The Quite Spirit

With folded arms and melancholy face.

He stared into space.

With creamy glazed brown eyes.

The dreamy trance was immortalized.

His regretful past hung over him like a grateful shadow.

Expressing his opinions was the only thing that kept him single.

And to me, he’ll always be the eagle that soars, the wind that blows, the sun rises, and the moon that glimmers.

This man will have my love, my respect, and trust forevermore.

And he’ll always be the Quiet Spirit.

B.W. Harold

Sarah Luongo: I'm a big fan of the format of the book- the concept of incorporating poems and within the story and sectioning off periods of the story with each poem. It made it easier to read, and made the unimaginable easier to comprehend. What some people may skip over may be the most important part in this...

Fabia Scali-Warner: Wow. This works reminds me of Allen Ginsberg, and at times even Prevert. The arching storyline is interesting, but I loved the care given to every verse. What a gem!

Asan: The book has the great ending. I almost like your writing style and like your story.I want to read more your booksKeep going in this style😉😉😍

Terri: I love this story, the characters, and flow. I can’t wait for Lisa’s story, what happens with Adele. Will she get to stay? Can’t wait for next story.

jessejoe91: I like that I could relate to all the poetry that I've read so far. I would recommend this book to my friends who love poetry

Amanda Lynch: There are a couple loose ends that I feel should've been handled by now. Additionally, some of the time jumps don't make a lot of sense. What happened at Eric's birthday party? When did they let Tempo go? Why does she have such a weird name?

Ted Yellow: A beautiful collection of poems that come with random messages about life. The use of metaphor is amazing and adds to the overall beauty of the poems. A little more attention to the use of punctuation can make it even better!

Tarun: A must read story for every couple❣️.....i was crying at the end🙁.....but its the best story ...😍😇.....

cathrine: Overall I liked the poem, it's style of sync and especially the emotions.

alicia: As always I love your books, just finished all your completed stories and I can say it made waking up today a lil bit more special. Thank you

kittyloverinsca: This was a great book but I just wasn't expecting it to be that short so not to be bossy or anything but next time try to make it a little bit longer but overall it was wonderful.

heironymousridiculous: Do I love you more because one of your parents was a narcissist? Or was it always that crumpled, refracted, white trash inheritance besieging my negative attachments until I’d eaten up all my carefully rationed self-esteem? Of course I was insane with hunger. Of course you never meant to hurt me ...

laceyE56: It was a great book!!
