One look, our eyes meeting. I look distracted to my phone but I can feel your eyes, studying me from the other side of the wagon. I look up, and now I can see your stare, now wondering. The stop is here, and you keep gazing at me, I do the same, as if the world would collapse if we look in other direction. Another stop, and we are still looking at each other. The last stop, we stand and get close, not opening our mouths as our eyes speak. You skipped two stops just to see my face and I will remember you as a the most precious memory of intimacy between two strangers on a train.
