Where Are You Girl

Where are you girl, I’m looking for you
You have me coming, you have me going, you have me heading to you
Where are you girl, cause I’m lookin’ for you
Tis true what they say, I’m addicted to you

Are you hiding from me, is it that plain to see?
A game of cat and mouse for the world to referee
Are you hiding from me, cause it’s that plain to me
Cause I want you just as bad as you want me

Is it love, is it lust, this game we play?
Will it last, will it rust, will we be betrayed?
Will you take that chance to find out if we’re right?
Will we last until dawn, or the twinkle of twilight?

I say we find out girl and take our chances
Let the world know about our secret romances
And if they reject it and try to split us apart
We’ll show them what’s what and whose in charge

Now take my hand now and we’ll follow through
The night is still young for both me and you
We can make it if we try, you’ll see soon enough
The road will be bumpy but I know we’re tough

When times get rough and you’ve taken all that you can take
Just come to me and at night we’ll talk while we lie awake
Watching the stars above us and the moon rise
We’ll stay up all night just to watch the sun rise

So tell me girl, just what are you going to do?
Are you going to take the chance like we both want to?
Are we still going to play that silly game of cat and mouse?
Or are you going to take my hand and become the cat and me the mouse?

So girl, what do you want to do?
Tell me the answer to what you have in mind that’s true
I’m holding out my hand now for you take
Please don’t let my heart regret that decision it made

Jean Tryon: As a beta, I found this story outstanding!! Plot, grammar, phraseology, etc Rachel gives us it all. She takes the story into the future from where due South ends. She is an exacting and thoughtful author.

Alex Reltin: This is a great story! I love how well you go into detail and emotions of Capri, and Mel. You have amazing dialogue and overall it's just a thrill to read! The only critique I could find is that some of the paragraphs should be separated. For example:-"If Nia would have just let me take the car an...

Animeviewer: It is one of the best stories I've ever read. This story will have you riding a roller coaster of emotions and nearly dying to know what happens next. You will get very attached to the characters and in my case I relate well with some of their very traumatic or emotional experiences, Just Juliet f...

Deleted User: I've only read so far to the first two chapters, but I already get that thick, underlying meaning of dark romance--which is good, because it sets the tone, with a hint of danger. However, some parts of the writing did come across as a bit dull, and I personally think that starting a second chapte...

Jenn Deering: This is a go-to story for when you're needing a little happiness in your life. It's well-crafted, and characters are true to their show-selves. The pace is right, there are minimal grammatical errors, and the plot is fresh.

PurpleInkling: Hippocrite is spelt hypocrite. Also it is an awesome story! A good one after so long. I was hoping someone would write a good fanficiton playing off what Ron said at the station. You are doing a remarkable job. It would have been interesting if Albus had also ended up in Ravenclaw though that mig...

LouiseJ2: I enjoyed the detail you went into with regards to the case. It made the UNSUB appear believable. The crisis in the middle of the story was my favorite part, very dramatic but not over the top. I feel like sometimes pairings can be overdone but I liked that some of the relationships were a little...

rajastreet: I enjoyed this piece! I loved the treatment of time and the premise! Some of the wording seemed a little out of place, but easily overlooked for a good a plot.

263Adder: Okay so I adore this story. I only knocked one star off plot for historical inaccuracies because I'm a bit of a stickler for that. The ending broke my heart though, considering you already changed history couldn't you (SPOILER) change it a bit more and have them together!!!! I want an alternative...

Sandra Estrada: I loved every minute of it and I thank my lucky stars that brought me to the story, it's been a whirlwind of emotions, plot twist after plot twist but I never got tired of them.
