As long as I can remember the battle between The Hearts and The Dark has been going on. People were forced to take shelter underground…but not everyone only the ones that had a unique hair and eye color. The ones that didn’t have the unique color had to live above ground; they had one of two choices: the first was they could join The Dark and fight for them, the second was: don’t ever be outside or you shall die. People took refuge in their homes, others joined The Dark. The people that went to live underground started to build their own civilization, they had homes but some thought it wasn’t fair that they had to live underground just because they were different so they came up with a plan they would rebel against The Dark and try to retrieve what was lost… many went above ground only a few came back. The Dark was too powerful for them so they started to come up with ideas and started to build bases so they could plan and make the weapons they needed to defeat The Dark. But The Dark destroyed them all, when all hope seemed to be lost, a few people took a last stand, and the hope from those few had transformed into something that could destroy  The Dark and that something was called Hearts. Hearts is what made us all hope, the only way we can reclaim what was lost to us and have our peace once in for all. And so our story begins…

ga1984: I really enjoyed it! Characters were deep and plot was pretty complex. A bit on the violent side but it doesnt detract from the story. Very dark but situations make sense. Ends kinda abruptly and later chapters will need some editing work. I'm assuming there's more in the works?

neil101: The best story I have read online in quite some time. The casual violence is tamed down with easy going wit. It reads like a Joe Abercrombie novel .Looking forward to more. Thanks.

Usagi Kita: This story is emotional from beginning to end. You get to watch the characters struggle and grow, maturing in different ways so that they come to be the people they are meant to be. Inea is insanely adorable, and his antics made me laugh more than once, and Kaedon is perfect for him in so many wa...

Lauren Suzmeyan-Raine: I'm so glad you found a place to post your stories. I was horrified when I saw yours had been taken down, they are definitely the best 'reading' stories I've ever read. And I've made it my business to read every one I can. Well done.Lauren

Alex Rushmer: This was not what I expected, but I enjoyed it a lot Malfoy was always one of the characters that I liked a lot, so I like that a lot of this happens between him and Colette. I read the first couple chapters, and I enjoyed your writing style and am excited to see where you take this story. My com...

Ben Gauger: Kudos go to wordworrywill, author of Kings and Things, an otherwise imaginative tale set against the trappings of the royal set, but then again I don't imagine there'd be many authors who invoked the names of Oprah Winfrey, Vladimir Putin, Jeff Bezos, Beyonce and Steven Spielberg, As for the plot...

MegaRogueLegend666: I love this story so much. It's impossible to describe my excitement with each new chapter in words. The author has such a good writing style, very good descriptions of the fighting and character descriptions/emotions. the plot is also amazing! This fanfic could be a side anime show or novel ......
