Wilted Roses

I’m like a wilting rose.

Once wanted and beautiful,

But not anymore.


There are new roses now.

Wanted and beautiful roses.

No one wants me anymore.


I just have to remember,

That one day,

The new roses will wilt too.

I just have to wait.


After I wilt I will come back,

But as a new rose,

Or a violet.

But the new rose,

I hope they come back too.

But as unwanted weeds that get killed.
