ritual 2

in days long gone now there was this ritual called Ritual Of Raven that used to be done during the eve of Samhain. The raven was captured and then and fed almost nothing to shorten it loaves and consecrated water. this kind of diet was hold on even up to one week. it was important that the raven did not die during the diet.

in the eve of shamhain the raven was killed with ritual cut and drained it’s blood almost completely away. The blood was then added to a compound of earth, white lime, and sometimes woad as well to make two perfect colours Black and White.
The raven was cut almost whole- leaving only heart intact.

Raven was then stuffed with herbs and then left to altar surrounded with herbs and candles.
On the day of Samhain, the ritual of the raven begins when the moon reaches its zenith.
then the hedgewitch coated him self with white lime and earth and painting his body with black and white compound made himself to look like raven.

then the raven and its heart was burned. It was believed that the spirit of the raven was contained in the heart of the bird and when it was burned the spirit was released. The spirit of the bird was then inhaled and could allow the Hedgewitch to walk through the Veils.

this ritual is not to be used lightly and that for only hedgeworth witches has knowledge to do this i leave parts of the ritual of because of it’s dangers and do not take any responsibility of what happens if you try. good luck.
(for one with knowledge and heart)

FreakyPoet: I found this story well written and extremely cute. I like how the emotional roller coaster, otherwise know as love, was done here. it was very believable that these two characters would deny, agonize, then come to except their feelings the way that they did. I enjoyed it very much, thank you ...

Kastril Nomenclature: This is a very clever story in the style of 19th century (and turn of the century) Gothic writing, very reminiscent of Stevenson's The Body Snatchers or even of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde (less so of Frankenstein itself, since the author is more minimalist than Shelley's florid, Romantic rhetoric). ...

Alex Rushmer: I like the intrigue that you introduce from the very beginning of the story. The idea of the girl waking up in the alley with no memory of how she got there and with injuries is very interesting. It was very well done. There were a lot of grammatical errors that need to be fixed though. I think t...

Sarah_M_G: This story was truly gripping from start to finish. The way the author used Scottish dialect throughout the novel really helped to put you in he in the place where it was all happening. Every character was well described and thought out. How they all fitted together really worked and loved how t...

Dimplz: Severitus stories (Snape is Harry's Father/Guardian/Mentor) are a staple in the fandom and the quality of these stories vary wildly.. This was an absolute gem to read. The characters were excellently written and the story was very heartfelt.

skippybash12: This story has engaging characters that you care about and a plot that is unpredictable and exciting. It is well written with a believable voice. Great weekend escape and if there was a sequel available I would buy it today -

Lacey Schmidt: The Trouble with Super is that you can't stop reading it. Mr. Barrett's characters are all to easy to relate to even if you don't have a super quirk of your own, and their plight is both heart-rendingly funny and heart-warmingly sad at the same time. It's a bit like Office Space meets the Matri...

dd1226: I love reading about other countries and I think this story about Cambodia after Polpot creates awareness of the tragedy that happened there and the actions of the U.N. to hold elections. The heroine of the story is easy to relate to, a modern, middleaged woman looking for an adventure, wanting t...
