The Review of the Fourth Transcript by Agent Alison Kramer of the Federal Bureau of Investigation

[Review of the fourth transcript is to be carried out by Agent Alison Kramer of the FBI. She surmises the information of the transcript, and concludes the FBI's findings. The review is being conducted in the same room of the FBI headquarters as the first review.]

Agent Alison Kramer: [She sighs briefly] ''This review is being carried out by Federal Bureau of Investigation, and should only be redistrubuted to Agent Stanton, Chief Khan and Director North, as well as the President of the United States. This is Agent Kramer, and the time is [she looks at her wristwatch] 16:15 on the 10th of October, 6 days after the incident. I will now commence this review.''

[She has a black file in front of her, and she proceeds to open it and retrieve documents from it.]

''Jenna Elise Mary McGrath, born October 12th 1989, from Portland, Oregon. An only child, her parents are divorced at present and Miss McGrath lives by herself. [Clears her throat] We have seen evidence from the tape that the subject and Miss McGrath have had prior contact with each other, in the form of simultaneous attendance at an institution for education, at Braymoore High School in Portland, Oregon. The subject and Miss McGrath were in the same classes for Health, Spanish, English, History and Science. We have been able [she pulls out another document from the black file] to ascertain that she graduated from Braymoore with straight As, so she is quite intelligent. [Looking at the camera] But is she intelligent enough to create a weapon of mass destruction? [Looking down] I don't know. What would be her motive if she did?''

[She looks away from the camera in a pensive manner.]

''So, the subject and Miss McGrath knew each other. It doesn't look like they knew each other prior to the event other than that they went to high school together. Their reaction at their reunion denotes that after they graduated, they had not been in contact with each other at all. But, we can't be so sure of that.''

[She pulls out another document.]

''She was telling the truth when she said she did not attend college or university, as she began work at a local diner, called Fred's Diner, in the city of Portland shortly after she finished high school education. Then, from 2011, she has been working at a local chain of Starbucks situated in the same city.''

[She pulls out another document from the file.]

''No criminal convictions or pending court cases. No brushes with the law whatsoever. She always was the highest of her classes in terms of exam grades. She never got into trouble at school. [She shakes her head slowly.] This girl is as clean as a bar of soap. I don't think...[she looks down as she leans in on the table with her elbows] that Miss McGrath had anything to do with the incident. Yes, she may have a 'hobby' in building scientific products, but, looking at her invention, HaloGen, she uses her skills to help people, not...destroy them. It would be very out of character for her to do so. [She sighs, and sitting back in her chair] But, as Agent Stanton would say, you can't judge a book by its cover, right?''

[She puts the documents back in the black file.]

''All what we have established from this review is that Jenna McGrath posed no threat to others, nor did she have the means to. From the tape, I am unable to identify her as being in a position of imposing danger on other people, so I will have to conclude, from the evidence I have seen, that Jenna McGrath was not in collusion with the subject when the incident occured. However, the FBI porclaims her a person of interest in our investigations from now on.''

[She folds her arms, and sighs.]

''Agent Stanton...would have me believe that anyone is capable of anything. That anybody is capable of the most...craziest things. If that's right...then who on this earth...can we trust?''

[She exhales as she unfolds her arms.]

''The review has now come to an end. The time is now [she looks at her wristwatch] 16:24.''
