Henry Tate Porter

Tate was not surprised at the massive mansion before him. Sean, Owen and Oscar, however, was looking at the building as if they haven't seen one before. Which, they actually haven’t. But, Tate had lived with his father for many years and before his mother died, he was living a good life in a huge mansion like the one before him.

EDM music was audible from even outside the mansion and there were teenagers littered in the large drive way. His attention was turned away from the flock of teens to Owen whom had whistled lowly.

“Damn, this place is fucking gorgeous.” Owen marveled, “Imagine living in a place like this.”

Tate rolled his steel grey eyes before he began walking towards the mansion.

“Let’s get this over with.” He called over his shoulder.

In all honestly, he was never one to turn down free booze. Unless it was from someone in an alley way, then he’ll definitely turn it down. When they entered the mansion, it was even more impressive. A chandelier hung from above and the floor was perfectly polished marble. Except now, the floor was packed with girls and boys dancing.

“Tate!” A loud, feminine voice screeched over the pounding music. “You made it!”

When he turned to his left, he saw Destiny walking up to him with a mega watt smile. She was dressed in a skin tight black dress that showed off her voluptuous curves and a pair of those sexy thigh high boots. The dress was attached to two thin straps that showcased her big breasts. A thick silver dog collar was wrapped around her neck and it looked highly uncomfortable.

“Holy shit.” Owen muttered beneath his breath as he too caught sight of Destiny.

Destiny stopped right in front of Tate and wrapped her arms around him, making sure to press her full breasts against his chest. Tate was uncomfortable as Destiny hugged him. Usually he went for girls like her but recently a certain raven haired, green eyed female had been on his mind.

Maybe this was what he needed to forget her. After all, she had a boyfriend and it wasn’t like she was going to go for someone like him. So with that thought in mind, Tate wrapped his muscular arms around Destiny.

“Awh man.” He heard Owen murmur as soon as he hugged her.

When they pulled apart, Destiny offered them drinks. Once they all accepted, they followed her to the kitchen which was pretty large. A bar was set up in the corner of the room and a bartender sat behind the counter. He was serving a girl before they walked up to him. The moment he saw Destiny, he grinned.

“What can I do for you, sexy lady?”

“I’ll have a two shots of Tequila, one each for my friend and I.” She cast a wink in Tate’s direction which he returned with a mischievous smirk.

“Make that four shots.” Tate ordered with a smirk.

Once their shots were placed in front of them and they each downed two, Destiny placed herself very close to Tate. She pressed her breasts against his chest and sank her painted nails into his broad shoulders. She got on the tips of her toes and gently brushed her lips by his ear.

“Why don’t we take this elsewhere?”

Tate rest his big hands on her wide hips and pulled her closer to him. He trailed his nose down her slender neck.

“Lead the way.”

Before he knew it, they were in a bedroom of the mansion. They were so far away from the party that the music could barely be heard. The were making out as if their life depended on it, her hands were all over his body and his were roaming all over hers.

Destiny pulled off his coat and threw it somewhere in the room and then she proceeded to pull his shirt over his head. Tate grabbed the hem of Destiny’s dress and pulled it up to her waist so that her black thong was visible.

He was about to bring the thong down when he heard the sound of cries. Confused, Tate pushed Destiny away.

“Did you hear that?”

An annoyed Destiny looked at Tate, “I didn’t hear anything, now come on.” She pulled his head down so that his lips met hers.

Tate kissed her dominantly but he couldn’t help but imagine that it was a certain green eyed female before him, not Destiny. He wondered what it would be like to kiss her. Was her lips soft?

My Skylar.

Abruptly, Destiny pushed him away from her. She flashed her angry eyes up at him. “What the fuck did you just call me?”

Tate didn’t have time to answer when he heard a scream. His eyes widened and so did Destiny’s. Without a second thought, Tate pulled on his shirt and ran out of the room.

He walked down the dark hallway with Destiny hot on his heels. He paused, he didn’t know where the scream had come from. Which room.

He was about to give up when he passed by a closed door. His body froze and the words echoed in his head.

Shh, I promise you’ll like it, Skylar.

Skylar? In a flash, he had kick down the door. The sight before him sickened him. A limp Skylar lay on the bed with Adam Jackass hovering above her. It was obvious that his hand was between her leg and he was so into what he was doing, that he didn’t even hear Tate come in the room.

A whimper left Skylar’s mouth and that sent Tate into overdrive. It was like he blacked out, one moment he was standing at the door and the next he was bashing Adam’s face in.

A scream left Destiny as she saw what was happening. The shrill scream brought Tate back and he hopped off of Adam. His attention turned to Skylar. His heart was racing furiously in his chest as he fixed her skirt and picked her up.

Adrenaline pumped through his veins but that quickly turned to rage when he saw that Skylar was barely even conscious.

He was leaving the room when he heard a fragile, soft voice.

“Tate.” He looked down and saw her eyes flutter close before she completely lost consciousness.

His feet carried him down the staircase and out of the mansion. He heard a familiar voice call out to him and he turned around.

Sean stood there, his hair ruffled. His eyes widened when he saw what Tate carried. Then he noticed the worry in his brother’s eyes.

“I need to get her to the house.” His words was filled with desperation which made Sean nod.

“I’ll tell the guys to get an Uber home.”

Tate didn’t respond and instead walked to the car that they came in. He was aware that Sean was following him but he didn’t say anything.

He was settled in the backseat with her in his lap and Sean in the driver seat when he noticed the tiny puncture wound and irritated skin on her arm.

His grip on her tightened and he ordered Sean to drive faster.

Tate stared down at the beautiful female in his bed. She was dressed in one of his dark burgundy tee shirts but it looked huge on her small frame.

He wasn’t aware someone entered his room until he felt a hand on his shoulder.

“You need to get some rest, Tate.” The feminine voice ordered.

He gritted his teeth, “I can’t leave her.”

The woman sighed. “She’ll be out for awhile. It’ll take some time for the antidote to flush the drugs from her system.”

Once more, Rage filled his cells. His mind replayed the horrible image of her laying their defenseless while he was on top of her. He knew the image would haunt him for the rest of his god forsaken life.

All he wanted to do in that moment was go back and beat the fuck out of Adam, her boyfriend. What man does that to his own girlfriend?

Cold hands cupped his face and he was forced to look into the person’s intense blue eyes.

“She will be fine now, Tate. You saved her. Now, you could get some rest and I’ll stay here with her.”

Tate was hesitant. He didn’t want to leave her but the sweltering glare from the woman told him that he didn’t have a choice.

With a slight nod, he agreed and left the room.
