I first started writing poetry when I was little, but it was in college that I really learned how to write poetry well. I was able to publish my poems in Colorado Christian University’s art and literary journal, Paragon. This chapbook’s first edition was my first attempt to strike out on my own, with a few poems never before published.
In this second edition, I’ve revised a few poems and added a sample chapter of the novel I worked on most in my college career. More a second printing than edition, as the substantial changes were to style. The cover and interior formatting is vastly different from the original, and is a better representation of what I have learned in the past five years since Aesthetic Blindness marked a start to my career as a self-published author.
Thank you for taking the time to support me by reading my poetry. I love knowing that someone, somewhere, enjoys what I write. It really is what keeps me going.
