These new Hybrids pose a threat to them and The Council wishes to understand them better. With strange abilities to heal the mind and soul of all, her father takes advantage of that. Using her to destroy the minds of people he wants dead and to forcefully heal male wolves consumed by the Darkness.

Cecilia finds her true mate, Cyril next-in-line to be Alpha of an Italian pack. Cyril doesn't want anything to do with Cecilia, but his wolf needs her more than ever. Being tasked to find Hybrids all over the globe and bring them to the attention of The Council, Cyril's anger towards them has intensified greatly.
