Should I Leave?

The butler came in and left a bell saying that if I needed anything to ring it and he will come. Before he left I decided I would ask my most pressing question to Ludwig the butler. I had found out his name that he would like to be called during dinner.

“Ludwig?”

“Yes, Lucy.”

“How long was I out for?” I prayed that it had only been a few minutes and had just magically appeared in the bed in a night gown.

“1/2 a day, Lucy. Is that all?”

“Yes, thank you Ludwig.”

And so Ludwig left. When I woke up the next day it was a beautiful sunny day. The birds were chirping as I got dressed for the day, so I could leave. I left my room and went into the dining room. When I said my good byes, Ludwig gave me a necklace with a single blue dragon scale saying that he hopes it will bring luck to me on my journey home. I wish I could stay since I like Ludwig and some of the food. If it was possible I would but I have to get back. The king and queen told me to follow the floating stone road until I reach a mountain. At the top of that mountain would be a red door that would let me go home. Apparently the mountain is warmer at the top instead of being cold. In my opinion that is really freaky and weird which means I should be dressing for the tropics instead of the Arctic.
