Chapter 1: He Had To Do Something.

Things were difficult for Jeffrey and his wife Lilly Louise. Their differences had gotten in the way of their marriage. Lilly Louise told him to sleep on the couch. Outside, it was raining. He was unhappy with the silence. The last thing he could do was sleep. Tears were falling from his cheeks. Jeffrey couldn’t imagine being without Lilly Louise at night. Jeffrey’s chest was aching, and he knew he had to do something.

Chapter 2: “Let Me Make It Up To You.”

He got up off the couch, tiptoed into the room where Lilly Louise was sleeping and stroked her arm until she opened her eyes. “Please, sweetheart,” he begged her. “Let me make it up to you. Tomorrow is Mother’s Day. We can take Baxter and Sandy Sue out for brunch. We can all have fun as a family just like we used to, okay?” Lilly Louise loved her husband’s loving persuasion. She fell into his arms, and they shed tears of joy.

Chapter 3: Howells and Hood

The next day, Jeffrey took his family to Howells and Hood in their hometown of Chicago. They all had both many helpings of both pancakes and doughnut French toast. For Lilly Louise, this brought back delightful memories Jeffrey making French toast to bring a smile to her face when they became husband and wife. It inspired her to give her husband a kiss on the lips. This made Baxter and Sandy Sue smile.

Chapter 4: No Ordinary Evening

During the next Saturday evening, Jeffrey took his family to see an enjoyable Broadway play. It sent Jeffrey into a reverie. This reverie caused Jeffrey to take pleasure in his devotion to his wife and kids.

That night at home, a thunderstorm kept Lilly Louise awake. Her heart was pounding with fear. Fortunately, Jeffrey hugged her without ever letting her go. All her fears melted. Their lips started touching, and the thunderstorm became a breezy, moonlit night. This was a reverie come true for Jeffrey.

Chapter 5: Family Fun and Romance at Navy Pier

The following Saturday, Jeffrey took his family to a street party at Navy Pier. In addition to the Ferris wheel, they enjoyed the carousel. They were spinning in circles. But the Ferris wheel was their favorite ride of all.

While on the Ferris wheel the sun the going down. Lilly Louise and Louise and Jeffrey both noticed that the sky was turning peach and purple. This was a wonderful sight for them. This inspired them to share a kiss. For this one moment, this universe belonged to no one but them.

Chapter 6: Their Own Cloud Nine

During the Saturday after that, Jeffrey and Lilly Louise were able to get their parents to baby-sit for Baxter and Sandy Sue. Jeffrey had made preparations to take Lilly Louise on a romantic cruise on Lake Michigan. And Lilly Louise was thrilled!

When the soft music was playing on the ship, the two of them were able tune out all of the insanity around them in the universe and focus on their own cloud nine. It was as if they had gone back to their dating days. They never wanted to stop slow dancing or leave one another’s arms. Jeffrey could not get over the scent of Lilly Louise’s hair. He also could not get over how it seemed to glow in the dark. She seemed to move like a ballerina. Everything seemed like a new spring day, just like when they first started dating.

Chapter 7: The Romantic Shades of Lake Michigan

During the time that the sun was going down on Lake Michigan, Lilly Louise and Jeffrey noticed a rose pink-sky. Lilly Louise felt that this was the most beautiful sight ever. This brought back memories of when Jeffrey would bring her pink roses on their wedding anniversaries when they had more money. This inspired her to give Jeffrey an adoring kiss on the lips! For Jeffrey, this was a breathtaking surprise! It moved him to tears.

They stayed close to each other and did not let go while the Lake Michigan sky turned purple! It was a soft shade. For Jeffrey, this soft shade reminded him of the softness of Lilly Louise’s skin. Before they knew it, clouds were beginning to darken the sky. They knew they had to get back to their room where it was safe. They were eager to make love anyway.

Chapter 8: An Outstanding Night!

On the next night of the cruise, it was Comedy Night! Jeffrey and Lilly Louise were ready for some merriment! They had not had much to laugh about because of the troubles in their marriage lately.

It was an outstanding night! It was definitely out of the ordinary! Lilly Louise and Jeffrey were certainly in high spirits! The comedians were both hilarious and magnificent! They certainly tickled this couple’s funny bones!

Chapter 9: A Saturday at City Lit!

During the Saturday after that, Jeffrey and Lilly Louise were two of the many spectators who were a part of City Lit! This community of performers lifted the spirits of the spectators by rejoicing in the splendor of words that that were both on paper and verbal! These entertainers were devoted to the ability to affect the spectators! They were also devoted to the eyes of the spectators’ minds! Jeffrey and Lilly Louise were both fascinated!

Chapter 10: An Exceptional Evening At the Ballroom

During the next the next Saturday, Jeffrey treated Lilly Louise to an evening at the Aon Grand Ballroom at Navy Pier! This was an exceptional evening! The music was both beautiful and magical! The view of Chicago was nothing like they had ever seen! There were endless points of light in the sky from side to side! The breeze of the night was both refreshing and cool! The full moon was so close to the water, they were both tempted to reach out their hands and touch it!

There was a beautiful silence in the air. It was like nobody in the universe existed except them. There was no fear or agony. Lilly Louise felt like she was in the middle of a fairytale. It was all because of her Prince Charming, Jeffrey.

The splendid dome of this ballroom was both blue and purple. It was because of the brilliant lighting. Lilly Louise and Jeffrey both thought that this was spectacular and magical!

Chapter 11: Astonishing Jewels of Passion!

During the next Saturday, Jeffrey treated Lilly Louise to a festival of music from France! It truly surprised Lilly Louise! To her, it was both marvelous and inspirational! It both delighted her and made her feel bubbly! This festival was overflowing with astonishing jewels of passion for Lilly Louise! This was an exceptional time for both her and Jeffrey! They were both stirred to share a wholehearted kiss on the lips!

The music was both lovable and irresistible! It stirred Lilly Louise and Jeffrey to hold each other as close as they possibly could! They were both moved to tears when the actors started singing their words in time to the orchestra’s music! This night was magical for both of them, and they wished it could last forever!

In the play on the stage, the music was both endearing and persuasive! There were angels welcoming outsiders! There were also young romantic lovers enjoying one another! This brought tears of joy to the eyes of both Lilly Louise and Jeffrey!

Chapter 12: An Unexpected And Enjoyable Surprise!

During the Saturday after that, Jeffrey and Lilly Louise treated their kids to a comical musical play. It was a fantasy relating to a marvelous young girl who was determined to have a greater existence than the one she had with her family. This talented young girl had an active mind’s eye. This mind’s eye made it easier for her to survive the disagreements between her family members. This girl was brave enough to both express her ideas and make up her mind about what her future was going to be. Jeffrey and his family felt that this play was an unexpected and enjoyable surprise!

Chapter 13: The Miracle of Youth!

During the week after that, there had been thunderstorms that kept the family from enjoying the outdoors. For that reason, Jeffrey made up his mind to treat his wife and kids to a Saturday evening of amusement and fantasy that would leave them in high spirits! He treated them to another stage play!

This stage play was about a writer of plays who was trying to be creative in his imagination up to the time that he was introduced to four youthful both four youthful boys and their eye-catching mom. The imaginary daydreams and the awesome fantasy experiences delighted this writer, who made up his mind to dream up a story that was going to surprise the people who came to the theater many times!

This writer became blessed by the advantage of both surprising success and the confidence that he was able to do anything he wanted to do. He now had the wings to jump and fly from the past toward another part of the earth where all things were both promising and likely, and the miracle of youth would continue without end! Jeffrey was right! This stage play really did leave his family in high spirits after the week they had! Lilly Louise and Jeffrey were also feeling the miracle of youth for the first time in a long time! Lilly Louise became inspired to kiss her husband on the lips while they were leaving the theater, which brought grins to the faces of both of Baxter and Sandy Sue! Later that night, Lilly Louise and Jeffrey stayed awake kissing each other with bliss in their hearts! They were both much too happy to go to sleep!

Chapter 14: An Amazing Summer Day!

During the next Saturday, Jeffrey took his wife and kids to the park! It was an amazing summer day! There was a breeze surrounding them all! Baxter and Sandy Sue started flying kites while their parents stared at each other in love, just like they did when they started dating! They shared a kiss on the lips! There were so many butterflies in the sky! They were flying as high as the children’s kites! The whole family saw this as a miracle!

Chapter 15: The Greatest Birthday of Her Life!

The Saturday after that was Lilly Louise’s birthday. Jeffrey had given up an entire night of sleep to write a poem about how he had never been passionate about any other woman the way he had been passionate about her! He also wrote about how would give his life for her! He added that his life would have no music or meaning in it if she were not there for him!

Eventually, Jeffrey took his wife’s hand, got down on one knee, and recited his poem for her! His words brought her to tears and made her weak in the knees! This was the first time he had ever written a poem for her! Eventually, they were both crying tears of joy! This was the greatest birthday of her life!

Chapter 16: A Peaceful Afternoon

During the next Saturday, Jeffrey treated Lilly Louise to a peaceful afternoon in a land of trees. There was a rapid stream that inspired them to go swimming together for the first time since they were teenagers! They were thankful that they had brought their swimming suits!

Swimming together and holding hands made them feel younger and healthier than they had felt in a long time! This was a truly romantic Saturday! They were also lucky enough to feel the warmth of the sun on their faces! They shared a kiss!

They could both hear the melodies of the birds that surrounded them. Their lullabies assured Lilly Louise and Jeffrey that nothing would ever hurt them. It encouraged the two of them to rest their eyes together for a brief time.

A breeze that was silent awakened them. This breeze was blowing through the leaves of every tree! They both agreed that this was a great sound from nature! At that time, there was a rainbow! This was a wonderful dream that neither Lilly Louise nor Jeffrey ever wanted to wake up from!

Chapter 17: This Cabin

Jeffrey and Lilly Louise had been so inspired by the peaceful Saturday they had experienced. They could not resist bringing their kids their kids to a cabin during the weekend after that. This cabin was the couple’s home away from home. This cabin was the couple’s escape from the daily unhappiness they heard about in the news. In addition, Jeffrey always knew how bored his wife and kids would get during the week until he came home from work.

At this cabin, Jeffrey and Lilly Louise were able to enjoy the songs of birds instead of unhappy stories on the news. With their kids Baxter and Sandy Sue, Lilly Louise and Jeffrey were able to be kids at heart and have exciting experiences in a land of trees! Jeffrey and Lilly Louise could also find serenity in each other’s arms at night with a soothing fire from the fireplace, the light from the moon, and the breeze from outside after the kids had gone to bed for the night. They also enjoyed counting the many points of light in the sky up to the time that they felt relaxed enough to fall asleep, remembering how lucky they were to have each other and their kids and feeling protected in the universe.

Chapter 18: A Marvelous Miracle!

On Thanksgiving Morning, Jeffrey treated his family to a breakfast of chocolate mints at the Walnut Room at Macy’s! There was a silver Christmas tree at this restaurant! This tree was streaming with tinsel! It was glittering with silver lights that looked like stars! It even glittered with silver baubles! The whole family saw this as a marvelous miracle!

Chapter 19: Ellie and Mikey at the Parade!

At Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, famous cartoon characters Ellie and her magical puppy Mikey marched around Chicago in their Macy’s Christmas sweaters! Seeing their grins was making Jeffrey feel the innocence that he once felt during the holiday season during his childhood! He wanted to step into the parade and start marching alongside marching alongside them! But he knew that he would get into trouble. Fortunately, he was pleased to see that Lilly Louise and the kids were sharing his enthusiasm for this parade! Not long after that, Mikey was seen with an electric guitar! For Jeffrey, this brought back memories of when he really enjoyed rock ‘n’ roll! Lilly Louise and the kids were also thrilled! The parade ended with Mikey wearing his Santa Claus costume! This gave Jeffery and his family, along with everybody else in the crowd, the assurance that Christmas was not too far away!

Chapter 20: Mistletoe, Music, And Macy’s Windows!

A display in the windows had dollhouses! There were also teddy bears! This display even had television sets that featured Mikey in his Santa Claus costume! There were even animated statues of Ellie and Mikey! This amazed Jeffrey and his family! There was even mistletoe decorating the streetlights! Jeffrey was able to astonish Lilly Louise with a kiss on her lips below this mistletoe! This was a magical moment for both of them! Baxter and Sandy Sue were both delighted to see this!

In another window, there was an animated Santa Claus with bags full of Christmas wishes from kids all around the universe! But the only thing that Jeffery and his family could think of to wish for was that this Christmas season would never go away. Another window was full of toys, teddy bears, and Santa hats! This brought the family back to their early childhood!

In another window, there was Christmas tree shining with a rainbow of baubles! This took Lilly Louise and Jeffrey back to the very first Christmas that they shared as a married couple when they decorated their tree as one. In addition, there was a bakery! This made everybody hungry enough to stop and get something to eat! In another on of Macy’s windows, there was Santa Claus flying with his reindeer!

In a different window, there was a puppet show that nobody in the family could resist! Jeffrey had tears in his eyes because he was gaining a sense of childhood innocence that he had not remembered in a long time. A Christmas tree in this window had baubles of green and red! It also had both candy canes and snowman ornaments! This caught the childlike fascination of the family! Suddenly, they heard Christmas music playing from the horns all around Macy’s! This inspired Jeffery to start singing holiday tunes! His family eventually started following his lead!

Chapter 21: A Heavenly Paradise!

The season of snow may have been the coldest. On the other hand, everybody was aware that this was also a magnificent time to be astonished and surprised! They all knew that Christmas was a special time for celebration! Jeffrey and Lilly Louise especially knew that the four of them being together during this time in the snow would turn everything into a heavenly paradise!

Chapter 22: A Joyful Christmas for Edwin and Marissa!

High above the ground, a distance from the high spirits and merriment, Marissa was looking down from the hotel room that she shared with Edwin. She had never felt more secure or happy to live. She had gotten away from the brutality of The Valley, and she and Edwin were together in the same room. The reverie that they had once shared had finally come true. With Edwin’s help, Marissa’s passage from The Valley to Chicago was a delightful journey.

Edwin had always loved Christmas. Unfortunately, the people of The Valley were always too heartless to wish him a Merry Christmas. While his mom was living, she always did her best to celebrate Christmas with Edwin. Unfortunately, they were always too poor to afford a Christmas tree, which always hurt Edwin’s center of emotions at Christmastime.

On the other hand, Edwin wished for Christmastime improve for Marissa. He went down to the hotel gift shop and found a small Christmas tree that was sprinkled with glitter. To Edwin, this was the most magical thing ever! He just could not wait to see the look on Marissa’s face! When she finally saw it, there were joyful tears flowing down her cheeks! A kiss on the lips was Edwin’s reward! There were soon joyful tears flowing down his cheeks also, and they were hugging! When it came time for Marissa to dance in the Parade of Lights, she was the ballerina that Edwin always knew that she could be! The center of his emotions was flowing with true Christmas joy! The rest of the crowd cheered for Marissa, and told her that she was divine! For the first time in her life, she knew that this was what Christmas was about! She gave Edwin another kiss on the lips, and thanked him for being her Santa Claus! Edwin gave her the greatest smile in the universe!

Chapter 23: The Fireworks!

The fireworks exploded into the sky like rockets! They were magical stars in the sky! These stars were as big as both snowflakes and the moon! The fireworks were green, red, and purple! An orange palm tree exploded into the air! Christmas music started to play! Snowflakes were glowing like stars in the dark! There was suddenly glitter in the dark! There was also a shade of purple in the sky! It then became navy blue! There was so much magic everywhere! This was a true celebration! Jeffrey and his family never knew that there could be so much magic in the sky during the Christmas season! Everything was happening so quickly, and all of their hearts were racing!

Chapter 24: Mikey at the Skating Rink!

The next day at McCormick Tribune Ice-Skating Rink, the family was very pleased to see Mikey in his Santa Claus costume flirting the girls! He was putting lovely smiles on all of their faces! All of them were enjoying posing for pictures with Mikey! Everyone had such a great time skating to the Christmas music! The branches of the trees were all sprinkled with golden points of light! Jeffrey and his family thought that this was a magical Christmas miracle! Christmas miracle! Mikey was waving to everybody as he skated! He started dancing when he heard songs about Santa Claus! The family was so overjoyed; they all started following and singing along! Mikey’s dancing even put smiles on the faces of the cops! They even gave him a thumbs-up! He even gave the girls at the skating rink his autograph, and he did not leave out Jeffrey and his family!

Chapter 25: Magic and Excitement at Cloud Gate!

It was an exciting night at Millennium Park’s Cloud Gate! Jeffrey and Lilly Louise heard a group singing about mistletoe! For both of them, it brought to mind the memory of their very first Christmas Eve as a married couple who heard a group of singers rejoicing because of the Christmas holiday! They both shared a kiss on the lips! This warmed the hearts of Baxter and Sandy Sue! When the group of singers sang about decorating Christmas trees, Jeffrey and his family noticed how the trees seemed to be decorated with stars of gold! When the group of singers sang about Santa Claus, Jeffrey and his family were delighted to see Mikey dancing in his Santa Claus costume once again!

There was romantic piano music. Beautiful images of winter were goin through the minds of Jeffrey and his family. They were feeling cozy enjoying Christmas together as one. Lilly Louise and Jeffrey started feeling romantic, holding hands, and looking at each other in love just like they did on their first Christmas Eve as husband and wife.

When the group of singers started singing again, Lilly Louise began to get excited! She held her husband’s hand even tighter, and they shared another kiss on lips! This warmed the

Chapter 26: At the Ballet!

When Edwin took Marissa to the ballet to see a Christmas show, it was beautiful for her! There were points of light in a night sky along with pine trees that were beautifully blanketed with snow! This was Heaven on Earth for them! When the prince and the princess danced on the stage, this made Marissa feel like she was looking in the mirror! Edwin was getting overjoyed, too! This was when they started holding hands in love! When the snow started falling, it was like glitter from the heavens! The voices of angels were singing, too! When the show was over, Marissa and Edwin ran into Jeffrey and his family! They had all been to the same performance! They were delighted to know that they all had so much in common!

Chapter 27: A Celebration!

Lilly Louise and Jeffrey were so delighted to run into Marissa and Edwin that they instantly decided to invite them over to their house to decorate their Christmas tree! This brought tears of delight to the eyes of both Marissa and Edwin! Everybody enjoyed a leisurely Christmas Eve walk to Lilly Louise and Jeffrey’s place under a beautiful full moon. Suddenly, they seemed to hear the voices of an angelic chorus singing about Jesus’ birthday. This brought happy tears to the eyes of the adults, especially for Jeffrey. To him, Lilly Louise never looked lovelier. They shared another Christmas Eve kiss that brought more smiles to the faces of their kids. Marissa and Edwin shared a kiss of their own. Suddenly, there were countless points of light in the sky, just like it said in the song. Everybody was certain that this was a true Christmas miracle! They all believed that this was a celebration of Jesus’ birthday. At this point, they all knew that angel were real. When the chorus sang about peace and agreement, Marissa and Edwin were truly thankful to finally be away from the brutality of The Valley and among friends. Marissa now truly believed that God’s love for her was real after listening to this song. After everybody had finished decorating Jeffrey and Lilly Louise’s Christmas tree, they all sat and relaxed in the living room while a quiet piano version of song about Baby Jesus slumbering restfully played on the radio. They became inspired to sing along.

Chapter 28: The Night of December 25th

During the night of December 25th, a fire was keeping Jeffrey and Lilly Louise warm. Lilly Louise had put a Christmas turkey in their oven, and they could smell it from their living room. They could not wait to eat it with their kids.

Outside, the light from the Christmas Night Moon was breaking through the darkness of their living room! They saw this as a magical Christmas miracle! Not too far away in their neighborhood, their ears noticed a group of singers singing songs celebrating Jesus being born! They became so excited! They knew that these singers would soon be visiting them, and they were right!

During this visit, Jeffrey and Lilly Louise were having visions in their minds of nativity scenes. This especially inspired them to join the singers in their singing. When the singers sang about Baby Jesus in his crib, Jeffrey and Lilly Louise began to have lovely visions of Baby Jesus slumbering restfully in his crib. For them, this also brought back memories of the nativity scenes they would see at the Christmas services at their church.

When this group of singers sang about a point of light that came into the sky when Jesus was born, Jeffrey and Lilly Louise became inspired to look up into the evening sky. All of the points of light were lovely! It was as if Jesus had sent them a Christmas present! This was another Christmas miracle for them!

When this group of singers started singing about being happy, Baxter and Sandy Sue came running down the stairs as fast as they could! They knew that something exciting was going on! Before too long, the family was joining this group of singers!

The time eventually came for the family to sit down to their Christmas supper. All of their mouths were watering. They ate the turkey until there was only a wishbone left.

Jeffrey and Lilly Louise had placed their gifts to Baxter and Sandy Sue below their Christmas tree days ahead of time. This motivated their kids to finish their supper faster! They rushed from their chairs to the tree as fast as they could to see what their parents had bout for them!

Sandy Sue got a book called “The Magic Teddy Bear.” Baxter got baseball cards. Jeffrey gave Lilly Louise a bottle of Moonlight Perfume. Lilly Louise gave Jeffrey both a handsome tie and a card, thanking him, for giving her such a wonderful year. This moved Jeffrey to tears, and the two of them shared a kiss that brought smiles to the faces of both of their kids!

Chapter 29: In A Field of Lilacs

During the first weekend of springtime of the next year, Jeffrey treated his Lilly Louise to a romantic Saturday in a field of lilacs. She was truly astonished by their scent! There was a soft breeze all around the two of them. There was also a melody coming from a lovely bird. The two of them shared a kiss.

A gentle rain came that melted the leftover snow of winter. The colors of the lilacs were white, purple, and pink. Lilly Louise and Jeffrey were both surprised! To them, they looked like Christmas lights!

Chapter 30: An Astonishing Lullaby

That night, Jeffery and Lilly Louise were having trouble sleeping because of the temperature in their bedroom. When Jeffrey opened the window, they both heard an astonishing lullaby being played by a soothing breeze. This lullaby was lovely. To Jeffrey, it was as lovely as the sight of his Lilly Louise floating away to sleep to the music from outside. This music moved him to kiss her scented wet hair and skin. This was something that he always enjoyed doing after she had gotten out of the shower at night ever since their honeymoon. This helped her to fall deeper asleep even faster. He eventually fell asleep to this music, too.

Chapter 31: Another Romantic Nature Outing!

During the next Saturday, Jeffery treated Lilly Louise to another romantic nature outing! There was a lake that was big enough to go swimming in! There were also trees that were tall and eye-catching!

There were also mountains with changing shades in time with dusk. In addition, there was a beautiful silence below the light from the moon. While the two of them were soaking away their worries from the week in the lake, Jeffrey became mesmerized by Lilly Louise’s wet hair once again. He began to touch and kiss it slowly. Tears of joy ran down Lilly Louise’s cheeks! He rushed her to their tent as fast as he could, and they continued to make love! They did not fall asleep until sunrise!

Chapter 32: A Birthday Poem for Jeffrey!

The Saturday after that was Jeffrey’s birthday! Lilly Louise was inspired to write a poem about what his passion for her meant to her. She told him that it was the same as a stream of water that moved to the center of her emotions! She also told him that it was the same as points of light in the sky that would brighten her gloomy nights! In addition, she told him that it was the same as pleasantly scented roses during spring! In addition, she added that it was the same as a caring, comforting blanket during the evenings of winter. She also told him that it was the same as the sun coming up in the morning! She added that it was a promise that she would always be out of harm’s way. She told him that she could feel his passion for her from a distance! She told Jeffery that his passion for her was the same as the as a breeze following a rainstorm and that it was too out of the ordinary for her to put into words!

Jeffery felt like the center of his emotions was going to explode open! He scooped Lilly Louise into his arms and gave her the biggest kiss that he could! Baxter and Sandy Sue both saw this, and they yelled, “Hooray, Daddy!” Their parents both laughed with tears in their eyes! All four of them shared a hug!

Chapter 33: A Romantic Time on the Beach

During the next Saturday, Jeffrey treated Lilly Louise to a romantic time on the beach. This great ocean looked wonderful to Lilly Louise! It gave her the best peace of mind.

She could not take her eyes off of the points of light in the sky! Her worries from the past week were drifting away along the restful waves of the ocean. Her husband’s protective arms were around her, too. This was causing Lilly Louise to think about how fortunate she was to have a life with Jeffrey.

Lilly Louise’s mind was flying all over the place while her hair moved with the ocean’s breeze. She could not take her mind off of her amazing marriage to Jeffrey. She turned to him and kissed him passionately on the lips! It took his breath away!

Jeffrey started kissing Lilly Louise’s soft skin. When he caressed her tearful cheeks, her ecstasy caused her to drift away with the breeze of the waters of the ocean. She was particularly ecstatic when she heard Jeffrey’s merry voice calling out to her, “Wait! I’m coming with you!” He allowed the breeze to move him toward Lilly Louise! When he took her hands into his, their bodies became one!

Lilly Louise could not get enough of her husband’s skin! His fragrance was smooth, fresh, hypnotic, and mesmerizing to her! Jeffrey kept both of his hands in Lilly Louise’s during the time that this ocean breeze was carrying them! They were passing through many bright points of light in the sky! To Lilly Louise, these points of light were like the lights on a Christmas tree! For her, this was Christmas in the summertime! She had never seen the points of light as bright as they were this night!

Eventually, Jeffrey and Lilly Louise came back to the shore. But they could still feel a breeze coming from the ocean water. There was a full moon. To the two of them, it looked so close that they both wished that they could touch it. With joyful tears running down her cheeks, Lilly Louise allowed herself to get lost in the, sensations, sounds, and sights of this wonderful night while Jeffrey laid his soothing, blissful kisses on her skin. Once again, they stayed awake until sunrise!

Chapter 34: Their Passion!

During the following Saturday, Jeffrey could not resist treating his wife to another loving evening on the beach! Lilly Louise could not keep the grin off of her face! It was from ear to ear! She could not resist the affection in her husband’s eyes! When his lips touched hers, the enjoyment was tasty! It made her change her mind about ever wearing lipstick again!

The way that he stroked her back soothed her into a restful slumber that lasted almost an hour. Jeffrey stayed awake and gazed tenderly at this out of this world human being! He could not resist the softness of her skin. He could not take his eyes off of the way that her hair was moving in the breeze! He wished this could go on for the rest of his life!

Unfortunately, Jeffrey became distracted by the sprinkles of rain, and he had to find it in his heart to wake Lilly Louise. He gently kissed her on the lips until her eyes opened, and they went home. But their passion for each other did not stop there!

Once they were in the retreat of their bedroom and their kids were asleep, Lilly Louise was able to get lost in the cologne of her husband just like she used to when she fell in love with him! She never wanted to lose this scent! She felt like this was their second honeymoon, and was felt fulfilled to have him as her husband! Lying on Jeffrey’s chest, Lilly Louise closed her drowsy eyes once again, this time with anticipation and trust. She slumbered to the feeling his tender fingers stoking her hair.

Chapter 35: Happy Anniversary!

The next Saturday was Jeffrey and Lilly Louise’s wedding anniversary! While Jeffrey had been at work during the week, Lilly Louise worked on a poem for him. She could not think of a better way to communicate her affection for him.

In her poem to Jeffrey, Lilly Louise told him that years before she met him, there had been another man. But this man was dishonest to her and unfaithful to her with another woman, and he eventually abandoned her without ever telling her goodbye. It left her with the inability to believe in men again.

On the other hand, Lilly Louise was moved to joyful tears when Jeffrey fell in love with her right away! There was no doubt in her mind that he would be the man in her life! She treasured him for the gentleness of both his center of emotions and his voice. She also treasured his handsome grin!

In her poem, Lilly Louise also told Jeffrey that he always lightened her center of emotions, and gave her the wings to fly! Lilly Louise’s previous boyfriend was only physically attracted to her. He could not ever be bothered to give her a soft place to fall during a tough time like Jeffrey always did.

In the rest of her poem, Lilly Louise expressed her gratitude to Jeffrey for blessing her with their kids Baxter and Sandy Sue! Lilly Louise previous boyfriend did not want to have a family with her. He was only interested in staying out late partying, smoking, and drinking. When she told him that she did not want to do any of those things with him, he would put her down and abandon her for days. On the other hand, Jeffrey forever carried Lilly Louise’s center of emotions in the palm of his hand, and she was glad about that.

This moved Jeffrey to tears! He scooped Lilly Louise into his arms as tightly as he could! Baxter and Sandy Sue both saw this! They both yelled, “Happy Anniversary, Mommy and Daddy!” Their parents laughed through their tears and stretched their arms out to them! All four of them shared another hug!

Chapter 36: Rosie The Reindeer!

When the Christmas season came around once again, Jeffrey took his family to The Chicago Theater to see a play called “Rosie The Reindeer.” Rosie had a magical nose that had the shade of a red rose! It would light up, too! Rosie also wore sweet-scented roses by her ears! This made her very popular with both Santa Claus and his other reindeer, too! She very caring and lovable!

Rosie enjoyed both looking at the snowy pine trees of wintertime and carrying the bags of toys for the universe’s kids! She also enjoyed both skiing with the other reindeer during their free time and gazing at the bright points of light in the sky at night! She had a sense of adventure!

Rosie was a friend to every animal, too! Because of this, she had something to look forward to everyday! Rosie also loved to help the other reindeer decorate Christmas trees! She especially enjoyed the lights on the trees! This play put Jeffrey and his family in a good enough mood to sing holiday tunes all the way home!

Chapter 37: Wonderful Things!

One day during the next springtime, the kids were out of school for a weeklong vacation. They were playing outside. Jeffrey had just gotten home from work. He and Lilly Louise could not resist the wonderful things that were going on outside of their house!

Jazz music was playing! Young people were holding hands and roller-skating and holding hands at the same time! There was even a new bakery in town! The amazing smell was spreading! Lilly Louise and Jeffrey could not help themselves! They took their kids with them and joined in on the fun!

Once they were out on the street, Jeffery and Lilly Louise were holding hands themselves! They were also feeling like teenagers again, both feeling fortunate to have both each other and their kids! They also felt fortunate to hear the music of the birds in the trees! They even saw young people on their bikes! This brought back memories of when they used to ride their bikes together when they started dating! This made them feel even more romantic! They shared a kiss, which made their kids happy!

Chapter 38: A Poem for Lilly Louise

One day, Jeffrey got inspired to write a poem for Lilly Louise. He wrote that she was every point of light and the moon in his night sky. Later on while was going down, he laid out a sleeping bag in the front yard. He knew that the weather was going to be right for the two of them.

When he knew the time was right, Jeffrey put a blindfold around Lilly Louise’s eyes, guided her outside, took off the blindfold, got down on one knee, and recited his poem to her. For Lilly Louise, this was Heaven on Earth. Her lips touched his straight away!

The two of them spent the rest of the night in their sleeping bag below the points of light and the light from the moon. There was also a soothing breeze surrounding them. This breeze helped them to finally fall asleep in each other’s arms.

Chapter 39: Inspired

Lilly Louise had been so moved by what Jeffrey had done for her that she became inspired to return the favor. She had to write a poem of her own and recite it to him. She had a long list. How was she going to get it all out on paper?

She wrote that she loved him calling her his clown. She wrote about him bragging to all of his friends about her sense of humor, and about how he encouraged her to become a comedienne! It would always make her blush and smile! Jeffrey always made Lilly Louise feel good about herself in both public and private!

In addition, she wrote about how she loved Jeffrey always telling her that he could never get her off of his mind while he was at work! She also wrote about how she could never wait for him to come home! She even wrote about how she looked forward to the two of them watching the sun go down together every evening in each other’s arms!

Lilly Louise also wrote about how she remembered Jeffrey telling her that he could not take his eyes off of her the first time that he ever saw her! She even remembered that he had to pinch himself to prove to himself that was he was not dreaming! She also remembered him telling her that he knew that he was in love with her straight away! And she knew straight away that she was in love with him!

In addition, she wrote about how she loved Jeffery calling himself the most fortunate man in the universe to have her! She also wrote about how he called her the most precious human being in his life! She even wrote about how Jeffery told her that no one could take her place at any time.

Lilly Louise also wrote about how she loved Jeffrey telling her that her that he would get inspired speak to her romantically after touching the soft, scented back of her neck with his lips. He would also become inspired to speak romantically to her while both whispering in her ear and drying her off after she had been showering.

In addition, she wrote about how she would treasure the times when she and Jeffrey were together in the same room without anybody else there, without any need for verbal communication. All that they would ever need to do together was stare into each other’s eyes. The one thing that they needed to do the most was to share a grin. After that, they would get under the covers, stroke each other’s skin, make passionate love, and fall asleep together.

Lilly Louise also wrote about how she loved hearing Jeffrey tell her that she was why he was living! She also wrote about how she loved hearing him tell her how she was the center of his emotions! In addition, she wrote about how she loved hearing Jeffrey tell her about how she was his strength!

When Lilly Louise finally recited this poem to her husband when home from work the following Friday evening, it made him weak in the knees. Happy tears flowed from his eyes. Nothing ever sounded more beautiful to him. He scooped her up into his arms straight away! Baxter and Sandy Sue both saw this, and they started cheering their parents on! Soon, all four of them were sharing a hug once again!

Chapter 40: Rest and Freedom from Danger

The next night, Lilly Louise was having trouble sleeping! There was a thunderstorm keeping her awake! She could not get comfortable!

Fortunately, Jeffrey woke up and could sense what was going on from his side of the bed. He turned on the bedside lamp, looked straight into her eyes, and assured her that he was going to keep her from getting hurt. All of Lilly Louise’s uneasy muscles relaxed, and she fell into her husband’s caring arms straight away.

The tender look in Jeffrey’s eyes took melted the cold from Lilly Louise’s body. She now knew that she was truly out of harm’s way. She also knew that Jeffrey was her place of both rest and freedom from danger.

Jeffrey knew that Lilly Louise was in need of both hilarity and amusement! He knew how to ease her the hurting. He started telling jokes! Soon, Lilly Louise was laughing out loud and feeling young again! The kids came into the room, and the laughter increased! The four of them shared another hug! They all slept in together until noon the next day.

Chapter 41: Special Arrangements

During the next Saturday, there was a rainbow outside! Lilly Louise could not take her eyes off of it from the kitchen window! In addition, Jeffrey was making special arrangements for her over the phone!

A few hours later, Jeffrey was leading Lilly Louise outside with a blindfold around her eyes once again! When he took the blindfold off, she saw a bouquet of bright red roses from France, a mattress, and a bottle of French champagne!

A surprised Lilly Louise felt like this was a second honeymoon! All she could do was turn to her husband and give him a beautiful grin that could tell him what words could not. Shortly after that, they were lying on the soft mattress, sipping the champagne, and taking pleasure in one another’s company. The blue sky was cloudless. They both allowed the feel of warmth from the sun to lull them to sleep for the rest of the afternoon.

Chapter 42: Relief

During the next Friday night, Lilly Louise was having trouble sleeping once again because of another thunderstorm. Fortunately, Jeffrey was there for her just like before. He started stroking her hair and singing, “My sweet Lilly Lou, what would I ever do if I didn’t have you? Your hair is soft. Your eyes are blue. What would I ever do without you?”

Lilly Louise’s center of emotions melted! Jeffrey’s voice was magical! His wife’s uneasiness was now gone, and so was the thunderstorm.

There was now light coming in from a full moon, along with a warm summer breeze. Jeffrey got out of bed to open the windows. There was soon relief for the both of them.

Jeffrey’s kisses on Lilly Louise’s skin were tender enough to bring tears to her eyes. Jeffrey was in tears, too. He was sure he was looking at an angel. They could not stop staring at each other with tears of joy flowing down each other’s eyes. They eventually fell asleep in one another’s arms and stayed asleep until noon the next day.

Chapter 43: A Saturday Inside

During the next Saturday, the family could not go out any because of another thunderstorm. They had to think of how to entertain each other. Jeffrey and Lilly Louise decided to do something for their kids that they used to do when they were younger.

They took turns reading about small, magical fairies that blessed people. They took so much joy in hearing Baxter and Sandy Sue cheering when the brave hero rescued the maiden. Eventually, they all forgot about the unpleasant weather outside.

After the kids went to bed that night, it was still storming. But Jeffrey lit both the fireplace and soothing candles all around the living room for Lilly Louise. He sang that same sweet song that did on that Friday night for her and his voice was just as magical! So was that night! He was sprinkling both rose petals and kisses on her skin and they both cried tears of joy once again. When he knew that she had finally fallen asleep, he put out the fire and candles and carried her to bed. Once again, they slept until noon the next day.

Chapter 44: Relaxing Below the Stars

During the next Friday night, Jeffrey treated Lilly Louise to a romantic night of relaxing below the stars in their yard. He laid out both the mattress and the blanket that they used as their sleeping bag. Those points of light were dancing in the sky. It was as if the were watching a magical movie. These points of light were flying across the sky. They were both surprised!

The many points of light in the sky inspired Lilly Louise and Jeffrey to start making wishes. They had never been more inspired to fantasize. It was more enjoyable because the two of them were both together and in love.

The centers of their emotions were flowing with tenderness for one another. They started to hug each other. Soon after that, they were leaving kisses on one another’s scented skin. They were also moved by the feel the breeze that surrounded them. Once again, the two of them stayed awake until sunrise.

Chapter 45: The Christmas Slumber Party

It was the Christmas season once again. Lilly Louise was working on a both a turkey and a homemade apple pie. Jeffrey could not resist the smells He had been sneaking sniffs and getting both giggles and kisses from his wife all day long. He had the radio playing holiday tunes all day. Baxter and Sandy Sue were looking forward to getting a visit from Santa.

When it was time for Christmas Dinner, the doorbell rang. It was Marissa and Edwin. They had brought a Christmas star for the tree because the old one had burned out. For Sandy Sue, Marissa brought a teddy bear dressed as a ballerina! Sandy Sue loved this teddy bear so much! The two of them shared a hug! For Baxter, Edwin brought a flashlight so that he would not have trouble seeing in the middle of the night when he needed to get a drink of water. They tapped each other on the shoulder.

In addition, Marissa and Edwin brought a plate of mint chocolate chip cookies. They were both aware that Baxter and Sandy Sue loved them. Then, the adults sang songs about Baby Jesus’ birthday.

Nobody wanted to go home or go to bed that night. They were all too full of Christmas spirit. They all felt so fortunate to share this Christmas together. So they stayed awake through sunrise, ate leftovers, and took naps the next day.

Chapter 46: The First Friday Night Of Spring

During the first Friday night of spring, Jeffery treated Lilly Louise to something special. He surprised with roses with shades of white, pink, and red. She fell in love with him all over again when she smelled their mind-blowing scent! She fell into his arms straight away! When he got down on one knee and told her that they were just as beautiful as she was, and that she was his rose, tears began flowing down her cheeks.

Shortly after that, Lilly Louise and Jeffrey were together in their soft bed. Jeffrey had sprinkled the petals from the roses on her skin, and he was kissing her as slowly as he could. He wanted the night to last forever.

A drowsy Lilly Louise was enjoying this feeling. She was enjoying the breeze from outside. Jeffrey had opened the bedroom windows for her. She wished that springtime would never go away.

Jeffrey had picked a little bouquet of lilacs for Lilly Louise. When he put this bouquet in front of her nose, she gave a beautiful sigh that was music to his ears. At that moment, he knew that she would soon be peacefully asleep. At that point, Jeffrey decided to settle down and close his eyes for the night, too.

Chapter 47: A Thank You Poem for Jeffrey

Lilly Louise had been so inspired by what Jeffrey had done for her that Friday night, she spent that next week writing a poem to thank him. She thanked him for making her laugh during that stormy night. She also thanked him for all the times that he caused her to feel beautiful and safe.

In addition, Lilly Louise thanked Jeffrey for setting such a great example for the kids by kissing her in front of them. She wrote that this was another way that he made her feel both special and beautiful. She wrote that he made her feel like the most precious human being in the universe.

When Lilly Louise recited this poem to Jeffrey that Friday night, his heart melted. His lips touched hers. He said, “Thank God for you, honey.” Tears ran down his cheeks. He scooped her up into his arms once again. Both of their kids saw this and they yelled, “Hooray, Mommy and Daddy!” Both of their parents laughed! All four of them shared a hug once again!

Chapter 48: A Magical Night Under the Stars!

During that that same night, Jeffrey could not help but notice the points of light in the sky from the bedroom window. He gently stroked Lilly Louise’s arm until her eyes opened. Fortunately, he was successful in persuading her to spend another romantic night with him below these points of light.

Minutes later, Jeffrey set up both the mattress and the sleeping bag blanket. Soon after that, he and Lilly Louise were in one another’s arms. A beautiful breeze encircled them. It stroked both of their skin.

To the two of them, the points of light were like messengers sent to them by the Supreme Being. It looked to them like these points of light were putting on a dance for no one else in the universe but them! For Lilly Louise and Jeffrey, this truly was a magical night! These wonderful points of light were like glitter to the eyes of these two lovebirds!

They put their arms around each other. Their lips started touching. This continued through dawn until they felt the soothing warmth of the sun on their skin. They eventually fell asleep in one another’s arms until noon.

Chapter 49: Staying Home

During the next Saturday, Jeffrey and Lilly Louise felt content enough with the weather to stay home. The breeze that encircled them was calm. The shade of the sky was cloudless blue. There were flowers growing on the trees. Birds in flight were singing melodies that were music to the ears of these lovebirds.

The lips of the butterflies were touching the universe’s brightest daffodils. The many flowers surrounding them perfumed the breeze. They became inspired to lie down in the grass together. They eventually fell asleep to the soothing feeling of the sun’s warmth on their faces and did not wake up until dusk.

Chapter 50: Lilies for Lilly Louise

During the next Friday night, Jeffrey and Lilly Louise were being kept awake by thunderstorms. They did not get much sleep. But Saturday morning, Jeffrey woke up before Lilly Louise did. The beauty of his slumbering angel was out of this world to him. This inspired him to do something special for her.

He went outside and picked a bouquet of lilies, went back inside to the bedroom, and placed one of the lilies in front of his sleeping wife’s nose. Soon after that, she woke up to both the pleasant scent and her husband’s handsome grin. She was soon grinning herself. There was no need for verbal communication between them.

Soon Jeffrey was back in bed with his wife and making her grin even more by sprinkling the petals from the lilies on her skin. He was also sprinkling his soft, slow kisses on her skin, bringing the lost sleep from the night before back into her body. Jeffrey was falling in love with his wife all over again, watching her chest slowly rising and falling again and again until he was finally relaxed enough to catch up on his own lost sleep.

Chapter 51: Inspired Again

During the next week while Jeffrey was at work, Lilly Louise wrote another poem for him. She wrote about how his existence would cause joy! She added that he was pleasant to open her eyes up with in the morning! She also wrote that he was the most breathtaking person she had ever known because of how he always made love to her!

In addition, Lilly Louise wrote that Jeffrey’s colors were what she needed! She included in her poem that he was making surroundings of kindness! She also wrote that Jeffrey always gave the center of her emotions an incentive to rejoice!

When she recited the poem to him on Friday night, the center of his emotions melted. Tears flowed down his face. His face lit up like she never saw it before. He squeezed her as tightly as he could! The kids saw this once again, and they cheered for their parents! All four of them shared another hug!

Chapter 52: Jeffrey’s Inspiration!

Jeffrey had been so moved by the poetry that Lilly Louise had written for him, he gave up an entire night of sleep the next Friday to write one for her. He wrote that she was a messenger sent to him by the Supreme Being! He added that Lilly Louise was the points of light in his night sky! He also wrote that she was the shades of the rainbow in his sky! In addition, he wrote that she was the shades of his scented roses! He also wrote that lived for the smell of her perfume! He included that Lilly Louise was his hope!

The next day, Jeffrey got down on one knee, gently took his wife’s hand, and recited this poem to her! Lilly Louise fell in love with her husband once again. She became weak in the knees. Tears flowed down her cheeks. Jeffrey picked her up and carried her to bed. Soon, he was slowly kissing her soft, scented skin under the covers. Not long after that, they were asleep in one another’s arms.

Chapter 53: Delighted And Amazed

During the next Friday night, there were no thunderstorms. There was only a gentle summer rain. There was also a breeze coming into the bedroom window. So, Lilly Louise and Jeffrey were able to slumber peacefully through the night.

At sunrise the next morning, Lilly Louise stepped outside on the lawn, which was wet from the rain the night before. She could hear the songs of the birds in the trees. Jeffery came and gently patted his wife on the shoulder. The two shared a kiss that added to this delightful morning for Lilly Louise.

Throughout the day, there was a warm breeze in the air. The sky was full of both dragonflies and butterflies! All of their wings had shades of the rainbow! Lilly Louise and Jeffrey were both amazed!

Chapter 54: An Out-Of-This-World Husband

During the next week, Lilly Louise wrote a poem for Jeffrey’s birthday. She wrote about how he always made her laugh. In addition, she wrote about how he always brought the color to her cheeks. She also wrote about how he always made her feel better when she when her center of emotions was hurting. In addition, Lilly Louise wrote about how Jeffrey always energized her when he came into the room! She ended her poem by writing about how she could never see her life without him, and that he was out of this world!

When Lilly Louise recited this birthday poem to her husband, it took his breath away, he scooped her up into his arms once again and held her and squeezed her as tightly as he could! Baxter and Sandy Sue both saw this! They both shouted, “Happy Birthday, Daddy!” Both of their parents laughed, and they all shared another hug!

Chapter 55: Angels for Christmas

When Christmas came once again, Marissa and Edwin surprised the family with some angels to put on their tree. All of them had wings. Marissa and Edwin also had stuffed heavenly messengers for both Baxter and Sandy Sue. Lilly Louise and Jeffrey both expressed thanks to Marissa and Edwin for all that they had done. They all had Christmas Dinner together, and Marissa recited the about when Baby Jesus came into being. Both couples shared kisses under the mistletoe, which brought grins to the faces of Baxter and Sandy Sue!

Chapter 56: A Romantic Weekend in the Wilderness

When the weather got warm during the next spring, Jeffrey treated Lilly Louise to a romantic weekend in the wilderness. They were both so enchanted by a beautiful waterfall; they made up their minds to take a shower in it. It soothed away their worries. They wished that they could stand under this waterfall for the rest of their lives.

Soon after that, they saw a great ocean. They were both thankful that they had brought their swimsuits. They decided to go swimming straight away.

They truly enjoyed the feeling of both the cool water against their skin and the warmth of the sun on their faces. It was ecstasy for the both of them. But it was nothing compared to their lips touching one another when the sun was going down.

There was both quiet and harmony when the moon came up. Lilly Louise and Jeffrey had no need for blankets to cover them or pillows to lay their heads on. All they needed were the blankets they were lying on and on another’s company. Lilly Louise crawled on Jeffrey’s chest. Then Jeffrey started stroking her hair. Eventually, a serenity of slumber caught up with the two of them. They did not wake up until noon the next day.

Chapter 57: Jeffrey’s Beloved Rose

On the way home the next Friday evening, Jeffrey noticed a flower shop. Straight away, he decided to stop and pick up a bouquet of yellow roses for Lilly Louise. He also became inspired to surprise her with a poem.

He wrote about how his wife was his shade of sunshine. In addition, he wrote about how Lilly Louise was elegant to look at, enticing, and inspirational with this shade! Jeffrey also wrote about how she was both fascinating and excellent!

In addition, he wrote about how he loved his wife for both her calmness and her cheerfulness. He also wrote about his assurance to care for her with his compassion. He also assured her that would always keep an eye on her.

Jeffrey included in his poem that he admired Lilly Louise because of the way she would make both thanks and nearness known to everybody who loved her. He also wrote that he admired his wife for both her sincerity and her willingness to help people in need. Jeffrey ended his poem by giving his word to not let his beloved rose wilt at anytime.

The next day, Jeffrey gave his wife the bouquet of roses. Both the sight and scent of these roses took her breath away. But nothing measured up to her reaction when her husband took her hand, got down on one knee, and recited his poem to her. The center of her emotions melted. Tears flowed down her cheeks. She became weak in the knees and fell to the floor. Jeffrey picked her up and carried her to their bed where he sprinkled the petals from the roses on her skin. He slowly kissed her until they both became relaxed enough to fall asleep in each other’s arms.

Chapter 58: Because He Loved Her So Much

Lilly Louise was so inspired by what Jeffrey had done for her; she became inspired to write another poem for him. She wrote about how rainy days were easier for her with him in her life. In addition, she wrote about how her winter days were warmer because he loved her so much. She included in her poem that Jeffrey made her feel young again.

When Lilly Louise recited this poem to her husband on Friday night, his face lit up. Tears flowed down his cheeks. The center of his emotions melted. He picked her up and carried her to their bed. Soon after that, his lips were touching her skin under the covers. They did not fall asleep until sunrise the next morning.

Chapter 59: Messengers from Heaven

The next Friday night, there was another thunderstorm that kept Jeffrey and Lilly Louise awake once again. But Jeffrey lovingly stayed by his wife’s side. He calmed her nerves by singing a familiar song until the storm passed. “My sweet Lilly Lou. What would I ever do if I didn’t have you? Your hair is soft. Your eyes are blue. What would I ever do without you?”

Soon after that, there was finally calm coming from outside. There were also glowing points of light coming from the sky. Jeffrey got out of bed to open the windows for both him and Lilly Louise. A warm, soothing breeze flowed in that embraced both of them. The saw full moon outside their window.

They were in each other’s arms with the lost sleep coming back to their bodies. Their drowsy eyes were finally closing. They both had the sense that messengers from Heaven were keeping an eye on them.

Chapter 60: What Summer Was About

During the next Saturday, Jeffrey treated Lilly Louise to a weekend on the beach. This amaze Lilly Louise! The sky was both purple and pink because of the sunset. To her, the clouds in the sky the looked like cotton candy! This brought back childhood memories of when her parents would take her to street parties! She could not keep the wide grin off of her face! Jeffrey loved to see his wife so blissful! Soon, their lips were touching!

Lilly Louise and Jeffrey could not get over how the water mirrored They were thankful that they remembered they’re swimsuits. The water was truly beautiful to them. Before long, they were holding hands and enjoying the feeling of the refreshing water against their skin. To them, this was truly what summer was about.

Eventually, points of light started coming into view. The sky became darker. Jeffrey and Lilly Louise got out of the water and under some dry blankets. Soon, they were lying on beach towels and holding hands. There was a soothing breeze surrounding their skin. Lilly Louise started to feel sleepy. She climbed on her husband’s chest, and he stroked her hair until he fell asleep himself. They did not wake up until noon the next day.

Chapter 61: Saturday at the Beach!

Lilly Louise and Jeffrey were so inspired by their time on the beach; they made up their minds to take their kids with them the following weekend. That next Saturday, the sky was cloudless with a bright shade of blue! The sun was like a star in the sky! All four of them drew pictures in the wet sand! The built castles in the sand together! They were even lucky enough to find seashells while walking in the water!

Suddenly, there was a rainbow spreading across the sky. It was almost close enough to touch! It was almost glittering! None of them had ever seen anything like it!

Not long after that, the family became inspired to make angels in the sand! None of them could make up their minds about which one was the most beautiful! Soon, the all got hot and decided to cool off by going running in the water together.

Suddenly, Baxter and Sand Sue decided that they wanted to fly their kites! The entire family was so excited when the kids got the kites up in the air and started running! Everybody was in motion! Everybody was laughing and cheering! None of them wanted the day to end!

Chapter 62: Autumn Romance

When summer became autumn Jeffrey became inspired to treat Lilly Louise to romantic Saturday in a land of trees. The red leaves were fascinating to her! They made her think of spaghetti sauce! It made her hungry! She even told her him this, which motivated him to take her to an Italian restaurant! He treated her to two helpings of spaghetti, and she was full by the time they left!

During the next Saturday, Jeffrey treated Lilly Louise to another romantic afternoon. The pond was cloudy. The dark red leaves blended with the bright orange leaves. To Lilly Louise, these shades were like lights on a Christmas tree! She was fascinated once again! She kissed Jeffrey on the lips to thank him!

During the next Saturday, Jeffrey decided to treat Lilly Louise and the kids to see the leaves of fall. The leaves that they saw made them think of lemons. They also thought of the feathers of birds. In addition, they thought of sunshine. Lilly Louise even said that the day seemed brighter outside because of the yellow leaves. This made Jeffrey grin. The two of them shared a kiss on the lips, which made their kids happy.

Chapter 63: Thanksgiving Beauty and Miracles

When Thanksgiving came, the meal for the day was complete with turkey, stuffing, and rolls with butter! Jeffrey could not get over how fantastic Lilly Louise’s cooking smelled! He spent the entire day sneaking sniffs, giggles, and kisses from her!

They also invited Marissa and Edwin for their Thanksgiving Dinner! Nobody could wait to eat! When Marissa and Edwin came and the meal was ready, Lilly Louise turned out the lights in the dining room and lit candles on the table. Nobody could get over how beautiful everything looked! That included Baxter and Sandy Sue!

Everybody was enjoying the food and each other! Suddenly, there were explosions outside the window! They were all delighted and excited to see a half-moon and colorful fireworks in the sky! Some of them were sky-blue. Some of them were grass green. Other fireworks were dark shades of orange. Nobody had ever seen fireworks on Thanksgiving before! This was a miracle!

Fortunately, there were more fireworks in the shade of pink! The exploded into beautiful flowers in the sky! For Lilly Louise, this brought back memories of the pink roses that Jeffrey would bring her! This inspired her to give him a kiss on the lips. Seeing this inspired Marissa and Edwin to share their own kiss on the lips.

Chapter 64: Christmas Spirit!

When Christmas came again, the tree had white lights that looked like stars from the sky! There were both red ribbons and stockings hung all across the fireplace! There were also presents for the entire family, even Marissa and Edwin!

On the first day of December the entire family got together with Marissa and Edwin to walk around Chicago looking at Christmas lights and singing Christmas carols! The enthusiasm of these people was spreading to the neighbors and their families! Doors were starting to open, and eventually everybody else started singing, too!

Jeffrey could not wait to put up the Christmas lights! He started doing this while was humming holiday tunes! This inspired Lilly Louise to start to follow in his footsteps! These Christmas lights had the shades of the rainbow! Many of these lights were as blue as the sky! Lilly Louise and Jeffery were falling in love with each other all over again while they were putting up these lights! Their arms were around each another! They were grinning from ear to ear. Their noses were even touching each other! Before long, their lips were touching each other.

When Christmas Day was getting closer, Marissa and Edwin had an idea! They invited the family to go ice skating and seeing fireworks! She and Edwin had been inspired by a holiday vacation they had once taken together to Iceland! The entire family joyfully accepted the invitation!

The fireworks were flowers that created a rainbow in the night sky! There were shades of purple! There were also shades of sky-blue! There were even shades of dark pink! These fireworks even reminded everybody of palm trees! That is how magical they were!

On the way home that night, there were so many points of light in the sky; nobody could count them. But they were so beautiful and bright! Both couples were sure that Baby Jesus was watching over them!

When the couples were getting close to home, they saw something else that was beautiful! It was a Christmas tree in the snow! This Christmas tree had golden lights! It had not been claimed by anybody. Lilly Louise and Jeffrey made up their minds that nobody deserved this Christmas tree more than Marissa and Edwin! Marissa and Edwin were so overjoyed! The couples were exchanging hugs and kisses before too long and wishing each other Merry Christmas!

Chapter 65: At Christmastime the Next Year

At Christmastime the next year, Jeffrey and his family saw castles and sparkling icicles! These icicles looked liked snowflakes! The eyes of the entire family lit up!

While Jeffery and Lilly Louise were listening to the Christmas music in the distance, they were starting to feel romantic. Their hearts were melting while they were holding hands. Both of their hearts were soaring when they saw a display that said “Peace on Earth.” It featured both pigeons and Heavenly Messengers flying around a globe. The two of them shared a kiss, which brought smiles to the faces of Baxter and Sandy Sue.

In the distance, some very cheerful Christmas music started playing! This put Jeffrey in the mood to start dancing and singing! He took Lilly Louise’s hand, and she started dancing and singing with him! Baxter and Sandy Sue were so excited to see their parents happy like this! They became inspired to start dancing and singing, too! The entire family was overflowing with Christmas spirit!

They also cheered when they heard trumpets playing Christmas carols! This also inspired the family to start singing! Unexpectedly, it became a symphony! Once again, this family became filled with Christmas spirit!

Glitter exploded into the night sky over a castle! This was a breathtaking scene for the family! They also heard a distant choir singing about Baby Jesus. Jeffrey and Lilly Louise were falling in love with one another all over again, and they shared another kiss.

Suddenly, Christmas Bells started ringing! Then, it started snowing! The family started getting into a snowball fight! This was the best fun they had together in a long time!

After Baxter and Sandy Sue had gone to bed, Jeffery and Lilly Louise shared a warm, soothing bath together with glowing candles all around the bathroom. Then, Jeffrey sang Lilly Louise to sleep with her favorite Christmas carols. This was the best Christmas present that Lilly Louise ever had in her life, and Jeffrey was her Santa Claus.

Chapter 66: Christmastime of the Following Year

During Christmastime of the following year, Jeffrey and his family enjoyeda train ride around the Christmas tree at the square! They also went ice-skating! They saw the houses around them! They were glowing with magical candlelight! Seeing this especially touched the hearts of Jeffrey and Lilly Louise! The two shared a kiss on the lips, which brought smiles to the faces of two Baxter and Sandy Sue!

While they were walking around town, Jeffrey and his family spotted a ballroom! They heard and saw couples dancing to Christmas music! All of their hearts started melting! Lilly Louise and Jeffrey themselves became inspired to start waltzing to this music! For Lilly Louise, this brought back memories of when she and Jeffrey danced together on their wedding day! This also helped her remember how they would dance together on their anniversaries! Seeing their parents dancing together brought more smiles to the faces of Baxter and Sandy Sue!

That night, a full Christmas Moon came out over the square! Jeffery and his family were able to spot Saint Nicholas and his reindeer waving to them! They all waved to him back! They all knew that this would be a truly merry Christmas!

Chapter 67: The Light of Christmas!

One night during the Christmas season, Jeffreytreated Lilly Louise toa romantic helicopter ride! All of the light in the houses were glowing with golden candlelight! Lilly Louise was falling in love with her husband all over again! The two of them shareda kiss on the lips!

All of the Christmas trees had lights that glowed like Easter eggs! They flew over a lighthouses and ships! They even flew over a merry-go-round! They also flew over a skating rink! There was light all over the town and light in the hearts of this couple on this holiday night!

Chapter 68: A Magical Family Christmas!

During a trip to New York City at Christmastime, the family was drawn to a sparkling Christmas tree at Rockefeller Center! The branches of the trees that surrounded them were so bright! They were like electric blue points of light from the heavens!

Other Christmas trees also surrounded the family! The lights on these trees also looked like points of light from the heavens! The family got a chance to see trees of Rockefeller Center up-close! To them, it looked like a mountain that reached to the sky!

When Jeffrey and Lilly Louise saw the skaters floating on the ice, they started to feel young again. They also started to notice young skaters on the ice who were holding hands. For Lilly Louise and Jeffrey, this brought back memories of when they first started dating and holding hands. The two of them started both holding hands and sharing kisses again, which brought smiles to the faces of Baxter and Sandy Sue.

Unexpectedly, a group of singers caught their attention. They sang a song about Baby Jesus. For both Jeffrey and Lilly Louise, this brought back a memory of when they decorated their first Christmas tree together. They shared yet another kiss on the lips, which brought more smiles to faces of their kids.

The family saw more beautiful Christmas trees! These trees had silver baubles! These baubles looked like magical bubbles! The beautiful angels of Rockefeller Center were playing Christmas carols on their trumpets, which really put this family in the holiday spirit! This was a magical time for everybody!

Chapter 69: The Feeling of Christmas

The next year at Christmastime, Jeffrey and Lilly Louise were so thrilled about their trip to New York at Christmastime! Jazz music and Broadway songs were playing on the radio! Even Baxter and Sandy Sue were singing to the music!

At Times Square that night, they were fascinated by the advertisements of Broadway musicals! There was not a single musical that they did not want to go to! This was magical!

At a candy store, Christmas carols were playing so loudly; Lilly Louise and Jeffery were starting to feel like kids themselves! The two of them shared a kiss, which brought smiles to the faces of both Baxter and Sandy Sue! Soon after that, all four of them were singing these Christmas carols! All of them had completely forgotten about the candy!

The next morning, Jeffery treated Baxter and Sandy Sue to pepperoni pizza omelets! He also treated Lilly Louise to breakfast in bed. The meal he had the cooks make for her was French toast and orange juice. This made Lilly Louise so happy, she kissed Jeffrey on the lips, which brought smiles to the faces of their kids once again.

That night at Rockefeller Center, they saw how wonderful the angels looked in both their wings and their gowns. The Christmas tree had a rainbow of stars and jewels that glowed in the dark! While they watched the skaters on the rink, Lilly Louise and Jeffrey were beginning to feel romantic once again. They started holding hands, and they eventually shared another kiss. This brought another smile to the faces of their children.

Chapter 70: The Next Christmas Season!

During the next Christmas season, Jeffrey and his family were taking a trip through the mountains. The clouds that they saw floating by the mountains were so soft and dreamy, they wished that they could fly on themtogether, especially Jeffrey and Lilly Louise. They also saw many houseswith their lights on. The windows of these housesseemed to havecandlelight glowing. This made Jeffrey and Lilly Louise and Jeffrey feel very romantic. The two of them started holding hands and sharing kisses, which brought grins to the faces of Baxter and Sandy Sue.

When they got home, Jeffrey both put logs on the fire and lit the Christmas candles on top of the fireplace. He also put on some Christmas harp music. This put Lilly Louise in a peaceful mood. Before long, the two of them were able to forget about the universe around them and lose themselves in each other. Jeffrey got a mattress and a blanket for himself and his wife. He knew that they would not be able to keep their eyes open longer.

The warmth of the fire soon faded, but not the warmth of their excitement for one another! They were especially excited by the Christmas moonlight that glowed through the window of their living room! The moonlight, music, and the feeling refuge that came from being soothed in one another’s arms caused them to eventually fall asleep until noon the next day.

The next day, Marissa and Edwin came delivering both Christmas pies and a Christmas turkey! They were also dressed up as Santa and Mrs. Claus! They had also come to sing carols with the family, and ask Baxter and Sandy Sue what they wanted for Christmas!

Chapter 71: Christmas Fun in Chicago

During the next year for Christmas, Jeffrey and his family had the best time going up and down the escalators in Chicago! Jeffrey and Lilly Louise were feeling like kids themselves! The family could not get enough how the lights from the were like stars from the heavens!

The Christmas tree that they saw was bright with blue lights! To them, this was a gift from Heaven! The star on top was especially bright!

Later during that same Christmas season, Jeffrey treated Lilly Louise to a romantic carriage ride throughout Chicago. He was in the mood to start singing Christmas carols. This mood of his was so contagious, it spread to his wife. The two eventually shared a kiss.

They ran into a group of singers who were also singing Christmas carols! The singing inspired the person to stop the horse so that all three of them could enjoy the caroling! Before long, they were all joining in with the choir!

As their carriage ride throughout Chicago continued, they gained sight of some young kids dressed as Christmas angels. These Christmas angels were singing carols, too. Lilly Louise, Jeffrey, and the person on the horse stopped to sing with these angels.

As the ride continued throughout the city, Jeffrey and Lilly Louise noticed pink lights on the branches of the trees. For Lilly Louise, this brought bubble bath to mind. For her, this also brought to mind the romantic bubble baths that she and Jeffrey would share together during the winter when they got married. This made Lilly Louise feel warm inside. It inspired her to give her husband a warm, long kiss.

Lilly Louise and Jeffrey also gained sight of a Christmas had purple lights! These purple lights seemed to glow in the dark! This was a magical sight for both of them. They both started to feel as innocent as kids again.

When the two of them got home, Lilly Louise and Jeffrey shared a bubble bath with candles all around the bathroom. This was inspired by what Lilly Louise saw during their carriage ride. It was Christmastime, and Jeffrey did not want to let his wife down.

Chapter 72: A Navy Pier Holiday!

Later on during the Christmas season, Jeffrey wanted to treat his family to a trip to show them what the Navy Pier was like during the holidays! A Saint Nicholas puppet waved to the kids! A Christmas tree reached to the ceiling! There was also a rainbow of shining Christmas trees!

The family also took a ride on a Ferris wheel! They even took ride on a merry-go-round! There were also toy soldiers! Nobody in the family wanted to leave!

Chapter 73: The Parade

During the next holiday season, Jeffrey and his family went to the Magnificent Mile Lights Festival Lights Parade! They were all overjoyed to see Ellie and Mikey the Magical Puppy! All of them waved to each other! They were also overjoyed to see a toy soldier!

Not long after that, there was both confetti and a marching band! The music was out of this world! Once again, Marissa was a ballerina! She got applause and roses from everybody in the audience. But the sweetest smelling rose she got was from the love of her life, Edwin! She kissed him on the lips for it!

Jeffrey and his family danced to a steel drum band! They also saw blue Christmas trees that glowed in the dark! The even saw silver and purple fireworks! These fireworks were also magenta! They were also glittery! These fireworks were like palm trees exploding in the sky! These fireworks had the shades of Christmas! It was like confetti in the sky all over again! They looked like rockets taking off into the sky! They were magical to see! They exploded into palm trees! They turned both purple and green! They also turned into flowers! This amazed Jeffrey and his family!

Chapter 74: Another Great Parade!

When they went to the parade the next year, they were really excited to see the Gingerbread Man and his delicious house with the icing on the roof! This made them hungry! They got especially hungry when they saw the candies on his house!

A marching band that was playing Christmas carols then enchanted Jeffrey and his family! They could not resist singing along to these carols! Another marching band came by. Jeffery and his family could not resist marching in place in time to the music! There was even Christmas music playing from the horn of a police car! Jeffrey and his family could not help but laugh!

Chapter 75: Fun with Loved Ones at Winter Wonderfest!

During the next year at Christmastime, Jeffrey took his family to Navy Pier to Winter Wonderfest at Navy Pier! Marissa and Edwin went with them! Baxter and Sandy Sue had the greatest time skating with them!

They warmed up by eating apple pie and drinking cocoa together! They also ate chicken nuggets with barbecue sauce! Both Marissa and Edwin and Lilly Louise and Jeffrey held hands together romantically! Both couples shared kisses on the lips! This brought smiles to the faces of Baxter and Sandy Sue!

All of them went on a roller-coaster ride together! They felt like they were flying! It was magical to all of them! The great part was being together with loved ones!

Chapter 76: Togetherness at Winter Wonderfest

When Jeffrey and his family went to Winter Wonderfest the following year, they felt like they were in Heaven! Christmas trees with points of light from the heavens surrounded them! When they got on the Ferris wheel, the view was even better!

Suddenly, soft penguins surrounded them. Baxter and Sandy Sue could not resist petting them. Neither could their parents. Eventually, the entire family fell in love with these penguins. They all wished they could take one home with them.

Nobody in the family could get enough of the Christmas decorations! The baubles on the trees were both golden and silver! They were so shiny! The Christmas trees that encircled them had ribbons, poinsetias, seashells, and stars from the ocean! The family had known the Christmas decorations like these had ever existed!

The entire family climbed up the slide and slid down together! They did not let go! They all knew that holding on together was what being a family was all about!

They also went sledding as a family! While they all went on the merry-go-round, Lilly Louise and Jeffrey rode together side by side! This made both of their kids really happy!

Chapter 77: The Christmas Carriage Ride of Their Dreams!

Later during the same Christmas season, Jeffrey treated Lilly Louise to another romantic Christmas carriage ride. During this carriage ride, they noticed a church. The windows were glowing with candlelight. Snow-covered pine trees surrounded this church. Lilly Louise and Jeffrey were falling in love with this scene. They were also falling in love with each other all over again. The two of them shared a kiss.

During most of their ride, two of them saw Christmas lights that reminded them of Easter eggs! They both felt like kids again! In addition, snowmen greeted them! This gave them the giggles! This made them feel especially innocent!

People they didn’t even know were also greeting them! This made them feel like the entire universe was their companion! This warmed their hearts so much; they became inspired to wave back! Now they were really filled with Christmas spirit!

They also saw mountains! These mountains had whipped cream! The hills had whipped cream, too! This was like a dream to the two of them!

Then, they saw street lamps that looked like candlelight! Candlelight was glowing from the window of the buildings in the city as well! This was making them feel romantic enough to share a kiss!

A magical Christmas Moon brightened the sky. It magically made the night sky as bright as daytime. The water mirrored it. Tears of Christmas joy were coming to Jeffrey’s eyes because he could see the Christmas joy in his wife’s eyes. The two of them shared another kiss.

Next, their carriage ride led to the scene of kids sledding downhill! These kids were racing each other Lilly Louise and Jeffrey started felt young again! Seeing made them remember that Christmas was a time for both the old and the young! The two of them started holding hands and sharing kisses.

The Christmas tree of the square had a rainbow of candies! Everybody was getting hungry! Both of the couples were feeling as innocent as kids again! Both of the couples reached into their pockets to get some money. They stopped at the store and got some fruit candy for everyone. All of their appetites were eventually filled!

Chapter 79: Another Wonderful Christmas Train Ride

Jeffrey and his family had so much fun during that Christmas train ride; this inspired them to take another one! Once again, Edwin and Marissa were happy to come with them! The scenery was just irresistible as before! The snow on the ground was exactly like glitter and sugar! Nobody could believe what was in front of him or her!

They could see other people playing in the snow and making snow angels! Snowmen appeared to greet them! This brought smiles to all of their faces!

All of the lights in the houses around them were glowing! It was like the entire universe was greeting them and wishing them Merry Christmas! To everybody, this was the greatest feeling ever!

From their train windows, they were also able to see other couples in love! They were even able to hear the melody of a choir! In addition, they saw other couples enjoying romantic sleigh rides! They even saw they stained glass windows of churches!

When nighttime came, the lights from the houses that they saw appeared to outshine the moon. They could see the wedding cakes in the bakeries. They even saw the church having Christmas services. Both of couples in the train started holding hands and sharing kisses once again.

Chapter 80: More Christmas Spirit

The two couples were still filled with Christmas spirit the next day! Jeffery and Lilly Louise invited Marissa and Edwin to help Baxter and Sandy Sue build snowmen! After that, they all had snowball fight, had hot chocolate, and shared cake in the kitchen!

They also helped to decorate the Christmas tree and sing carols! Lilly Louise became inspired to turn on the radio! Jeffrey began to sing! Everybody was able to tune out the universe around him or her and fix their minds on one another.

Chapter 81: Another Day of Christmas Fun!

The next day Jeffrey and Lilly Louise invited Marissa and Edwin to eat out with them and Baxter and Sandy Sue. They all decided to go to an Italian restaurant. There was a marching band nearby that was playing Christmas music! This lifted everybody’s spirits! Before long, they were all singing carols with the band!

There was also a polka band playing Christmas music! Both of the couples became inspired to dance to the music! The started sharing kisses once again! This brought even more smiles to the faces of Baxter and Sand Sue!

Later, in between the snow-covered pine trees, they found a street party with so many rides! They all felt like they were in Heaven! They had become young again!

Chapter 82: A Trip to A Cookie Factory

The next day, Jeffrey treated his family to a trip to a cookie factory! He got gingerbread cookies for Baxter and Sandy Sue! For Lilly Louise, he got chocolate cookies with cherries on top! He told her that she was the sweet cherry in his life! This brought tears of joy to her eyes! She kissed him on the lips! This brought smiles to the faces of their kids! They cheered their parents on! The four of them all hugged each other!

Chapter 83: Rockefeller Center!

During the next Christmas season, Jeffrey treated his family to another trip to New York City! The angels were ready for the holiday season! The entire family could hear them playing carols with their trumpets!

The Christmas tree of Rockefeller Center appeared was covered with shining gold! But when they got up-close, it was like they could see a rainbow of Easter eggs! Skaters seemed to be dancing in celebration of this tree! This filled all of their hearts with joy!

Chapter 84: A Christmas Hot-Air Balloon Ride!

Later on during the Christmas season, Jeffrey treated his family to a hot-air balloon ride! They could all see Saint Nicolas and his reindeer! They could even hear the Christmas music of the marching band! They could even hear a polka band playing Christmas music as well! They also saw people dancing to all of this music put together!

They even saw other kids sledding and building snowmen! There was also a merry-go-round nearby! There were even other hot-air balloons in the sky with other families the sky! Everybody waved to one another!

Jeffrey and his family could also see other people skiing in the snow! It looked like so much fun to them! They wished that they were skiing, too!

They even noticed nativity scenes next to choirs singing songs about Baby Jesus. This brought tears of joy to the eyes of Lilly Louise and Jeffrey. This inspired the two of them to share a kiss.

In addition, they saw people rehearsing for a show about when Jesus was born. They could even see people carrying their Christmas trees home on trains. For the entire day, it appeared that the universe was happy! Jeffrey and Lilly Louise became inspired to share another kiss, which brought more smiles to the faces of their kids!

Chapter 85: Christmas at the Square

During the same Christmas season, Jeffrey took his family to the square! The marching band was still playing Christmas carols! It made the four of them feel like marching in place with them, and they did!

There was a very tall Christmas tree in the center of the square. The blue lights were the brightest! The green lights on the tree were the second brightest! The rose-pink lights were also beautiful to look at!

The snowmen in the square were very friendly. Jeffrey and Lilly Louise were feeling like kids again. They started holding hands and sharing kisses, which made their kids smile once more.

Kids were telling Saint Nicholas what they wanted for Christmas. Baxter and Sandy Sue were able to talk their parents into taking them to where they could tell him what they wanted. When they got there, they secretly told Saint Nicolas that they wanted their parents to stay together forever. Saint Nicholas hugged both of them and told them that his was the sweetest Christmas wish they he ever heard. When Sandy Sue and Baxter returned to their mom and dad, they hugged them and said that they loved them. Their parents’ hearts melted, and they said the same thing to their kids. They were so moved by the sweetness of their children, they all sang with a choir!

Nighttime eventually came around. But the square was still alive with lights, from both the street party and houses that surrounded the family. Nobody wanted to go home.

Chapters 86: Another Christmas Hot-Air Balloon Ride

Later on, Jeffrey could not resist taking his family on another hot-air balloon ride for Christmas! There were many buildings that matched Christmas! There were also lots of snowmen! Jeffrey and his family also saw other families playing in the snow! There were rainbows of lights flashing!

There were also a lot of snow-covered pine trees! Many kids were both skating! Other kids were playing hockey, too! Some kids were even playing on the swings!

They even flew over a candy store! They started to get hungry! They even saw the lights from the house glowing! For all of them, this was magical!

Jeffrey and his family also saw many Christmas tree that looked liked the Eiffel Tower! This was another magical sight for them! They also saw many people skiing in between the snow-covered pine trees and enjoying themselves! Baxter and Sandy Sue told their parents that they wished they knew how to ski. Jeffrey and Lilly Louise promised them that when they were older, they would get them lessons. The kids cheered and hugged them!

Chapter 87: Excitement in the Air at Navy Pier!

The next day, Jeffrey took his family skating at Navy Pier once again! There was a crowded rink! The skaters were all playing games with chairs! The lights on the Christmas trees looked like golden points of light from the heavens!

Many of the skaters were holding hands with both their loved ones and their sweethearts! Seeing this was making Lilly Louise and Jeffery feel really romantic! They started holding hands and sharing kisses, which brought smiles to the faces of their kids once again.

People were twirling, spinning, and flying in the air! There were also other parent helping their kids learn how to skate! There were kids who were falling down and laughing! Their parents were laughing them, too! This also made Jeffrey’s family’s laugh!

There was excitement in the air! The entire crowd of skaters enjoyed moving to the music! So did Jeffrey and his family! They joined with the other skater in playing games with the chairs in time to the music!

Out of the blue, Marissa and Edwin showed up! The music started to get delightfully jazzy and romantic! Nobody could resist dancing! Both couple started holding hands and sharing kisses under the mistletoe, which brought more smiles to the faces of Baxter and Sandy Sue!

Soon after that, they all joined the crowd in acting silly, being carefree, and enjoying one another’s company because that was what Christmas was all about! Later on Lilly Louise and Jeffrey shared a romantic slow dance on the ice. During this slow dance, he sang softly in her ear her favorite Christmas carols once again, which brought tears of joy to her eyes. This brought even more smiles to the faces of Baxter and Sandy Sue. They cheered their father on once again, and their parent burst out laughing! They shared another hug!

Chapter 88: A Day on A Ski Lift!

The next day, Jeffrey and Lilly Louise invited Marissa and Edwin to go with the family while they enjoy the view on ski lifts! They could see the snow-covered pine trees! They also enjoyed singing Christmas carols together!

They could see all the restaurants! They were getting hungry really quickly! They could also see people skating on the pond! This brought back memories of all the fun that they had the day before! They could even see a train running through Chicago!

They even saw a soft winter waterfall! In addition, they saw other kids playing in a park! They also saw the animals of a zoo! They also saw another street party! They also saw points of light from the heavens on the branches of the trees!

Chapter 89: Sightseeing

The next day Lilly Louise and Jeffrey invited Edwin and Marissa to go sightseeing with the family. They found both a zoo and street party next to a beautiful church with candlelight glowing from the windows. Everyone fell in love with this scene right away.

Throughout the town, they could see other kids and their families building snowmen together. They could also see swans swimming in ponds. They also found snow-covered pine trees with points of light from the heavens. They even saw a white church that had points of light from the heavens. This was the most wonderful sight ever for any of them.

They also found trees with roses of many shades on them. Jeffrey picked roses for Lilly Louise. Then, Edwin picked roses for Marissa. Both couples started holding hands and sharing kisses, which brought smiles to the faces of Baxter and Sandy Sue.

Then, everybody saw a tree with Christmas lights on the bare branches. Some of these lights were dark red. Some of them were light green. The others were yellow.

These lights made Baxter and Sandy Sue think of candy. When they told their parents that they were getting hungry, Marissa heard them and got some money out of her pocket. Everybody went to the candy store once again, and ate until they were full.

Everybody was able to see Saint Nicholas and his dancing reindeer dancing in the sky! They were all excited! He knew that they would all be getting gifts on Christmas Eve! They all waved to him and smiled! He smiled to them and waved back!

Later on, it touched everybody’s centers of emotions to see old couples dancing. Then, they saw kids dancing around a Christmas tree. Then, they saw another old couple kissing and wishing each other “Merry Christmas.” This inspired both of these couples to do the same thing, which brought more smiles to the faces of Baxter and Sandy Sue.

Chapter 90: A Trolley Ride!

The next day, Jeffrey treated his family to a trolley ride through Chicago! Glowing Christmas candlelight was shining throughout all the windows of the houses of the city! Nobody in the family could help wondering what was going on inside of them!

They also noticed the windows of churches with nativity scenes in their yards. These churches were decorated for Christmas! They even appeared to have Glowing Christmas Candlelight in them! This made Lilly Louise and Jeffrey start feeling romantic! They started holding hands and sharing kisses once again, which brought more smiles to the faces of Baxter and Sandy Sue!

They could see all kinds of birds flying in the sky! They saw cardinals, doves, eagles, doves, and robins! They were flying all around the snow-covered pine trees! For the entire family, this truly was a Christmas miracle!

Chapter 91: Another Wonderful Christmas Hot-Air Balloon Ride!

The next day, Jeffrey treated his family to another Christmas hot-air balloon ride! They could see the restaurants from up above! This made them hungry!

They could also see the lighthouses on the ocean. For Lilly Louise and Jeffrey, this brought back memories of summertime when they would go sailing together before the kids were born. But now, they felt that life was more of an adventure with the kids in the picture! They to feel romantic again. Once more, they were holding hands and sharing kisses, which brought smiles to the faces of Baxter and Sandy Sue.

As the ride continued, the family could see shades of colors changing inside the windows of the houses! They could tell that the lights from the Christmas trees were flashing! This made them excited! This brightened their Christmas spirit! It also inspired them to start singing Christmas carols!

They became even more excited when they flew over a toy store! Baxter and Sandy Sue started wonder what kind of toys Saint Nicholas was going to bring them for Christmas! This was making Lilly Louise and Jeffrey both feel a childlike innocence! They wished that Christmas could go on without end! They started feeling romantic once again, holding hands, and sharing kisses. This, once again, brought smiles to the faces of their kids, who cheered them on! The four of them shared another hug!

While their ride continued, the family was able to see houses that looked liked gingerbread houses! To them, these houses looked liked they had points of light that came from the heavens! It was surprising what imagination could do!

In addition, they saw a building that looked across from a lighthouse to a castle! This building was as tall as the snow-covered pine-trees! It had the stripes of a candy cane! Nobody in this family could believe their eyes!

Chapter 92: The Christmas of A Lifetime in New York!

During the next Christmas season, Jeffrey treated his family to another trip to New York City! When they got to their hotel room, Jeffrey ordered a turkey with stuffing, cranberries, and, grapes, and lettuce! The family could not wait for room service!

After all of their stomachs were full, they took naps. When they woke up, they could not resist going to Rockefeller Center to skate! When they got there, they could not take their eyes off of the Christmas trees that they saw! Some of them were golden! The decorations on them looked like shining bubbles! The colorful lights of Rockefeller Center’s Christmas tree looked like colorful pieces of popcorn! These were magical sights for the entire family! They went on to have a wonderful time skating together!

On the way back from skating, there was a vendor selling rainbow popcorn, Baxter and Sandy Sue were both able to politely talk their parents into letting them each have a bag. They were all getting cold anyway. So, their mom and dad both told them yes. Jeffrey and Lilly Louise bought bags for themselves, too.

After Baxter and Sandy Sue had gone to sleep for the night, Lilly Louise and Jeffrey became inspired by the golden Christmas trees they had seen to share another warm and soothing bubble bath together. Jeffrey ordered bubble bath for his wife. The scent of the was wonderful Lilly Louise and Jeffrey massaged each other’s aching muscles and kissed each other’s lips. Once again, the bathroom was surrounded by candlelight. And once again, Jeffrey sang Lilly Louise to sleep with her favorite Christmas carols. This was a magical night from Heaven.

The next morning Jeffrey treated his family to pastries from a bakery! They all had breakfast in bed! He also brought gingerbread cookies for Baxter and Sandy Sue!

For lunch, he took his family out for pizza! For dessert, he treated them to strawberry cheesecake! The kids were begging for seconds, and they got them!

Jeffrey and his family enjoyed that lunch so much; none of them could resist going out to lunch again the next day! After they had their pizza, Jeffrey ordered A New York Christmas Cheesecake! This cheesecake had sprinkles that were both red and green! This cheesecake came with grapes! Once again, Baxter and Sandy Sue got seconds!

When they got back to the hotel, a bouquet of Christmas roses greeted the family in the entrance! “Those are for you, sweetheart,” Jeffrey softly told Lilly Louise with a wide grin. Lilly Louise’s jaw dropped as she picked up the roses. Tears of joy rolled down her cheeks as she picked them up and sniffed them. She had never sniffed flowers so beautiful. She turned to her husband, and he told her, “I ordered them, yesterday. Merry Christmas!” In response, Lilly Louise laughed! She jumped into her husband’s arms, and tears of joy continued to flow down her cheeks! Everybody in entrance cheered for them, including Baxter and Sandy Sue! The four of them shared another hug!

The next day, Lilly was determined to reward Jeffrey for what he had done for her. So, she ordered a holiday blueberry cheesecake for the entire family! This cheesecake was also covered with chocolate syrup, which made Baxter and Sandy Sue very happy! This syrup soon covered their faces! The room was soon filled with laughter! Soon, even Jeffrey and Lilly Louise couldn’t resist the chocolate syrup on the cheesecake. Even sooner, the chocolate syrup was also covering their faces! Even more laughter was filling the hotel room now!

Later that day, the family went walking in Manhattan. They heard people playing carols on violins! Right away, the entire family started dancing and singing! Soon, the entire crowd was following their example!

When the concert ended Lilly Louise and Jeffrey shared another kiss! So many emotions were running through their hearts! All of the musicians clapped for them! So did the rest of the audience! Baxter and Sandy Sue cheered their parents on, too! The four of them shared another hug!

That night, on the way back to the hotel, the family noticed exploding Christmas fireworks in the sky! Some of them were beautiful shades of blue! Others were shades of both orange and dark red! Other fireworks were green, and others were shades of green! This was like a Christmas rainbow! The points of light were also a Christmas rainbow! This was a wonderful day for the family!

The next night, Jeffrey and his family went walking in Syracuse’s Clinton Square. The buildings appeared to look like churches! Lilly Louise and Jeffrey were pleasantly surprised by the architecture!

A big, wide Christmas tree also pleasantly surprised the family! This Christmas tree had purple and blue lights! Everybody had to stop and take a look at this tree! To them, this was a magical sight!

The next day, while Jeffrey and his family were walking through New York again, they caught sight of a department store! In the window, there were many statues of Saint Nicholas! Seeing these statues made Lilly Louise and Jeffrey feel like kids again! They started holding hands and singing songs about Saint Nicholas! This brought smiles to the faces of Baxter and Sandy Sue! Soon, all four of them were singing about Saint Nicholas!

Later that day, Jeffrey and his family went walking through Bryant Park. They caught sight of one of the tallest Christmas trees they had ever seen! It had snowflakes and baubles with shades of the American flag! Fortunately, Jeffrey had his camera with him, and he took a picture of this tree. His proud wife kissed him on the lips for it.

The next morning for breakfast, Jeffrey ordered cakes for his family. These cakes came with icing and raspberries! Baxter and Sandy Sue ate these up right away! Soon, both of their faces were messy! Lilly Louise kissed her husband on the lips for what he did! Not long after that, their faces were messy, too! Once again, their hotel room became filled with laughter! All four of them shared a hug!

Chapter 93: Enjoying Christmas Dinner!

The next year at Christmastime, Lilly Louise and Jeffrey invited Edwin and Marissa to Christmas Dinner! In return, Marissa and Edwin delivered a Christmas turkey with vegetables, chocolate mousse for dessert, soda pop for Baxter and Sandy Sue, and wine for Jeffrey and Lilly Louise! The friends and family spent the entire night laughing, sharing jokes, and enjoying one another’s company! Later on, Edwin started playing Christmas music on his guitar, and everybody started singing along! This was truly an enjoyable night for everybody!

Chapter 94: Another Christmas Dinner In Return!

Marissa and Edwin had been so pleased with their friends’ Christmas Dinner from the year before, they had become inspired to do something in return! They went out and bought turkey, stuffing, fruit, cherry pie, Jell-O, wine, and soda pop! Then, they invited Jeffrey, Lilly Louise, and the kids to their house for Christmas Dinner!

Jeffrey and his family could not believe how far Edwin and Marissa had gone to cook for them! They could not wait to start eating! They were especially hungry for the turkey and stuffing! To the family, the cherry pie was especially appetizing!

It was not long before they were all seated at the table enjoying the food, laughing, and joking just like they were the year before. Then, Edwin and Jeffrey made a toast to friends, family, and the delight of Christmastime! Everybody raised his and her glasses! Soon after that, Edwin was playing his guitar once again, and everybody was singing along to his Christmas music!

Epilogue

Jeffrey and Lilly Louise went on to celebrate the rest of their wedding anniversaries, Christmases, springs, summers, and autumns together! They also saw Baxter, and Sandy Sue grow up and have kids of their own! Marissa and Edwin stayed friends with the family, got married, and started a joyful family of their own as well!
