Chapter 1

Sometimes the wind that blows in a stormy weather is calmest than the storm inside of you.

And sometimes the silliest things would be the most important to you.

Even the 4 small walls of a room are good listeners or it may be a doll you have… the stuffed things are just always good listeners, they would always keep a secret … they wouldn’t lose time because they don’t even have one… they don’t just object your words because well… just can’t speak… they are just stuffed objects (or beings like animals), you can imagine them saying what you want them to say.

Like, I have an old bear. We had it, even before my birth. It was my sisters’, and today I look at it and I hug it, it is a thing that just witnessed everything in my life, and even though it doesn’t even do anything, it has a really big part of my life, childhood…

And even if it is the silliest thing ever, share, even the walls of a house, it has been buried under them the deepest secrets, emotions, memories. Witnessing everything without reacting. And when you don’t feel yourself prepared to tell someone in person, tell a stuffed object, or even an animal. And it would really help because burying sad, negative emotions in your soul, without giving them the right to take the form of tears, would just make it worse, it would make you feel lonely, which no one is, and with a precise time, we all face a feeling of loneliness, feeling so detached from other people, so alone, but believe me we really aren’t lonely!! So share even with the silliest things the biggest problems.

Because

Expressing the deepest knots leads to break the chains of isolation
