ritual 2

in days long gone now there was this ritual called Ritual Of Raven that used to be done during the eve of Samhain. The raven was captured and then and fed almost nothing to shorten it loaves and consecrated water. this kind of diet was hold on even up to one week. it was important that the raven did not die during the diet.

in the eve of shamhain the raven was killed with ritual cut and drained it’s blood almost completely away. The blood was then added to a compound of earth, white lime, and sometimes woad as well to make two perfect colours Black and White.
The raven was cut almost whole- leaving only heart intact.

Raven was then stuffed with herbs and then left to altar surrounded with herbs and candles.
On the day of Samhain, the ritual of the raven begins when the moon reaches its zenith.
then the hedgewitch coated him self with white lime and earth and painting his body with black and white compound made himself to look like raven.

then the raven and its heart was burned. It was believed that the spirit of the raven was contained in the heart of the bird and when it was burned the spirit was released. The spirit of the bird was then inhaled and could allow the Hedgewitch to walk through the Veils.

this ritual is not to be used lightly and that for only hedgeworth witches has knowledge to do this i leave parts of the ritual of because of it’s dangers and do not take any responsibility of what happens if you try. good luck.
(for one with knowledge and heart)

Lydia Sherrer: I first read The Speaker almost a decade ago when I first discovered author Sandra Leigh. I loved it then, and I still love it now. It is a simple, easy read, yet deep in meaning and rich in storyline. I do not know what kind of research or prior knowledge Leigh has of First Nation tribes, but sh...

Deleted User: This is a very clever story in the style of 19th century (and turn of the century) Gothic writing, very reminiscent of Stevenson's The Body Snatchers or even of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde (less so of Frankenstein itself, since the author is more minimalist than Shelley's florid, Romantic rhetoric). ...

Clarissa: Very atmospheric and descriptive language, with good character development. This is a complex and interesting story - definitely worth a read.

Bradley Darewood: I really really really liked this. I just voted for you!The voice is flawless-- I can't write men as well as you do and I have a penis. Maybe I'm narcissistic but I particularly enjoyed the moment where he muses about how artists would do better in such a solitary job. But my favorite moment ...

: The book was hella great. You never know what's going to happen next. There's a lot of clues that shows to the next scene. I thought Miley and David would marry each other in this book but too my disappointment, they didn't. I have a ques. Will there be a part two to this book?

AnnaLucia: This fanfiction has an amazing plot. It's very different from the books, yet the author still managed to keep the personalities the characters had in the books. Your Alec and Magnus still are themselves, even though you created a different plot where Bane had to seduce Lightwood to get informati...

Animeviewer: It is one of the best stories I've ever read. This story will have you riding a roller coaster of emotions and nearly dying to know what happens next. You will get very attached to the characters and in my case I relate well with some of their very traumatic or emotional experiences, Just Juliet f...

: This story was gripping and very professionally written. With lots of twists and slight of hand tricks, the author deceives the reader until finally showing their cards at the end. With several subplots all intertwining to create the main plot, this really is an interesting and engaging read.

Dimplz: Severitus stories (Snape is Harry's Father/Guardian/Mentor) are a staple in the fandom and the quality of these stories vary wildly.. This was an absolute gem to read. The characters were excellently written and the story was very heartfelt.

Ben Gauger: Kudos to Bryan Laesch, author of Remnants of Chaos:Chaotic Omens for his use of the Gothic style of writing and in addition the footnotes and endnotes at the end of each chapter, a welcome accompaniment to be sure, though his use of grammar could use a little improving, but his use of punctuation...
