Full Description
Evangelia Landings has always wanted to go to college, but being blind and having overprotective parents makes that difficult. So when she gets the chance to go, she takes her opportunity to major in medieval history. But the unexpected happens after taking her service dog, Honey, for a walk. She gets transported to the past and to a strange new world. With her new surroundings, she struggles to find out where she really belongs; in this world or on Earth. And when her choices come at a cost, can she really be true to herself?
Author's Note:
You'll see that I use the word "Ephor" throughout the use of this story. When I was trying to figure out a word to use for someone special, I picked "Ephor" for that purpose. But if you look up the word "Ephor," it was one of the five senior Spartan Magistrates in Ancient Greece (reference to Google search). I'm not meaning to use it as that, I just couldn't think of a good name for someone special on my own. So that's how I got that name.
