When she entered her house there was complete dark accompanied by a deadly silence. No lights were on. She went to switch board to turn on the lights and when she looked around there was no one else present there.
"Mom, I am home. Where are you?" She shouted.
Checking all the rooms downstairs, she went on the first floor. Tension building in her muscles and sweat trickling down her face. She never goes anywhere without telling me the girl thought. In first room next to staircase there was no one. When she entered the next room she was startled by what she was seeing. A woman's lifeless body hanging from the ceiling and moving two and fro like a pendulum. The girl didn't know what to do. So she did nothing. The woman she loved the most, cared the most was no longer alive. The woman whose smile encouraged her, made her believe anything is possible was gone. The woman whose eyes shone brighter whenever the girl appeared making her believe she was loved was no more. The woman who bore everything just to make the girl happy and safe was dead. She stood there staring at the figure silently until a man came and freed the woman from noose. The girl didn't cry, not even single tear. She went away with a letter clutched in her hands and plan in her mind. Now she knew what to do next...
