigh assuming its another snap from my sister. I walk into my room and shut the door behind me. I go to my bed and lay down. I get out my phone.
Unknown:
It's not that easy to get rid of me.
I stare at the words on my screen. I set my phone down and shut my eyes, trying to calm my breathing. I listen to the ticking clock. I start to count down from 100.

99... I take a deep breath. 98... I feel my shoulders relax. 97... I can hear my heartbeat calm. 96... my mind is shutting off. 95... 94.... 9....
