Chapter 8

Legacy’s POV

It took us 30 min to arrive to the station. On the way we watched as ships took off. But it’s been quiet. We haven’t come across any zombies. If you look out in the trees surrounding the freeway it looks like there may be things moving but its too dark to tell.

The station was dark and quiet. We all made sure we had our guns drawn before we exited the vehicle. Raiden and Williams led with flash lights while Lilly and I followed. Entering the station was not what we expected. It looked like chaos all around us. Chairs, and tables were turned over. Blood was smeared along the floors and walls.

We cautiously headed to the back of the station to get to the shipping docks. Walking through the big doors we seen that all that was left was 2 spaceships. One looked like it had tried to take off but had crashed back down. And the other looked as if it had never left. They were both on fire.

“What are we going to do now? There’re no more spaceships? How do we leave now?” I asked no one in particular.

“And where’s Callum? You said he would be here waiting for us?”

“Calm down Lilly. I don’t know what happened. But you are being loud, and it doesn’t help anybody. We need to be quiet, so we don’t draw unwanted attention. I don’t know what were going to do now. But we need to get somewhere safe until we can come up with a plan.” Raiden said.

“The bunker. Let’s go to the bunker. Its across the space station lot. That’ll be our best bet for now. Nothing can get in, plus it has tunnels that leads to specific places in town. It has security footage of the city and canned food in case of emergencies.” Williams interjected.

“Agreed. That’s our best bet until we can figure out something. Well call Callum once were safe inside.”

“I already tried in the car. No calls are going through. there’s no signal.” Lilly said.

Raiden cursed under his breath. We all started to head around the wreckage to the back of the station where there was an emergency exit. We stepped out into the dark parking lot and started walking towards one of the hangers.

Half way across the parking lot we heard it. Something groaned. Turning around there were at least 20 zombies coming at us. They were doing a fast-paced walk, covering ground at an alarming rate. So, we picked up our speed.

“RUN!” Williams yelled out.

We all took off running. Looking to the right I seen why he told us to run. There were 2 wolves coming full speed at us.

The boys separated and slowed down to let Lilly and I run past to get ahead. Once we were past them, they started shooting at the wolves. The most terrifying thing out of this ordeal is that the wolves were dodging bullets. If I wasn’t pumping my legs for all they were worth before I sure as hell was now.

When we got closer to the door it swung open. I was about to come to a stop until I seen who stepped out. It was Callum and some other guy. They stood on either side of the door and started letting off more rounds towards the wolves.

Lilly and I dove through the door. Seconds later Raiden and Williams dived through behind us. Callum and the other guy hurried back in and slammed the door shut, it automatically bolted in place. As we were getting up off the floor something slammed into the door causing me to jump. Raiden came over and wrapped his arms around me.

“We were only able to take out one wolf and a few zombies.” Callum said.

“Oh, thank god your alive!” Lilly ran over and jumped on Callum wrapping her arms and legs around him.

Looking around the room there were other people. They all had on the soldier’s uniform.

“The guy who was shooting was Michael. Over there is Bill and June. Guys this is my mate Legacy.” Raiden introduced.

I gave a small wave acknowledging everyone.

“Someone want to tell me what the fuck happened in the station? How many people were able to get away? And where the fuck is the rest of my soldiers?” Raiden yelled out.

I rubbed my hand in circular motions against his back to calm him down.

“Most were able to get away on the spaceships. Everything was going good and a couple of ships had taken off already, but then someone turned that was already in the station. He must have already been bitten but didn’t say anything. He turned and started attacking people and everyone just took off running in different directions. Some people ran towards the ships, but some tried to run back outside. When they opened the doors, it ended up letting more zombies in. We were able to get 3 more ships to take off. We split soldiers up and had some go with each ship just in case. I don’t know what went wrong. The last ship was taking off and just came crashing back down. When it exploded it caught the last ship, we were saving for all of us to catch on fire. Everyone left was either already a zombie or had bee bitten and there was no hope for them. So, we took off to the bunker hoping you guys would think to come here too.” Callum explained.

Raiden let out a sigh and set down at one of the tables.

“Get the towns records pulled up. We need to figure out how the hell to get out of this realm. I know there must be another escape route somewhere. There just can’t be no back up plans. Also get the blueprints to the underground tunnels. Well stay here until we have a solid plan to get us out of here.”

Bill and June went to the computers set up along the back wall to get started. The rest of us set around the tables.

“How could something like this happened? This isn’t like a wolf just going crazy. Going crazy mean’s, they turn rouge and we put them in the prison. But this, this is just on a whole other level of craziness. They’re fucking eating other people!” Said Callum.

“I don’t know. I have no clue how this happen. But right now, we just need a plan to get the fuck out of here. We might have a chance if it was just the people. They’re quick but we can handle them. It’s the wolves that give us no chance. We need to focus on getting out of this realm and then we can try to figure out what happen and what we can do. But we can’t do that if were dead. Well rest for the night in the rooms and tomorrow well focus on getting out of here.” Raiden sighed out.

You can tell he was tired from todays events and frustrated. He rubbed his hand down his face letting out another sigh. Everyone went to one of the rooms available after making sure the alarm was set in place incase something got in. it sounds reassuring, but I don’t know if ill be able to sleep tonight after that.

Raiden and I was the last to head off to an available room. When we got in and shut the door, he sat on the edge of the bed with his head in his hands looking defeated.

“Don’t worry baby well get through this. We just need a plan and well be alright.” I said crouching down in front of him on the floor.

“yeah we will baby girl. I promise I’m going to do whatever I can to keep you safe.”

“I know baby” reaching up I started to unbutton his pants.

“Legacy baby what are you doing?”

“I’m going to help you relax.”

I unzipped his pants and reached my hand in. I started to stroke him through his boxers. He let his head fall back with his face towards the ceiling. I reached up with my other hand and pushed against his stomach to make him lay back.

“Just relax and enjoy this baby.”

He let out another sigh and just relaxed. I pulled his pants down far enough to free him. Stroking up and down slowly taking my time.

“Put it in your mouth Legacy.”

Leaning forward I licked the tip. I opened and allowed him to slip in until he hit the back of my throat. Bobbing my head, I let my tongue slip under it to caress him while I sucked. He reached up and tangled his hand in my hair to hold me in place. He started thrusting into my mouth hitting the bag of my throat on each stroke making me gag. He increased his speed not letting up. His groans turned into grunting and his strokes got sloppy. He gave me one more stroke holding himself in the back of my throat while he released. I swallowed every drop.

When he pulled out, he was panting trying to catch his breath. While I crawled up on the bed, he pulled his pants back up. Laying down beside me he pulled me into his arms so I can rest my head against his chest.

“Sleep Legacy”

“I love you”

“I love you too baby. Well make it through this.”

I fell asleep listening to his heart beat. No surprise that wolves haunted my dreams.
