Chapter 1

Ah, yes. The humans. They have the power to morph into any animal at will. Just regular animals. Dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, sea animals. But some lucky few can also morph into legendary creatures. Phoenixes, dragons, those kinds of mythical creatures. The humans live in tribes, peaceful tribes. Sure, of course there are a few battles and skirmishes here and there, but no war. No, the real trouble lies within the other creatures that dwell within our world.

Here's how the world works. Each tribe has their own territory. The borders are mainly there so that each tribe has enough land to survive, and the population density is the right number so that they can defend themselves from monsters. Each territory has one city, right in the heart of them. The tribes help each other, trading with each other, aiding each other in times of trouble. Everyone is a warrior, unless their age or health prevents it. The age during which a person is a warrior is, in average, about fifteen and a half to forty-five years old.

Kylie Russell: Another must read from this author❤️❤️❤️

StarlightRyder: Wonderful characters with a story that is a truly joyful read. I've read everything this author has written and I am never disappointed. The characters make you want to live next door to them, or better yet, take you home with them. Thanks for another really excellent read.

Jesse Mae: The story was a simple werewolf story. There need to be changes in the point of view. It often switched between first and third which made it a little confusing. Also I suggest that the author build up the characters more and show there emotions and slow down some. The story moved pretty fast. Ov...

EZIMOHA ASSUMPTA IHEOMA EVANS: I was going through the community section when I saw the title of this book. After downloading it, I found the book to be more than I thought it would be. I mean this is the best I have ever read. This is the book. Now I have to download Radish again after deleting it but I will download load it ...

Mercedes: You think you are going to read the typical story of a rudeless alpha and a depressed Luna, and yes at several occasions they act like that but they have a sense of duty that makes me like them a lot. The move on because of the pack and eventually they fall in love, and I love that they don't do ...

Olivia Hodgson: Amazing story not a traditional cliche werewolf story. Can not wait to read the sequel!! I recommend this very highly

Tati Monet: Although it was a short story I would have liked to see more detail in the writing in regards to the plot and how fast everything accelerated. When reading a historical book, you also like to hear about historical references - what they did in that time, foods they ate, music that was listened to...

Ayana D: I love the details. I was able to visualize every place and person within the story. I even went and read the first story despite this story standing alone, just to better understand the story and its characters. I look forward to completing this story and reading others by yourself.
