Chapter 1
On a rainy day12-year-old Alexandria looked out of the window, she had just finished a book about Pandas and hoped one day she could be a part of saving these lovely animals. Just then her mom called “ Alexandria dinner time!” “Coming mom and you know not to call me Alexandria, call me Alex”. “Okay Alex now are you coming?” said her mom. Alex sighed as she approached the dining table. Every night her parents and she discussed getting a dog but her parent's answer was always NO. They said she was not responsible enough to have one. How would they know anyway thought Alex, we haven’t even had one and they thought it was too expensive with the insurance and all that. But today was a different day Alex wouldn’t even mention a dog. Her mom sensed that and said “Alex dear you seem unusually quiet “ But before Alex could reply the door burst open a furry black and white baby animal came in.
