REMINDER FROM TEMPTED BY DEATH, CHAPTER 24

THIS STORY STARTS IN PREVIOUS TIMES AND WILL STAY THERE FOR A FEW CHAPTERS.

WE HAVE NOW TRAVELED BACK IN TIME TO WHEN NOAH GOT KIDNAPPED.

THIS IS A REMINDER FROM TEMPTED BY DEATH PIM’S POV CHAPTER 24

“Remember what you promised me?”

Lilith says, and I do remember our blood bound and her saying: Now my dear, you can’t break your promise to me. You will convince Lucifer to release me from my punishment and accept his choice without a fuss.

I feel confused about the last part when she pointed her finger at Noah, and I asked what she meant, but she just smiles sweetly at me. With a snap of her fingers, Noah appears.

“The pretty boy is coming home with me.” She tells me, and chills run up my spine, and I shake my head.

“No!” I say, and she looks at me with an amused expression on her face.

“Alpha boy, tell her.” She says, and my brother looks at me, nodding his head.

“I am going with her.” My brother tells me, and my eyes widen.

“What? No! You can’t do that, are you crazy?” I yell at him, and Lilith snorts at me.

“Accept his choice, and no fuss was the deal. I would say that this is considered being very close to breaking our deal.” I swallow hard and look Noah up and down, but no matter how hard I look, I can’t find something out of the ordinary. He seems to be all Noah. Then I look at Lilith with a stern look.

“Did you do something to him? Are you forcing him?” I ask in a snarl.

“Me? What? No.” She says and smiles sweetly. I am just about to argue with her when Azrael starts coughing and writhing in pain. I can hear his heart rate slow down even more, and his breathing turns uneven and shallow.

“Azrael! How can I help you?” I ask and place my hands on his cheeks, but he doesn’t answer me.

“Lilith, please tell me what I need to do?” I beg her

“I could tell you, but then we need to make another deal.” My eyes snap up to her, blazing with anger, and she shrugs her shoulders.

“What is it that you want this time?” I snap, and her smile goes wide.

“Don’t follow us. We will come to you when you have convinced Lucifer. You have, let’s say, two months to convince him to release me from my punishment, or you will never see your brother again.”

I look from Noah to Azrael and swallow hard. I don’t want to choose, but if Azrael dies, I will probably die too. Then no one will be able to help Noah because no one knows where we are or what we are doing. I know that Lilith will take him with her no matter what I do, and she also knows that I will stay by Azrael’s side right now.

“Fine, it’s a deal. Now tell me what to do!” I scream at her, and she giggles.

“Love him.” She tells me, and then she snaps her fingers, and both she and Noah are gone. I look around, but I know that the Demon just took my brother to her home.
