The Legend

On a train from the big city, 17 year-old Seth Logan looked out the train window in a daze. He wondered about the life he was about to start, having to move from his home in the city to live a peaceful life in the country with his grandfather.

Seth wondered what it was like, seeing that he is now going to transfer into a new school as well. He had no idea what it was like in the countryside, since he hadn't been there since he was small.

But, he never had time to think about soon afterwards. The train called his stop and Seth snapped out of it.

He grabbed his stuff from under his seat and exited the train. When Seth got out, he looked at the scenery before him and smelled the fresh country air.

"Wow. It's so... amazing." He thought.

It was a open field before Seth and you could see some farm houses in the distance. Soon, a bus came and Seth went inside.

"Let me go down again!!" A voice in the distance begged.

Seth heard it and turned around immediately. "What?"

"Hey! Are coming in or what!?" The driver asked.

"Oh sorry!!" Seth replied as he rushed in. "Who was that?"

"Please!! I'm beg you to let me go on the ground!!" The voice faintly said again.

After Seth arrived at his destination, he was met by a small 1 story house. It was fairly big and Seth knew right away that, that was his grandfather's home.

"It still looks the same after all these years."

Seth walked up to the front door and knocked on it. He waited for a few minutes and soon the door opened to reveal an old man with a kind look in his eyes.

"Ah Seth! It's good to see you again!!"

"I'm back, Gramps."

Seth's grandfather opened the door more and Seth walked inside, dragging his bag along with him.
