Solomon- Heaven, 5:56 P.M, May 5th, 2018 A.D.

“Your Grace, with all due respect, why haven’t you sent help to my friends down on Earth?” Andronika Alba Azrael asks while kneeling down in front of God’s throne. She had been allowed to enter Solomon only because God had declared 20 years prior anyone could enter, so long as they did so with respect. Another thing she had the Moonwalkers to thank for.

God smiles. “Because this is their path. I sent help through their heir; Selena. I blessed her with healing abilities.”

“But Your Grace, there’s something wrong with Selena. I can feel it. Perhaps it’s the curse magic that left Leilah’s body before we chained her in Hell? She did strike Selena on her head, which caused Selena to pass out.” Andronika bites her lip.

God laughs. Andronika’s wariness seems to melt away. “It’s all part of the journey, my child. I cannot always send help. My children have to forge their way through the paths I’ve laid out for them. I send them help in little ways. A sign or a message. Sometimes it goes unnoticed, but if I do anything else, it throws the universe off-balance,” God explains, with so much patience Andronika starts to feel bad for coming here to question Them in the first place.

Andronika nods. She stands. “You’re right, Your Grace. I’m just worried about them. The Moonwalkers.”

“It’s definitely not over for them. Selena and the rest of the Moonwalkers have a long and tiring journey ahead,” God says, Their eyebrows raising.

Andronika bows. “Thank you for your time.” She takes her to leave, her long white cloak trailing behind her. As one of the archangels, she has had the privilege of dressing in their elegant and formal uniform; light Grey armor and white cloaks. But Andronika’s always felt there was something off about the others. It’s not like she could do anything though.

“Andronika, wait!” God calls out ever so softly. Do They ever raise Their voice? Andronika wonders, stopping in her tracks. “I will grant you permission to go see the Moonwalkers down on Earth. But only for a short period of time.”

That’s to be expected. If angels spend too long on Earth, their celestial energy starts to dim and their wings deteriorate. It would become hard for them to fly back to Heaven and seeing as they can’t die, they’d spend a miserable eternity as hollow beings surrounded by humans who could never understand them. Humans are afraid of what they don’t comprehend, after all.

Andronika turns back to face God. “Thank you,” She says, sending a warm smile to her creator. She spins on her heels once again, opening the exiting doors.

After the doors clang shut, God ponders out loud. “Hmm, maybe I should remove the curse power inside of Selena if that’s what’s even going on.” They bring a hand to Their chin. “Or perhaps not.”

God snaps a finger and a screen showcasing every location on Earth appears. God mentally asks for Selena and the screen complies, blurring to reveal the aforementioned girl in her bedroom. She was currently asleep, but black smoke was encircling her bed.

God nods in affirmation of what Andronika said. Definitely curse power.

They raise Their arms to the ceiling of the colosseum, a wide panel of the universes God has already created opening up to Their eyes. God claps Their hands and a tiny new planet about the size of Mercury bursts into existence in the Milky Way galaxy. God smiles as They realize the planet is in a relatively close range of Earth. “New obstacles for my children. This will surely bring them closer to their destiny. Selena is going to need a lot of help for this one.”

And she will indeed.

“Your Grace, with all due respect, why haven’t you sent help to our siblings down on Earth?” Andronika Alba Azrael asks while kneeling down in front of God’s throne. She had been allowed to enter Solomon only because God had declared 20 years prior anyone could enter, so long as they did so with respect.

God smiles. “Because this is their path. I sent help through the heir, Selena. I blessed her with healing abilities.”

“But Your Grace, there’s something wrong with Selena. I can feel it. Perhaps it’s the curse magic that left Leilah’s body before we chained her in Hell? She did strike Selena on her head, and Selena passed out.” Andronika bites her lip.

God laughs. “It’s all part of the journey, my child. I cannot always send help. My children have to forge their own paths and fight their own demons. How else are they going to learn to survive? Even I cannot get in the way of the paths I’ve already laid out for everyone.”

Andronika sighs, and then stands up. “You’re right, Your Grace. I’m just worried about the Moonwalkers.”

“It’s definitely not over for them,” God says, raising Their eyebrows.

“And what about the Nera orb?”

God grins gently. “It’s where it should be.”

That’s vague. Andronika bows. “Thank you for your time.” She takes her leave, her white cloak trailing behind her.

“Wait, Andronika,” God calls out softy. Andronika stops in her tracks. “I will grant you permission to go see the Moonwalkers down on Earth. But only for a short period of time. Angels can’t spend a long time on Earth, or their wings start to deteriorate.”

Andronika turns back to face Them. “Thank you.” She smiles, then spins around once again, to open the exiting doors.

After the doors clang shut, God ponders. “Maybe I should remove the curse power inside Selena.” They bring a hand to Their chin. “Or perhaps not.”

God snaps a finger and a screen showcasing Earth appears. God searches up Selena’s name and the screen blurs to show the girl in her bedroom, a swirl of black smoke encircling her bed while she’s asleep.

God nods. Definitely curse power.

The Nera orb. God smiles at the thought. If the orb is meant to be taken, then so be it. They search through the screen again, locating the orb within seconds. It lays on the bottom of the Atlantic ocean, right beneath what the humans have nicknamed “The Bermuda Triangle.”

Poor mortals. They think it’s some curse, but really it’s Heavenly. The fact that they get so close causes them to disappear since no human should even be within the vicinity of the powerful orb. It sends them to Heaven of course, where they’re granted a choice: work as residents of Heaven, where they will live a luxurious life or go back down to Earth as a former shell of themselves. The amount of Heavenly energy already inside them causes them to deteriorate as soon as they land on Earth grounds. The choice was easy. No mortal ever chose the latter.

Let’s continue their journey.
