Okay so this is my first work, and I hope you like it!!!
Open to CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM, not negative stuff.
The wonderful cover is made by an extremely good artist and my dear friend kavya, she is open for business, so if you want an exceptional cover contact her on Instagram at kavocarto.
Well, let’s get started.
The air was thick in the corridor, the tension so thick that you could cut through it with a knife.
We all were sitting in our homeroom, even though it was about lunchtime.
Leo was constantly running his hands through his hair, a sign of nervousness.
Forrest was tapping his foot, his light brown orbs held impatience, irritation and if seen carefully, fear.
Beside me, Amber was chewing her nails, and wringing her fingers.
In all, the whole student body was feeling petrified. A deep rush of adrenaline to say the least. After all, we are all still kids who know nothing about the real world but are protected by the riches of Crane County.
I sat there, drumming my fingers on the desk, and observing.
My heart rate was running as fast as a horse in a race.
We weren’t at fault, yet we all felt guilty.
Even the ones who weren’t there.
If only we knew.
But who had done it?
Was it the one we suspect?
Or is this a story in which we ourselves have to unwind?
So many unanswered questions.
Yet the answers causing more questions.
Nobody had expected life to be lost in this mess.
