The Review of the Fifth Transcript by Agent Philip Stanton of the Federal Bureau of Investigation
[Review of the fifth transcript to be carried out by Agent Philip Stanton of the FBI. He surmises the information of the transcript, and concludes the FBI's findings. The review is being conducted in the same room of the FBI headquarters as the first review.]
Agent Philip Stanton: [Looks at his phone on the table after he turns it on] ''It is [clears throat] 14:45 on the 11th of October, 7 days after the incident. This review should only be redistrubuted to Agent Kramer, Chief Khan, Director North and to the President of the United States. I will now be commencing the review of the fifth transcript.''
[He has a small purple file in front of him containing documents. He opens it up and retrieves a couple of documents from it.]
''Marta Dziebowski, a Polish-American female, born on October 1st 1983. She has 1 sister, her mother is deceased, and her father is living in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She is a recent divorcee, and she lives by herself in Manhattan, New York. [Lookign at the camera briefly] No red flags there. [Looking down again] Her background in Economics and Environmental Science checks out, and her job as a Financial Analyst is true. She has been working there for 10 years. Nothing suspicious about that. [Pauses] But...she may have given Harrison Jepp some money to...fund his weapon making. It's a possibility.''
[He picks up another document.]
''Neither Jepp nor Dziebowski indicate that they have had previous contact with each other, and we have checked out her previous contacts prior to the incident, which prove she has never met him before. So it would seem out of the blue if...he tried to make some sort of deal. However, not everything was filmed. So we can't rule any contact between Jepp and Dziebowski after this intial interview.''
[He opens the file and takes out a photograph.]
''Her product, Fire Fighter, is revolutionary. Harrison knew this, and probably tried to use her expertise to convert it into a weapon, supposing he could not get the money instead. It could have been reverse engineered to...produce some sort of poisonous gas to kill people. Could have.''
[He puts down the photograph and sighs.]
''Maybe...Kramer's right about her suspicions. I'm not entirely convinced...Jepp...did this. Or that he even got help. There are so many...second guesses. And I'm just providing circumstantial reasons as to how he could have gotten a weapon. [Shaking his head] I don't know. We might be right about him. Or we may all be wrong about him. But what I do know for sure...is I believe...Marta Dziebowski did not act in collusion with the subject prior to the incident. However, due to her position to supply funding, she is a person of interest to this case. On behalf of the FBI, I rule out Marta Dziebowski as a suspect due to lack of circumstantial evidence.''
[He puts the documents back in the file. He turns on his phone to look at the time.]
''Review terminated at 15:00.''
END OF RECORDING.
