Chapter 2 : Slytherin
The sorting hat starts to speak,” You’re difficult, very difficult. Hmmm, a hard choice this is... It should be SLYTHERIN.”
“S-slytherin?” you said in shock and disbelief.
“SLYTHERIN?!?” your siblings said, leaving you confused if they were confused or furious with you.
All your sibling got Gryffindor, so did Hermione and Harry.
Harry and Ron had been friends with Hermione since their first day at Hogwarts, However, you received your letter late and started Hogwarts in your third year.
“Mom’s going to kill you,” Ron said.
“Mom and dad said that they don’t care what house I get,” you replied back.
“Slytherin is a great house and you should be proud that you got it,” Professor Dumbledore interrupted ,“Now go sit down and have your conversations later.”
You went to go sit down. You approach the Slytherin table.
“Hey, Can I sit here?” you ask Draco.
“Yeah,” he replies, without making eye contact.
A few awkward minutes pass until you hear somebody say your name. You turn around.
“I still don’t get how you got Slytherin. Like you actually got Slytherin,” Ron said to you.
“Yeah, like something doesn’t sit right,” Fred says.
“Gosh, I know you don’t have to repeat it for me,” you say.
“Slytherin fever kicking in?” George says.
“What is that even meant to mean?” Draco asked.
“Every wizard or which that gets Slytherin as a house turns bad or evil,” Ginny said.
“And how do you know that?” you said.
“It’s just common sense,” Ron said.
“Ron... you don’t have any common sense,” you replied.
“She’s not wrong,” Hermione said laughing.
“I see why she’s in Slytherin now,” Fred says.
“Whatever,” you say.
You turn back around and just listen to Professor Dumbledore and Professor McGonagall talk for another 10 minutes. It was then time to eat, so you and everybody else in the hall started to talk and eat. You turn around to talk to your siblings, Harry and Hermione.
“When are you guys going to go to sleep?” you ask them.
“When I’m done eating,” Ron said.
“Great we are going to be stuck here for the next 5 hours,” Harry said.
“Oi, are you calling me fat?” Ron replied whilst eating.
“No, you just eat too much,” Harry said.
“Ron, Can you not eat with your mouth full?” Hermione asked.
“I could, but I prefer not to,” Ron said.
“Ron hurry up,” Hermione said
“What’s the rush mud blood?” Draco said.
“Leave us alone Draco,” Hermione said.
“Whatever,” Draco said and walked away.
When Ron finally decided that it was a good idea to stop eating and go to sleep, you, Hermione, Harry, Ron, Ginny, Fred and George got up and started walking through the halls whilst talking.
“So, Who was that guy who called us mud bloods?” you asked.
“That’s me,” said a dark figure who came around the corner.
“Yeah, that’s him,” Goyle said.
“What do you want Malfoy?” Harry said.
“Nothing just was heading to my dorm room until I saw you guys,” Draco said.
“Well, continue walking then,” you said.
Draco continues walking down the hallway, however, you guys stop for a while and talk about Hogwarts.
