Cottage.

Let’s run away from everyone
Look around, we won’t have to deal with anyone.
We will be alone, you and me.
We’ll watch the sunrise.
Don’t ever leave me.
I’m yours and you, mine.
In the cottage, we’ll sleep.
Every morning, we’ll drink tea.
Daisy crowns and meadows.
Raindrops race on the windows.
Jumping from rock to rock
And hearing you mock
How childish I am
When I’m at the stream.

Cottage in the middle of the forest
And we’ll cloud gaze and rest
Just you, you, me, me and us
We’ll be each other’s last
No need to rush
Cause we’re free at last.

You giggle as I fall from the rock
With wrinkled fingers and wet frock.
We head home
Chilling all alone.
No one to disturb
Till I saw your lips’ curve,
Butterflies, they irrupt
Over and over in my stomach…
The sun setting in front of us.
But it’s a sunrise
In your luscious, love filled eyes,
In a circle of everlasting love.

Cottage in the middle of the forest
And we’ll cloud gaze and rest
Just you, you, me, me and us
We’ll be each other’s last
No need to rush
Cause we’re free at last.

Fairies and berries
Love letters and diaries
Shortcakes and breads
Blue skies and rose beds
Never left me
But now, it’s time for us to leave
Everyday and night
We’ve spent
Went faster than light
Now, our novel’s coming to an end.

Mushrooms and brooms
Flowers all bloom
Pollen grains being rude
Animals with weird moods
Searching for food
After sleeping good
And we all grew
As seasons move.

Cottage in the middle of the forest
And we’ll cloud gaze and rest
Just you, you, me, me and us
We’ll be each other’s last
No need to rush
Cause we’re free at last.
