Colors fade,

I dream away,

Thinking of a nice summer day.

Unaware of what will come,

That I’ll be taken by a horrible someone.

Hidden in the dark,

I try to hide,

There’s nothing to do,

I cannot fight.

For it is growing near,

As I shed a tear,

As a knife is thrust in my chest,

There is nothing to fear.

The last sight I see,

Is it’s intense gleam,

As I begin to fall,

It starts to beam.


I’m left alone,


In a dark place unlike what I know,

Is forever what, I call home.
