She's one of those silver screen cliches

Honey blonde hair

Boobs out

Head high

She's born with that innocuous wide-eye good-girl faith...

(Just another 21-century whore)

She puts on a charade of lip-gloss smiles and cheer-leading back-flips

Out of all the actors; she's the best one there.

Perfect, isn't she?

Oh, she's far from perfect

But everybody thinks she is.

Everybody expects her to be.

Perfect looks

Perfect grades

Perfect parents

Perfect boyfriend

She has the best of friends

Barbie Doll

Everybody wants to be her

She's the girl you'd die to be (Literally)

Faultless (apparently)

She's drowning, but everybody sees her breathing.

She feels like screaming

Mommy's a 'self-medicating' alcoholic

Daddy bring sluts home every night

Big Brother's smoking cannabis

Her Ken Doll is cheating on her...

...with her supposed best friend.

Secretly, they bitch about her.

And she can't take it anymore.

Society wins this war.

So she writes it on her Facebook:

I'm not perfect.

And she seizes the bottle of pills

And disappears

To a place where nobody cares

If she's perfect

Or not.

Sammi Chan: THIS WAS AMAZING!!! My favorite part of this story was the slow build of Merlin and Arthur's relationship. Their relationship was rlly nicely fleshed out and so good :) The way that you handled the magic reveal was super enjoyable. I rlly liked the switching POVs. Good!Mordred was cute and I'm rl...

marycombs14: This is a very interesting book - mostly because the heroine is quite charming and well rounded, and has very real issues to manage in her life. Most of all,. I loved the view inside of the life of a South Asian girl/woman, the emotional self-talk, the customs and preferences, the expectations a...

Kastril Nomenclature: What a fascinating work: a photo that seems to reveal a strange figure in the window of an old hotel leads to a mystery about a missing page of Queen Victoria's diary! This is a mystery in the best sense, with small clues leading to bigger ones, all of them building one upon the other to the quie...

Animeviewer: It is one of the best stories I've ever read. This story will have you riding a roller coaster of emotions and nearly dying to know what happens next. You will get very attached to the characters and in my case I relate well with some of their very traumatic or emotional experiences, Just Juliet f...

precious_passenger: I've read this story on and I'm so happy to see this here. It's one of my favorite stories about Supernatural fandom. Little Dean is adorable in here :) Also, I voted for your story. Us Supernatural fans have to look out for each other, right? :D

dd1226: I love reading about other countries and I think this story about Cambodia after Polpot creates awareness of the tragedy that happened there and the actions of the U.N. to hold elections. The heroine of the story is easy to relate to, a modern, middleaged woman looking for an adventure, wanting t...

Alex Reltin: The way you build the world around the characters is amazing, and the way you get into the character's mind and make us feel for the characters through the entire story. There isn't much more I can say about this other than amazing! Are there going to be anymore updates any time soon?I also Vote...

Alana Dill: Well, that was very fine indeed. Well-crafted story gives a lot of insight into Wray's life as a con guest. I love the little details about signing, and his interior monologue as his conversation goes down in flames. All the characters seem real and engaging. It makes me wish Christina Hendricks ...

P. A. Clouden: The world you've created here is powerful, dark and eerily prophetic. It's a poignant look at what a dystopian America can look like and how far off we are from it. I love the social commentary and message you're providing here. Very strong start.I also agree with Caitlin that some more detai...

littlebite22: This made me think. About the world around me, about what I think of others. We rarely get to see or hear what others think, and this is such a great example of not judging a book by its cover. Also very well written.
