This was written in 2016, one of my earlier stories so yes, there will be many mistakes.
Kelly Lucas, a young nurse from Las Vegas had no idea what her brother had done till she was snatched, bound and blindfolded from her one-bedroom apartment. The feel of leather was cool against her sweat-drenched body when she was shoved into the back seat of a car.
Thick thighs rubbed against her own when two men got in, sitting on either side of her.
Her cries of protest went unanswered till one of the men barked at her. “Shut the hell up bitch or I’ll gag you.”
His tone was harsh, she knew he meant what he said, so sitting back she kept quiet. Her stomach was churning from the stench of the men’s cheap cologne, which did nothing to cover up the fact that they had been sweating.
A good twenty minutes later the car came to a stop. The only sound was one of a helicopter motor. She was dragged from the car and shoved roughly into the seat of what she knew was the helicopter.
Another fifteen minutes had passed when they landed. She was once again dragged from her seat and pulled out. Her arms stung from the tight grip the men had on her as they walked her inside a building.
A radio played softly in the background, the smell of roses filled the room. She knew she had to be in someone’s home, but whose? And why was she here?
A door opened and she was pulled inside, almost tripping. The blindfold was removed. She blinked while her eyes adjusted to the sudden brightness.
Then she saw him. Sitting behind an expensive mahogany desk was a man. His hair was dark, skin a creamy olive colour. It was obvious that under that expensive suit was a toned and muscular body, oh, and those eyes, dark and mysterious. She felt a shiver go through her when his eyes stared back into hers, it was like he was looking deep into her soul.
Palms sweating, heart pounding wildly in her chest she fought the fear that gripped her and she managed to speak. “What the hell is going on here?” She demanded to know.
The man behind the desk spoke, his voice was smooth like liquid honey, but with a hint of arrogance.
“My name is Tony Marshall. Do you have any idea why you are here?” he asked her.
Tony gave her body a look-over, starting at her feet and moving up. She wore a short blue cotton dress that showed off her long slender legs. A tiny waist and the low neckline of her dress showed off her amazing cleavage. Long blond hair cascading down her back and over creamy white shoulders, he felt the stirring of a fire building below.
Kelly stammered, her bottom lip trembling when she answered angrily, “No, and I don’t care. I demand you let me go immediately.”
“I’m afraid I can’t do that. You see, you belong to me now, I own you,” he replied.
Her wrists were aching, the rope was cutting off her circulation, and the pain shot up her arm. Fighting her fear she spat out in anger. “You sick bastard, you don’t own me.”
She cringed and moved back a step when he stood up and walked over to her. Cupping her chin in his hand and holding on tight he stared into her eyes.
“Oh, but I do. Your brother, Shawn has given you to me as payment for his debt,” Tony told her.
Kelly tried shaking his hand away, but the grip he had on her was too strong. “You’re crazy. Shawn can’t give me to anyone.”
He released her chin and ordered her to sit down.” When she refused he raised his voice, making her jump. “Sit your ass down or I’ll do it for you.”
Sitting she looked at him towering over her, his eyes narrowed, teeth clenched. Fear swept through her and she began to shake, her body trembling uncontrollably.
“Your brother owes me a great deal of money. Since he can’t pay it back with cash he has offered you as payment. Which I said I would consider.”
“No, that’s not true. He wouldn’t do that,” she cried.
He then squatted down in front of her so that he was at eye level with her. “Well, he did. You will obey me, be at my beck and call. Your body is mine to do with what I please whenever and wherever I want it. No one else will ever touch you. You will not refuse me. Is that clear?”
Giving him a defiant look shook her head.
“No. Whatever this is about it’s between you and Shawn, I won’t be a part of it,” she cried out.
Tony stood up and went back to his desk he sat down, an evil grin crossed his face. “Do you love your brother? he asked her.
“Of course, I do,” she snapped.
A knowing smile crossed his lips.” Then you will do as I say, or I’ll have no choice but to have him disposed of.”
Kelly felt nauseous, her stomach was churning. The meaning behind his words was crystal clear. But how could she do what this man was suggesting, even if it was to save her brother’s life?
When he became impatient waiting for Kelly to answer he banged his fist on the desk, ordering his two bodyguards out of the room. “What is your answer Miss Lucas?” he barked.
She looked around the room, besides the desk, there were shelves filled with books. With another sofa and chair by the window, a small bar with whiskey and wine filled the bar shelves. A light breeze blew the curtain about, the smell of rain drifted in through the open window. Tony’s voice ordering her to answer drew her out of the trance she was in.
“What does Shawn owe you? I’ll pay for it and then you can let me go.” She had some money saved up and hoped it would be enough.
Tony tossed his head back and laughed. “Five hundred thousand dollars. Do you have that kind of money?” he asked as he looked into her eyes, eyes that were as wide as saucers.
Kelly felt lightheaded, the room began to spin, then darkness took her.
