My Wings , they are me.

My Wings , they are me.

Release me , release me , as though there were nothing left in my heart or my home, release my heart from this torture of Punishment , release me ,

do you  not have a heart, release me , release me from this prison of torment, give me my life back , help me find the prison of love , and  help me find the prison of time, help me find my home within the shadows of love and help me have my home back, help me love to the highest form, release me .

and in the shadows of the night when the heart feels as though demons crawl beneath the skin upon the chest walls of my soul for be it lord unto my own abyss of my own torment how can I give my own self breath, forgive me lord for I am weak, I am a shadow only the unknown follows me , I am weak , I am weak . I am me for all that knows me , I am me , I wish to breathe as the birds fall in the air I am me ,  I wish to live as the dragons fell from heaven , I am me .. I wish to be all that I can be as though the loneliness will drown out my soul, I am me , and nothing in the night will harm me anymore I am me, and nothing will punish  me anymore ,I am me .

I will live as though the dove has a choice, I will live as though my heart soars upon its own wings, and I feel the wings change in the wind upon my back , when I walk alone sometimes I feel the wings in my skin form as blades come across the shoulders and then they form into a light of the abyss of the lights and shadows they are wings that form across my back,  they sing a song that only I can hear they are the wings of the storms, they are without their own seasons they are shadows for my protection when the storms come to take my breath, and although I fight to take them back , they allow me to soar in the fight that no one can see, and though I walk and take them down they still form upon the back, the wings of my shadows, the wings of my blades, the wings of my shadows,

they are my walks, they are my prisons , they are my freedom to the unknown they take their own flights, they climb the battle grounds for me , they give me strength for my knees when they give out , they give me a home when I am within the storms , they are my eyes when I am blind, they are my mind when I am free, they are my tears when I have none, they are me, they can fly , they can be , they come when I least expect it , I can see them in my Mind, they fly , they give way to my own fears and then they can be the wings that take me to the next place in my world, they are me.

They are the Wings of the Shadow grounds, they are me , they are blades that cut through others that see the truth and lies that wait for me in the dark, they wait to steal my life, take my breath and steal my hope they are me , she had a song , and the song played for her soul only , the song that gave her hope had eyes, they where within her home, how can one be other than the life it has had , the life that gave her hope ,

My Wings, they are me.

fellipxx: I loved this novel, it was very sweet and big on the emotions I really enjoyed it and could not stop reading not even for a second, I even cried a little bit at a few touching moments too. And overall I found this book sweet, realistic and cheesy (I like the cheesy stuff).

Christopher Calvo: Truly a wonderful read and very well written! Love the characters and character development, and can smell the frybread as I read it! Can't wait for more as we delve into the Buffalo Summer.

borkarprasad: Story was overall a good experience. I liked that the truth unraveled slowly and kept me in edge every time I changed the chapter. I would love to read more volumes to this legacy and be glad to read it from a published book. Great work!!!!!!!!!

Animeviewer: It is one of the best stories I've ever read. This story will have you riding a roller coaster of emotions and nearly dying to know what happens next. You will get very attached to the characters and in my case I relate well with some of their very traumatic or emotional experiences, Just Juliet f...

Patrick Johns: The Prince was an exciting read. I enjoyed the spoiled bratty protagonist and his drastic change through out the story. The world building was well though out and clear. The author did a great job painting a picture for the reader without having a map. I liked the connection to real life leaders....

Angel S. Adames Corraliza: Sensational! As a fan of superheroes, I have to say, you have a real winner of a story so far. I like that you made Allison a Wonder Woman expy, but kept her likable and relate-able in this first chapter. You showed us the Mother while also glancing at the Superhero, which I think is important to...

Deidre L. Swain: I understood where the story was going but the writing skills were lacking a lot. There are some places that had no flow. The plot was good which is what kept me reading the whole story. I think the author shows promise. They just need to tighten up on their skills to really get it going

zsyed3623: I really loved this book because it reminded me of all the harry potter characters. it alsok made me think better of Snape. lastly because it made me feel like it was realistic because of the feelings and the way everyone though! this book is 8ne of the best books ever and I am not lying when I s...

Lydia Sherrer: I first read The Speaker almost a decade ago when I first discovered author Sandra Leigh. I loved it then, and I still love it now. It is a simple, easy read, yet deep in meaning and rich in storyline. I do not know what kind of research or prior knowledge Leigh has of First Nation tribes, but sh...

Jacklyn Reynolds: As a mother of an Autistic child, I know how hard it can be. I love how beautiful you made everything. That's all I can say. I need to grab a tissue.

ArgyrisMetaxas: Thrilling story which builds layer ontop of layer. A few mis spellings every few chapters. What I found special was that it took a modern day problem and took it to its logical conclusion and plays this realism with gritting precision. I'm always on edge ready to shout from adrenaline. This is gr...

ank1983: I really enjoyed this story and I read through it quickly. I found it very entertaining and some of your scenes were very well written and descriptive. Every time a chapter ended I couldn't wait to start the next chapter. What girl hasn't fantasized over a cute teacher at school?! The story did...

Althea Kerr: This is a tale that is all too familiar to South African readers having lived through a war era on our borders and beyond. It is obviously autobiographical as the mind under duress is so detailed and real. It has fantastic suspense if a bit disjointed - perhaps that is the fear and loneliness com...

Michael Hogan: If anyone would advise Lindsey Martin-Bower not to mix religion and politics, she would probably tell them to take a hike. This rollicking novella does just that. It considers the case of Yung Sung Gonne and his Universality Church and two young women trying to bring it down. Frustrated by the ru...

Sammi Chan: THIS WAS AMAZING!!! My favorite part of this story was the slow build of Merlin and Arthur's relationship. Their relationship was rlly nicely fleshed out and so good :) The way that you handled the magic reveal was super enjoyable. I rlly liked the switching POVs. Good!Mordred was cute and I'm rl...
