Summary

As a wolf, I was born to be a killer, a savage. But as a human I was forced to bring out the animal instinct inside of me. And to do this, I had to be broken. After my mother died during childbirth, I was immediately disowned by my father. He hated me for being a girl but most importantly, for taking away the love of his life. I soon found myself brought to another pack for what I thought was a better education and training but even being there I still didn't feel like I belonged. I ran away in a fit of terror one day after a classmate inquired about my father and soon I was lost and all alone but they saved me. They saved me from a life of darkness and restored me. So here I am, stalking through the shadows of the night, watching for any sign of prey and when they least expected it...they were dead! *****ATTENTION! Prologue

I never really thought much about my life before now. Being this, monster just came so naturally to me that it was almost normal. Killer instincts were part of my DNA so the primal urge to stalk and maul my prey to death, was as common as breathing and my desire for blood had become so addicting that no matter where I was I always thinking about my next kill.

I stared out into the night, watching my victim like a hawk, memorizing every move he made as he crept through the woods. I waited for my chance, stealthily moving in step with him careful to keep a safe distance from his line of sight and smell. He never saw me coming and when I jumped out at him the fear in his eyes was evident. He was going to die, and he knew it.

"W-who arrrre yyyouu?" He said while he trembled in terror.

I tilted my head to the side and walked around him in a circle, playing with him like a cat plays with a mouse just before it attacks.

He was so nervous that I knew even before he did that he was about to make a run for it and like the evil predictor I am, I let him bolt. This should be fun!

I ran after him, dodging trees and hanging limbs while he stammered ahead of me tripping a couple times before he finally fell and landed on his face. He tried to get up but I stopped him placing my boot in between his shoulder blades and pushing down hard enough to knock his wind out. Then I reached down grabbing him by the arm and flipped him over into his back.

"Please, I'm begging you, don't kill me! Please." He said while he cried his eyes out like the little sissy that he was.

I smiled so devilishly that if he could actually see my face he would have thought I was insane. In one swift swing of my claws, I ripped through his throat like a plastic bag causing blood to spray across the grass and onto my pants. I listened as he gurgled on his own blood sending chills down my back and causing the hairs along my neck stand up.

It was almost orgasmic listening to him take his last breath and when he did I picked up my phone and dialed the messenger. "Tell him he's dead."

The Moon Goddess sure fucked up when she created me, not only because of what I was but because of what I craved to be.

Was I really meant to be this way?

***Whoa did you see that eye color though. That's one serious scary son of a b!tch!!!***

Sarah Moore: The book is enjoyable. I feel like some things are rushed but over all it’s a good read.

Selina: Das Buch ist sehr spannend und auch schön geschrieben. Ich finde gut das es aus vielen Sichten geschrieben ist.

Kim Mahaffey: I loved it! There were times I laughed until I cried. Definitely will read more from this author

Ingrid: Slight twist to the usual rejection plot which is good. However, linear in the 'world building' with too little to flesh out the narrative. Author has a great sense of humour with the characters. Would benefit having a proof reader going over the script.'

Leslie Suttles: Sweet love story. Was slightly disappointing that the only sexual encounter prompted was the SA and nothing showing she was able to move past it

ina: Auch das 2. Buch ist fantastisch geschrieben
