My Daisy//Fred Weasley

Today was the day everyone was finally going back to Hogwarts. Everyone has already packed their trunk the night before so they could be leaving on time and not be almost late for the first time ever since the Weasley kids started school.

"Anyone seen a daisy somewhere?" Daisy asked as she came down the stairs to meet everyone at the dining table.

"Yeah I see one right here." Charlie said pointing at Daisy.

"Nooo. Daisy like the flower." She whined.

"The one I gave to you?" Fred asked looking up from his breakfast.

"Yes! I swear I saw it last night while packing my bag and now I dont know where it is."

"Why is it so important that you have it sweetheart?" Molly ask in a calm voice. Daisy was panicking at the moment and Molly talking to her with calm did help her calm down a bit.

"Because Fred gave it me." Daisy said and Fred blushed slightly. She wanted to find the flower because he gave it to her.

"Are you talking about this." Ginny said coming down the stairs with a withering flower in her hand.

"Yes!" Daisy and Fred said at the same time. Daisy took the flower and made her way back upstairs to finish packing her things. Everyone was looking at Fres with confusion. He didn't know why he was that happy that she still had the flower but he was. He ignored the stares of everyone and went back to his breakfast.

Since Ron and Harry had broken the Ford Anglia in their second year at Hogwarts the Weasleh family was stuck with no car. Usually Mr. Weasley would borrow one from the ministry so the Weasley could all go to the Kings Cross station but this year he hadn't managed to get one so everyone going to the station had to be piled into few taxis. Daisy was with Fred and George as the others were in two other taxis.

When they finally arrived at platform 9¾ Daisy, Fred and Geroge all put their luggage in a compartment and went back to say their good bye to the rest of the Weasley.

"Molly?" Daisy said making Molly look at her. "Can I come at the Burrow for Christmas? My dad is going to the Blooms estate and I really dont want be juge the whole time."

"I would have said yes but I pretty all of you will not want to be home for Christmas."

"What? Why?" Fred asked hearing the conversation between Daisy and his mother.

"You'll see." Charlie said simply.

The twins continued asking question about what was happening this year but no one was saying anything. Daisy wasn't really listening. She was actually looking around to see if her father was here. Victoria, her stepmother, had a daughter that was Daisy's age and she also went to Hogwarts so she tought her father would probably be there too. And he was. The second Daisy spotted him he turned his head to look at her. He made her a sign to come and she did after telling Fred that he was here.

"Hey sweetheart." Flynn said when his daughter was beside him. "So how was the quidditch world cup?"

"Was nice beside having death Eaters attack." Daisy said whispering the last words. It seem as she didn't say them because non of her father, Victoria or Heather, stepsister, said anything.

"Do you know what is happening this year. They won't tell me." Heather asked Daisy.

"No they didn't tell me either." Daisy answered talking about the Weasley. "But Charlie did say he would be seeing us soon. It probably has to do with dragons I guess."

"Daisy!!" Someone yelled and Daisy turned to see Lee and Fred's face coming out from the widow of the compartment they put their luggage in earlier.

"Come on love the train is leaving soon." Fred said and Daisy blush slightly.

Daisy turned to say her goodbye to her father and he was looking at her with a look that only asked if something was up between her and Fred. She rolled her eyes and gave him a quick hug before getting in the train. Fred was right that the train would be leaving soon because the second she was in the train it started moving. She slowly started walking towards the compartment where all her friends were. She found it after just a minute she opened the door to hear Fred, George and Lee already arguing.

"Thank Godric you're here." Angelina said taking Daisy's hand and making her sit next to her and Alicia. "Those three are being pain in the ass."

"Oh shut it Angie we're not that bad." George said.

"What are you arguing about." Daisy asked.

"Nothing." Fred said before anyone could say anything. He gave her a big smile and sat straight trying to look as innocent as he could. Little did Daisy know was that the boys weren't arguing. George and Lee were just bugging Fred about him calling Daisy love.

After few hours the train finally stopped at Hogwarts. Thunder could be heard coming from outside. The group of sixth year got out of the train and were met with the rain that didn't seem like it would want to stop or slow down anytime soon. Everyone was trying to cover themselves as best as they could so they wouldn't get to wet as they made their way to the carriage. But even the carriage weren't covered so whatever they did theh wouldn't enter the school dry.

Every students tried to dry themselves before going in the great hall. Some were trying to size spells while others just squeezed their clothes to make them less wet. Theh all sat down at their respective tables and waited for the first year to come in and get sorted. At first seeing first years get sorted was nice because you could see the joy in most of them but after 5 years of it being the same it was becoming more and more boring. Depending on how many students were starting school it could be very long. And they had to wait for them all to be put in their houses before eating. This year wasn't any different. Daisy sat in between Fred and Angelina and just like every year before Fred and George kept complaining about how hungry they were. Normally the holden trio would sit a little further but this year they sat in front of Daisy and the rest of the sixth year so Daisy had to hear Ron complain as well.

The first years were finally all sorted in their different houses and food had finally appeared in front of the students of gryffindor. It didn't take long before Fred, George and Ron pit food in their plates.

"I still don't know how you can eat that much and still not two balloons." Daisy said looking at Fred and George's plate.

"Its all goes away in quidditch training love." Fred said and than put a mouthful of the vegetables he had. Daisy blush, again, at the nickname. She should be used to it by now but she wasn't, it was pretty much the opposite, every time he would call her that it felt like she was falling even more. That reaction from Daisy didn't unnoticed by Angelina and Alicia as they both leaned toward Daisy. Angie being on Daisy's side and Alicia in front of her.

"So you and Fred, huh?" Angie whispered making sure Fred couldn't hear.

"What!? No! No there is no me and him." Daisy whispered screamed not wanting Fred to hear either.

"Are you sure." Alicia asked with a smirk.

"I would've already told you if there was anything." Daisy looked down at her food and started to poke it. She was kind of sad that there was any her and Fred.

"If you're not planning in eating right now can I get your rest?" George asked seeing as Daisy was looking at her food but not eating it.

"No it's my food!"

"See you're just as worst as we are with food." Fred laughed.

"No there's a difference. You guys eat to much and me I'm just protective of it." Daisy said taking her fork and picking a carrot from Fred's plate and eating it. "See you dont mind me taking your food." She laughed and they all continued eating. Everyone in the great hall had finally emptied their plates and they disappeared and attention was now on Dumbledore as he started to speak.

"So! Noe that were all fed and watered, I must once more ask for your attention, while I give out a few notice." He went on telling a list of object that were now forbidden inside the castle and that the forest was still out-of-bounds for every students.

"It is also my painfull duty to inform you that the inter-house Quidditch cup will not take place this year." few students gasped at this mention but all Daisy saw was how her fellow Gryffindor friends react. They all seem really mad.

"This is due to an event that will be starting in October, and continuing throughout the school year, taking much of the teachers time and energy - but I am sure you will all enjoy it immensely. I have great pleasure in announcing that this year at Hogwarts-"

Just as dumbledore was about to finally revealed what was happening this year, something that everybody was eager to learn, there was a rumble of thunder and the doors of the great hall opened loudly. There was a man standing in the doorway, he was wearing a black traveling cloak with a hood over his head. Every head turned to look at the stranger when a sudden lightning flashed across the ceiling bringing light to the man. Loud noise were made each time the man took a step toward the teachers table. Daisy scouted closer to Fred when she caught glimpse at his face. He looked really scary but mostly his eyes. One of them looked normal while the other didn't. It didn't even looked like a real eye, it didn't blink and it looked around on it's own. Everything to make someone scared to look in his eyes. The man reached Dumbledore shook his hand and sat down at the empty seat at the teachers table then started eating while Dumbledore co tinged talking.

"May I I introduce our new Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher, Professor Moody." Normally staff members would be greeted with the applause of the teachers and students but neither did. Some whispers were heard around the great hall but were cut of by Dumbledore again.

"As I was sayin, we are to have the honour of hosting a very exciting event over the coming months, an event which has not been held for over a century. It is my very great pleasure to inform you that the Triwizard Tournament will be taking place at Hogwarts this year."

"You're JOKING!" Fred yelled and Daisy hit him in the ribs with her elbow for screaming so loud. Fred looked down at her and wrapped an arm around her shoulder and made her lean closer to his side. Daisy took a glance at Alicia and Angelina so see both of them smirking at her, Daisy rolled her eyes and leaned her head on Fred's shoulder since it didn't looked like he would be letting go.

"I am not joking, Mr Weasley." Dumbledore continued. " though, now you mention it, I did hear an excellent one over the summer about a troll, a hag and a leprechaun who all into a bar-" He was quick cut of by Mcgonagall who cleared her throat loudly.

"Er - but maybe this is not the time... no... Where was I? Ah yes, Triwizard Tournament... well some of you will not know what this Tournament involves, so I hope those who do know will forgive me for giving a short explanations, and allow their attention ton to wander freely." and that's what Daisy did. She already knew what the tournament was, it was a sort of competitive between three wizarding school and in each one student was chosen to compete. It simple as that. Daisy's attention went back to Dumbledore when he mentioned the other schools.

"The heads of Beauxbatons and Durmstrang will be arriving with their short-listed contenders in October, and the selection of the three champions will take place at Halloween. An impartial judge will decide wich students are most worthy to compete for the Triwizard Cup, the glory of their school, and a thousand Galleons personal prize money."

"I'm going for it" Fred said down at the table.

"No you're not." Daisy said strictly and Fred just looked at her with a smirk while she glared at him. She didn't actually think he would really be entertaining this. People had died in the past is he not smart enough to know that. Daish didn't have time to let her mind wander as Dumbledore's voice echoed in the great hall again.

" Eager though I know all of you will be to bring the Triwizard Cup to Hogwarts, the Heads of the participating schools, along with the ministry of magic, have agreed to impose an age restriction on contenders this year. Only students who are of age - this is to say, seventeen years or older- will be allowed to put forward their names for consideration. This-" Dumbledore rajsehis voice slightly as so comment of complain were starting be heard. That included Fred and George who now looked furious. " is a measure we feel is necessary, given that the Tournament tasks will still be difficult and dangerous, whatever precautions we take, and it is highly unlikely that students below sixth and seventh year will be able to cope with them. I will personally be ensuring that no underage student hoodwink our impartial judge into making them Hogwarts champion." Dumbledore than continued his speech for few minutes before and sent everyone to bed.

"They can't do that!" George said standing up but didn't move he only glared at Dumbledore and so Fred. "We're seventeen in April, why can't we have a shot?"

"They're not stopping me entering." Fred said and Daisy hitted his arm giving him an look that only said you will not try entering this Tournament. He ignored her gaze and continued talking. " The champions'll get to do all sorts of stuff you'd never be allowed to do normally. And a thousand Galleons prize money!"

"You will not try to enter Fred Weasley." Daisy said. "You could get killed you do know that?" Fred just looked at her and smirked. This really made Daisy mad because she was serious all she wanted was her friends to be safe and she knew if Fred tried to enter so will George.

"Come on. We'll be the only one left here if you don't move." Hermione said and everyone left in the great hall left for the common room.

"Who's the impartial judge." Asked Harry.

"Dunno, but its them we'll have to go. I reckon a couple of drops of Ageing Potion might do it, George.." Fred said.

"And how are going to managed getting ageing Potion. For all I remember non of you is hood in Potion." Daisy said looking back at the twins. She and Hermione were walking in front of the boys.

"Ok love. That was mean. But I know someone who's good at Potion making." Fred said and sent her a look that said she was the person he talked about.

"I'm not helping you enter this deathly Tournament." She said and both her and Hermoine continued walking in the front while the boys talked in the back. They finally reach the gryffindor common room after few minutes of walking.

"Password." said the fat lady.

"Balderdash" George said " A prefect downstairs told me."

They all said their good night and the boys left for their dorm and so did Daisy and Hermione. Daisy went to hers since she wasn't in the same year as Hermoine and when she got in she was greeted by Angelina and Alicia.

"So... Fred?" Alicia said when Daisy closed the door of their dorm.

"I told you, there's nothing going on between me and him. Just friends."

"Oh come oooon. You two were all wrapped in each others arm. You can say that was nothing." Angie said.

"Angie you know me and him always been close it's nothing new." Daisy laughed as she changed into her pyjama. "Let's change the subject. Please tell none of you will be trying to enter this Tournament."

"I'll try." Angelina said and Daisy looked at her with wide eyes. "But don't worry I wont cheat like the twins. I'm turning 17 before the other schools gets here so I'll be of age."

"But you know you can die right." Daisy said. This inter-school competion really didn't put her at ease.

"Dumbledore dais it himself. they made sure no one could die. Now I think we should go to bed we got DADA with that new weird professor tomorrow." Alicia said and all the girls said their goodnight and went to bed. It took some time for Daisy to finally sleep as she was thinking what would happen if one of the twins actually managed to enter the Tournament.
