Woke up like this
*some mature scenes but the whole chapter is not filled with them*
I woke up (naked in the Prince’s bed) to soft kisses dancing across my neck.
“That’s a nice way to wake someone up,” I looked to see him grinning mischievously. “What?” Instead of replying to me, he rolled me onto my back and trailed his hands over my nude body, kissing and sucking on every part he can get. My hands found their way to his hair and my back arched as he slid his fingers inside me. No man could ever satisfy me like he does. This was probably my 12th orgasm but who knows, I stopped counting after the 5th one. I wrapped the silky blanket around me and got up from the bed.
“Where are you going?” Damien whined causing me to chuckle.
I turned around and replied, “Well, unlike you, I can’t roll around in bed all day. I have 2 very important things on my schedule.”
“Does any of the important things include me?” he grumbled.
“Hmm… I do have some time after 8. How’s that for you?”
“Perfect. But it better include you being naked.” I tossed a pillow at his head and made my way to the bathroom. I didn’t do much, just took the quickest shower of my entire life. About 30 minutes later, Damien and I were dressed ready for the day and made our way over to the dining table where we’ll be having breakfast. Our friends were already sitting at the table. They all smirked at us when we sat opposite to them.
“So, Hayley, how did you sleep?” Cat asked.
“Was it comfortable?” Ryder chimed in.
“Since when did you guys start caring how I slept?” I shot back. Do they know something?
“Oh, we don’t care. We just wanted to check if you heard some particular noises coming from upstairs last night.” Cat almost made me choke on the orange juice. Of course! Werewolf hearing. They must’ve heard all the moaning. My face flushed.
Ana looked at me and mind-linked me, “Um, you know that your neck is covered hickeys right? Wait a fucking second! You got marked! You go, girl! I’m so proud of you”
“What? Why didn’t you tell me before?” I questioned before using my hair to cover my neck.
“Oh, I just wanted to roast you.”
I looked at my besties and mouthed, “I hate you!”
Rosette snickered. Oh, no! Another person who’s gonna tease me for the rest of my life.
“Rosette, please don’t join them. If you do, then no shopping,” I tried to negotiate.
“I’ll shut up,” she said as Damien’s eyes widened at his sister. Rosette has always been a wild one, she never obeyed to anyone but me, “Oh, I need Hayley. She has the best taste is clothes, no offence,” Rosette explained and turned to my friends as I remembered the last time they tried to pick an outfit for her. I really don’t want to get into all the details. Let’s just say it wasn’t pleasant.
“But now I clearly don’t trust her choice in boys,” she looked at Damien and smirked.
“Hate you too, sis!” Damien raised his glass of OJ, “To hating sisters,” They boys clinked their glasses. I just wish it was 8 already. By now, you might be wondering where the hell is Damien’s dad? Well, he is on a business trip to Andros to visit King Neptune. Yes, the myths are true but my mom created Chaos with her powers. You see, the Greek gods caused a lot of destruction to Earth, so mom had to ask them to leave and she created new planets for them to rule instead of just a group of people. Everybody wins.
It was 11:45 now and I was getting ready for the piano session with Casandra. I changed into a sky-blue hoodie and a pair of black jeans.
“Can’t you just cancel on mom?” Damien asked for what felt like the 100th time.
“I can’t. I’ve waited 2 whole years for this.”
“Fine but I’m still upset, Cupcake. There’s only one way you can make it up to me.” The mischievous glint in his eyes told me what he was getting at.
“Don’t worry, I’ll make it up to you,” I smirked as he gave me one quick peck on my lips and I made my way to Casandra’s study.
“Right on time!” Casandra greeted.
“Hello to you too!”
“Take a seat.” She gestured to the chair next to the piano and I took a seat.
“No worries. But I’ll have to make a change in our deal.” I nodded for her to continue, “Well, you’ll need to sing with me.”
“As long as you play,” I replied.
We sang a LOT of songs for 2 whole hours until we decided to pack up.
“Wow, you haven’t forgotten a single thing!” Casandra commented.
“Thanks, you weren’t so bad yourself!” I responded. Suddenly, I heard a shuffle from outside the door and I put my index finger on top of my lips to ask Casandra to keep quiet. Slowly, I use my telekinesis to pull the door open. I was shocked but I kind of did expect this from them. The boys and the girls almost fell into the room.
“Of course you would listen in!” I groaned.
They all smiled sheepishly except for Mel who just smirked. She’s never been one to be shy of anything. One time, Mel said the word ‘vagina’ once in front of the entire school. She didn’t give a fuck about what others thought of her. That’s what I like the most about her.
“Your voice was amazing! We couldn’t resist!” Devin said, trying to charm his way out of this and the others (even my boyfriend) nodded.
“Well, I am technically a really good singer… and I’m not gonna play the whole modest role with it. It’s for saint and losers,” I chimed in trying to make them think I fell for the charm. And now for the uprise, “But that still doesn’t give you guys the authority to listen in. So, next time, just ask.” Even I was surprised at how pleasant I was. Probably because of what happened yesterday night or the fact that Damien was there wearing a sexy, leather jacket. That’s when I noticed how dressed up they all were.
“By the way, why’re you all dressed up?” I asked as I eyed Cat from head to toe.
“It’s 3:00. We came here to get you to lunch and then shopping with Rosette. Remember?” Cat replied, more like asked but who cares.
“Shit. I lost track of time again,” I muttered under my breath and turned to Casandra who nodded for me to go. “I guess I’ll see you at dinner. Bye.” That’s all I said before walking down the hallway and Casandra waved at me. Damien followed behind me and the others probably went back to their rooms and out of the corner of my eye, I saw Ana winking at me.
“What do you mean you lost track of time again?” Damien asked with a curious look.
“It’s nothing, it’s just… I get lost in music. I know it sounds silly but turns out, the one thing that I love the most is toxic sometimes.”
“It’s not silly. You get lost in stuff that you’re passionate about. It could happen to anyone and it happened a lot to me.”
“No way! What happened?”
“Well, 2 years ago, I loved battle magic more than anything. I used to practice day and night then battled a LOT of people and it turned out that I can actually win those sparring sessions without trying that hard. Then soon I started challenging everyone. Every witch and warlock. But now that I think of it… I never got to challenge you because you were kind of at the top of the list.” I nearly choked on my own saliva.
“What? I don’t understand. Your mother is a way powerful witch than me!”
“That’s the part which you clearly have wrong! You see, the power that was radiating off of you was 10 times much more powerful than my mother. But, your mother was clever enough to ask Helen to put a spell on you so that you won’t attract any attention from the Hunters. And since you’ve discovered that you’re the Blessed one, that spell is slowly breaking away. Before you ask, I was the only one who could sense your power limit because I had the same amount of power as you.” The only thing I could do was stare at him. My own mother knew it? Apparently, I must’ve wondered that out loud because he replied with, “Well, our parents would know about it but they can’t tell it to us because our powers would move on. They know it because when we were born, our mothers wouldn’t feel as much pain in their um…” he trailed causing me to smirk. The prince was feeling shy of talking about pregnancy.
“In the process of almost breaking their vagina to get another freaking person out of them? Yeah, I’ve heard and seen it,” I finished for him.
“What the hell do you mean by saying that you’ve seen it?” he looked mortified.
“Sorry I forgot to tell you but I’m a midwife too. Turns out, you have to know almost everything to help people on Earth. I don’t even talk to most of them, let alone teenagers.”
“Well, there’s always the fact that I could expose myself at any moment but apart from that… The only people that I really got along with were the girls. Paranormals don’t judge my insecurities or any of my problems they just listen to me and give me their opinion. It makes me feel like the real family I’ve had in years is this world. Humans judge. That is the cause of every war that’s happened between them. I mean, I want to take it away from their personalities but it just makes them a lot more boring!” Damien chuckled at my word.
What would a life with him be like? When will we have children? What will they be named? What will their powers be like? Who will be their mates? Suddenly, my vision began to blur and I stopped in my tracks. What the everlasting fuck is happening to me?
