Make sure you're a priority.
I wanna encourage you to seek help if need be.
Anxiety is something that I deal with but my parents are awesome people.
Therapy has helped me deal with grief and another situation in the past.
It's so important to acknowledge when we need help.
Sharing this because transparency heals.
Remember you're not alone.
There are people that love you.
It's okay to still be in progress.
Your truth can generate the healing process for somebody else.
