Summary

Lydia`s fate has just begun. And the path she has to walk through will be one of loss and power, sorrow and joy, fire and shadows. It`s been three months since the events of The Honoring Day, and Ignoila is still mourning the sudden disappearance of their powerful rulers. Lydia finds herself in Ellesmere; the capitol of the Congress. Her days are spent accompanying ranked wizards in their unfruitful hunt for any traces or whispers of the missing rulers. But with each unsuccessful mission, Lydia only grows more frustrated, believing she won`t ever find them. And the longer she`s away from her king, the more she feels the aching longing she doesn`t allow herself to think of. With her powers finally erupting, only to come at a terrible price, Lydia only wants one thing; to find King Gabriel and the rest of their majesties so she could fulfill her promise to the princess. But when one whisper leads her to a place long forgotten, she learns that things were far worse that she or anyone had imagined. Lydia`s true destiny is revealed, and it might be one that completely breaks her.

Author`s Note

Hi, there!

So, I`m almost back. This is just me dropping the title and synopsis for the second and final book of Daughter of Fire duology. I`m probably going to start writing by August or July, so I hope you would be patient with me till then.

So what do I have in store for you all? Hmm, I guess I can talk a little about what`s going to be in the book.

Let`s see, first there will be new characters being introduced, more to the world-building and magic system, and of course more of your favorite characters. Many twists and turns, but I guess you`re already used to that. I`m no George RR Martin, but I can guarantee no character is safe from gut-wrenching things happening to them. This book will have less sexual scenes, maybe just one or two. But it will surely be sexy, don`t worry.

Anyways, I guess that`s all I can say. I`ll leave you with the synopsis for the book.
