Intro
Hi, my name is Lucy. I am 15 years old and I used to have a fear of heights. You heard me right I used to have a fear of heights. Now not many people believe this but I lost my fear of heights in another dimension. If you will believe me listen to my story.
This summer my parents and I went to the Grand Canyon. It was sweaty and hot but I didn’t care because we were at the Grand Canyon. However on our third day there things went horribly wrong. First I woke up on the wrong side of the bed. Then my favourite mint toothpaste runs out right after my favourite cereal runs out. I didn’t think it could get any worse if only I knew how wrong I was. Today we were going to the bridge that runs across the width of the Grand Canyon. Everything was going fine until we reach the top of the one side of the bridge.
The floor was all glass which was fancy or so I thought until I looked down and had a panic attack. From that day on I knew I had a bad fear of heights. Of course I had hightailed it to the elevator and downstairs to be on solid ground again. I was teased over and over for being a scaredy cat for not climbing the high ropes at gym. That was until after one summer where I overcame my fears.
