A young blonde woman walked home tired from a day of work. She skipped along the edge of the canal that flowed outside her residence with her unusual celestial spirit pet, Plue, in her arms.
She sighed as she entered her home and nearly collapsed when she closed the door behind her. All she wanted to do for the rest of the evening was relax before going to bed early. Her friends had other ideas though.
“Lucy, you’re home,” Natsu beamed.
Before Lucy sat a fire dragonslayer, ice, water and requip mages, and a blue exceed.
The celestial spirit mage wasn’t even surprised anymore to find her fellow Fairy Tail members awaiting her arrival. That didn’t prevent her from questioning it though.
“What are you guys doing here?” She screamed.
“You’ve been so busy this week and we wanted to spend some time with you,” Erza explained.
“And you wouldn’t even bring us on the jobs with you,” Natsu pouted while Juvia raised her eyebrows to the blonde, making her blush.
“Look I appreciate this you guys and I apologise for being so busy the past few days. I was just having some trouble getting the rent for this month and I’d love to hang out tonight but I’m just too tired and all I want to do right now is have a nice long bath. You’s understand yeah?” The overworked mage yawned.
“It’s okay Luce. Just go ahead and have your bath, me and Happy will wait for you,” Natsu smiled, just hoping to spend more time with his partner.
“You guys can’t stay here,” Lucy shrieked, “What if you see something,” she mumbled, turning bright red and folding her hands over her chest.
“I’ve seen you naked loads of times,” Natsu shrugged, not understanding why it was such a big deal.
“Natsu” Lucy yelled.
“You’ve seen-” Juvia stammered, her eyes darting between the two of them.
“Natsu you dog,” Gray smirked and Juvia elbowed him.
“You didn’t do anything I wouldn’t approve of now did you?” Erza growled summoning a sword.
“God no Erza. Look can I please just have a nice, peaceful bath?” Lucy pleaded.
“Okay good. Well I suppose I cant really say much seeing as I used to share a bath with this two idiots,” Erza laughed, wrapping her arms around the embarrassed fire and ice mages.
“What? Gray and Erza?” Juvia gasped, “Love rival?” She targeted a dirty look at the red head that would terrify even the great Titania.
“We were kids and it was just a bath,” Gray muttered, shifting uncomfortably in his seat.
“Then how come Gray has never had a bath with Juvia,” the waterwoman complained.
“Well you never asked,” Gray blurted out and tried to cover it up with a fake cough, but didn’t fool anyone.
“Well Lucy enjoy your bath. Good night everyone,” Juvia said in a high-pitched, excited tone, dragging the blushing Gray out of the building.
