Summer Interrupted

"Hey, mister," shouted Nicole McNamara, "she likes you." She pointed to her long-time friend Kassie Lang.

Nate, Nicole's younger brother, shook his head. Nicole was always teasing older men about liking them. At the age of seventeen, Kassie had never had an actual boyfriend.

The man, who was about forty years old, had ridden by their house. Nate had seen him before, but didn't know him.

Jessica: This was something that I was not expecting at all. The way things intertwined together-the stories of the different characters-was good and fit together. I would fix up the writing and punctuation of the story. Overall, interesting and a good read.

trippix1963: Not really a big surprise at the end, but it's pretty well written and fun. I liked the characters - they were more developed than in some successful published books I've read. A few typos but I've seen that in published books in the last few years.

dimitriwarlamow: I really liked the chapters about the military training and the murders. My girlfriend got me to read the book and I'm glad she did. The characters were all believable. I'll definitely tell my friends that it isn't just a book for the ladies.. Those murder scenes were very clever and the whole st...

MrsHickey: Overall it was a good book and I did enjoy it, however there were a lot of spelling mistakes or missing words in sentences.

Sakina Zaidi: Interesting story line.... One must read....

Pille: This unique mix of indian and white, love and crime, spiritual and scientific has had me utterly in it's spell and drew me in from the first page. Awesomeness pure!

devinneyabby08: This book was amazing. I read a lot of books and most thrillers never really thrill me, but this one succeeded in doing so and beyond! I was definitely fooled about the plot! Some stories on Inkitt are really weird but this one is by far my favorite!

Deborah Conte: This is an unusual reading story. Hey it is a story that will make you think and cry and laugh all at the same time. This book is well written showing the feelings of a teen-age girl, Rachel after her Grandma dies and she has to still deal with the real world and a parent and family (Nate) that a...

NancyRichFoster: This story had me from the first chapter to the very last! The twists and turns, and suspense had me guessing to the very end! This was a great job by a great author!

Jodee3596: I really did like this story. Lacey Amanda Jones is very well written. It's a story about a girl who didn't like who she was but wasn't really sure how to change that and still get what she wants. Then there's Finn. What or who is he? Her gay BFF, some stalker guy who takes pictures of her or the...

Ali Albazaz: I started reading "Caged" few hours ago and I'm on chapter 7 now. Caged is definitely one of the most addictive stories I've ever read. Thank you so much for writing this novel.

Maryam Rehman: The story was overall amazingly penned down. I loved how the story transitioned from the lavish city of London to the war torn Aleppo. Even though the story had some loopholes in some places, it made me contemplate failing in chemistry, because I was up all night glued to my mobile screen rather ...
