“I close my eyes but she’s still there
I let her steal into my melancholy heartIt’s more than I can bear”
“Polo.” He replied as the game began.
“I didn’t know that there was a carnival in town” I said with confusion linked in my voice.
We are now in the car, parked in front of the entrance. It’s about nine thirty now. Yeah, we spent basically the whole day in the water. And then we had to climb. It was fun.
Hard work, but fun.
Every moment I spent with Jasper, was the best moments of my life. We may not be normal, but, I rather be with him than be normal.
I felt bad. Jasper carried me over his shoulder, the way back to the pack house after we ate in the picnic. I noticed that he tried to be cheesy, although, he failed miserably.
I couldn’t help but let out a laugh when he tried to feed me. These were his exact same words:
“Crap. Sorry, I seen this in the movies. So, I thought, hey, this should be easy enough”
You should’ve seen his blushing features when I started laughing. I felt guilty but I couldn’t help it!
I could see his inexperienced actions. I knew that he didn’t have a girlfriend before. (Well the slut wasn’t his girlfriend…it was more of a ‘need’ I guess you can say…) Although, I couldn’t help to feel relieved.
Who wouldn’t like Jasper as their boyfriend?
He is such a cutie. Don’t tell him that though, He hates it.
“Well your barley got back, so…” He replied with a sarcastic tone as I rolled my eyes.
Have I told you of how sarcastic this guy is? For a freaking twenty-four - I think - he acts like a fifteen-year old.
Now that I’m on the topic, I should really ask Vanessa for some of his baby pictures. I can feel myself grin at the thought.
I watch Jasper get out of the car as I tried to open the door. Right before I could open the door, he did something that I didn’t expect.
I bet that most of you would think that he would open the door for me but no!
This idiot kept locking the doors with his key thingie! (Yeah, I forgot what the ‘thing’ is called)
“Jasper!” I yelled with frustration. I watch him laugh without a care in the world.
For a minute, I thought he was cliché…
He took out his phone and recorded me from inside the car. I stood there in the seat with my arms crossed. I felt more frustrated than angry.
“Babe, we are making memories!” He yelled back while I rolled my eyes.
“Babe, we are making memories!” I mocked with a glare.
I watch him come and open the door for me with a huge smile.
“You are so damn adorable though!” He continued while pecking my cheek. I felt my features soften for a bit as he let out a laugh.
I’m so happy that I make him laugh, so I just pretend to be mad.
“Come on, I really want to get a picture taken with you” he replied while taking my hand and closing the door of the car. We walked hand and hand into the carnival.
One thing I knew for sure,
He is my everything.
“Yes, that’s perfect!” The old man yelled at us when Jasper positioned himself behind me and wrapped his arms around my waist.
Electric shots started spreading through my body as I shivered in delight. I gave the camera a huge smile while I imagined my mates face.
“Great! Okay now, I want you two to look at each other’s eyes and show some emotion!” The guy continued.
I turned my body to Jasper as he looked down at me. Our foreheads are against one another as his eyes stared directly at mine. His hands are still around my waist as we saw the flash of the camera.
“Fabulous! It’ll come up in a minute.” The guy stated while leaving to his booth. I continued to stare at Jasper without a word. His silver eyes are as bright as the moon, right now.
“You’re certainly the most gorgeous woman I have ever laid eyes on.” He stated with adoration in his silvery eyes.
I felt my face heat up when the short bald guy came back with five pictures. Jasper paid him as we made our way to a ride.
“These is definitely a keeper!” I squealed while placing the pictures in my purse. I pulled Jasper to the Ferris wheel as he chuckled in my reaction.
I have a thing for heights, although I really want to take a picture of the town from the height. More because of the shinning lights that the carnival give off.
“Next!” Yelled a young teenager. We gave him our tickets as the lad bowed down.
“Have fun alpha.” The guy replied with a wink.
I looked at them, confusingly. I simply ignore them and placed my body on the cart.
Jasper came in and sat right in front of me. We buckled in and started to go up. I turned around to my side and admired our surroundings. The beautiful lights made the dark town light up with life.
We came to the very top when I heard a click I turned around to find Jasper with his phone on his hand.
“Wha-” I began right before I was cut off by a pair of lips. Right then, I sweared that I was in cloud nine once again as I melted on his touch. Our lips moved slowly with rhythm as the ride began to moved again. I didn’t want to let go of this moment. I heard cheers from behind, when Jasper and I let go, slowly.
I gasped when we made it to the ground. I stepped off the ride as my eyes adjusted to the sight. Right in front of me, there is lights hanged up and rose petals all over the floor.
Forming a heart.
In addition, there are little kids with huge board letters forming a certain four words. I didn’t know what to say. I felt Speechless.
“I know this isn’t what you might expect from me. I know I’m a sucker at these things, although, I am trying. I’ll give you the fucking world if you want me to. You want the whole world to see? then I’ll get you an audience. You want a cupcake? Then I’ll give you a damn cupcake. I’m sorry that I’ve been a dick in the past few months. I know that this is too soon but I couldn’t wait to make you mine. Anything could happen tomorrow or the next day, I’m not taking the risk. I rather die being your husband. I’m going to tell you everything, no lie. When I first laid my eyes on you, I couldn’t stop thinking of you. You were young at my uncle’s garden, admiring my white roses. I knew that you are mine when my wolf chanted the same word, repeatedly. I felt the urge to go up to you and mark you as mine. Although, your beautiful innocent face, made me wait. I knew that you needed a normal childhood, so I let you go. I stayed watching you from afar. Creepy? I know.” he paused while coming a bit closer to me.
“I lied. I didn’t meet you for the first time in the garden. I met you in the castle, when your father came over to go in a meeting with my father. I didn’t remember this, till the day you called. Something triggered right inside of me. You may not remember, although I do. That is another story for another time. Anyways, like I was saying, I want to make you mine. I don’t care what others say. Your word means more than others. Everything seemed rushed but, to me, everything is going great. I waited for this day for so long, I just want to keep you forever.” he came closer to my figure and kneeled down. I had tears running down my face as he stared deeply, down my soul.
“I always felt like one day you would leave me. Although, everytime I opened my eyes, you were still there. I always had everything. I never needed anybody in my life. I let you come in my heart, without myself noticing. I promise to be there for you. Doesn’t matter where we are in the future, I will always be there. Whenever you need me, just call. No hesitation. Princesa, te amo con todo mi corazón. Sin ti, yo soy nada. You’re my princess, always will be. Well not until you bring little princesses or princes to the world. Then you will be my queen. I promise you my heart, my life. I’m sorry that I keep rambling, I just have so many words to say.” he finished off with a deep breath. I watch him take out a small box and opened it.
I can see him sweat with nervousness as he stared at me.
“Will you make me the happiest man alive and marry me?” he questioned as I stared down at him with my watery eyes.
With no hesitation, I answered his question.
“Yes, I’ll marry you.”
