Prologue

Long ago in a kingdom long forgotten there was a war over who was truly in control till a horrible storm sunk the kingdom. The remnants of the kingdom were either killed or left to their own will which would lead to their own deaths. The royal family transformed into seadwellers after the storm since they were already halfway there to begin with. They only had to grow fins and adjust to breathing under water at all times instead of on land as well. Things were peaceful until one of the kings own sons wanted a change for the people but his father didn’t take rebellion well. The son was cast out and his part of the family tree was hidden from all descendants and family for many years. This son was to die with the rebellion having never worked but instead left it up to his own descendants to do.

His rebellion was freedom to all and for no one to be treated harshly just because they are different or believe in other things. He rounded up a group of friends to leave with him along with his wife since he couldn’t leave her or their son behind. From there on he lived in a group that was constantly having to move or else be caught by his father. As time went on he taught not only his son about his belief but also his granddaughter as well as the other children. He did this so that even when his life came to an end his words could live on in others no matter what. This tactic worked till one day long after his death the strangest thing happened.

catd69: Karim is a very talented writer. When I started reading his journey it took me into the book and I was in the story till the end. I've never felt this way with any other writers stories. If you want to read a gripping adventure, this will be the one book I would suggest you pick.

Alice Liu: Whoa! I've been wondering how would the Maurauders react to Harry's life and here we go! YOU ARE THE BEST! All the characters are consistent with their personalities shown in the book! Chris Rolfe: BOY!!! I sure love what Aer-Ki Jyr did with this series. IMHO he captured the essence of what stargate is all about. Thru out the Stargate stories Aer-Ki wrote Stevens and John Shepard some of the main characters in his stories are pursued by a corrupt I.O.A.. All the while Stevens is changing in...

Alex Rushmer: This was not what I expected, but I enjoyed it a lot Malfoy was always one of the characters that I liked a lot, so I like that a lot of this happens between him and Colette. I read the first couple chapters, and I enjoyed your writing style and am excited to see where you take this story. My com...

Dinzy: I actually liked it although I did not find it fit to be a horror story at all. It was a lot more mystery and fantasy than horror but it was very interesting and a good read.

Hudson: Your story was fantastic Erin! The Rising Sun was one of the first stories I read on Inkitt, and I have to say I don't regret the three to four days I spent pouring through the story.Probably the biggest strength I see in your writing is your characterisation of Eliana, Oriens, and the rest of th...

Mourn8220House: When first reading "Avarice," I thought it would be another fairytale but I was taken back the author's approach and choice of ending. There is little to be said for the story and overall plot besides the sudden twists and speculation, other than that I do not want to ruin a fantastic tale, you m...

Dru83: This is perhaps my favorite part of the Olafson story just because it is here that were are introduced to his "gang". The characters are so diverse and complicated that each of them could just about spawn their own story. Eric's buddies are just so captivating and the plot just rolls along. Again...
