Chapter 29

“I made some calls, and they’re expecting us at Pure at seven-thirty,” Victor tells us, putting his cell phone back in his jacket.

“Excellent,” Spence replies.

“What’s Pure?” Sherrie asks.

“It’s a restaurant and bar,” Lucas tells her.

“Let’s go have a few warm-up drinks before we get going,” Chris suggests.

“Sounds like a good plan to me,” Victor agrees.

We all head towards the elevators, and Spence presses the up button. The doors swing open immediately, and all of us file in. Spence inserts his card into the slot and presses the marked button PH.

“Wow, the penthouse?” Sherrie gasps.

“Duh Sherrie, he owns the hotel,” Deanna teases her sister.

“Oh yeah… that still takes some getting used to. All of this takes some getting used to,” Sherrie blushes, looking at Spence with a mix of nervousness and awe.

“I’m still getting used to it,” I say, looking up at Spence, who smiles back down at me as he wraps his arms around me tightly.

I turn in his arms and wrap mine around his neck.

“Thank you for tonight, Spence. I already know that tonight is going to be so much fun, and I’m so happy you’re here with me. It wouldn’t be as much fun without you,” I say, and then reach up to kiss him.

He kisses me back fervently, forgetting, or not caring, that we are in a crowded elevator. Fortunately, everyone is cool with it, and we are met with a few cheers.

“Okay, lovebirds, we’re here,” Chris announces loudly, and I feel him smack my shoulder as the doors slide open.

I reluctantly break away from Spence, and we’re the last ones out of the elevator. We are in a private foyer, and there is another door that leads into the room. With my hand tightly in his, Spence approaches the door and waves his key in front of it. The door beeps, and we all step into the room.

“Holy hell!” Deanna gasps as she takes it all in, and I second her.

The room is gorgeous. Sleek and modern, just like all of the Manfredi Hotels, but this room has a full panoramic view of the Las Vegas Strip. Chris whistles loudly before excitedly heading towards the bar, where the rest of us join him.

“Shall we start with a round of tequila shots?” Victor asks, and then he chortles loudly, obviously teasing us.

“I think we’ll avoid those tonight,” Spence smirks.

“How about we start with some…” Chris starts, stepping behind the bar, then he finds what he’s looking for, "Straight up Vodka shots.”

“Sounds harmless enough,” I say.

“Oh honey, this is just the beginning,” Casey says, wrapping an arm around my neck and kissing me on the side of my head.

Chris, with surprising skill, lines eleven shot glasses along the bar and pours the vodka in each with the flourish of a seasoned bartender.

“Wow, baby, you’re pretty good at that,” Lena giggles at him.

“Didn’t I tell you? I also used to bartend part-time to make ends meet. Before Spence here came along and gave a guy the break of my lifetime. Alright, everyone, grab one.”

Spence reaches over and grabs two, handing one to me. Chris holds his glass up in the air, and we all follow suit. I wonder how many times he’s going to do this tonight.

“To a crazy night of epic proportions. May we all make it back alive, not in jail, or unintentionally married by an Elvis impersonator!” Chris hoots loudly before slamming his shot.

“Here, here!” Victor shouts, and we all take our shots.

“So, I guess we’d better steer clear of any wedding chapels tonight?” I smile at Spence.

“I’d marry you tonight if that’s what you wanted,” Spence says seriously, his eyes burn into mine with something that makes my knees feel weak.

“I think Les would have a heart attack,” I laugh.

“We could always still have our other wedding as well,” he says, pulling me against him.

“Hey, now, nobody is eloping tonight. Your wedding is only a week away. You can wait!” Casey jumps in.

“Don’t worry, Case, it was just an idea,” Spence tells her with a wink.

“So, Spence, how did you manage to acquire all of this anyway? Did you rob a few banks or something?” Deanna asks, waving her hand around the room.

“Deanna!” Sherrie chastises her, “that’s not very polite.”

“No, it’s fine,” Spence chuckles, “it’s not a big secret or anything. My family has always been wealthy…old oil money, and a lot of good investments. Just after I finished University, my grandfather passed away and left me enough to start my empire.”

The part he leaves out is that his family still holds on to a lot of resentment because Spence’s grandfather had willed almost everything he had to Spence when he died. Spence had told me that he was extremely close to his grandpa, and he had told his grandpa all of his dreams for the future, things he hadn’t even told his father, which included owning a hotel chain. So when his grandfather died, he made sure that Spence’s dream came true, much to the horror of Spence’s father. An only child, Spence's father, was expecting it all to go to him. However, he only received a percentage. Spence’s sister was also upset that she only received a small percentage, which was still in the millions.

Spence said that his family continually tries to reassure him that they are over it, but that he knows deep down that’s not true - to try and make up for it, he has contributed to them financially even though they don't need it. It explains the distance that I felt when I met his parents, and why I’ve only seen them once since we’ve been together, and Spence’s surprise at their choice even to attend our wedding, as they had skipped wedding number two.

“Wow, that was nice of your grandfather,” Sherrie responds.

“All my grandpa left us with was an old farmhouse filled with junk,” Deanna adds.

“Er… yes, it was very generous,” Spence nods.

I’m sure he’d like to steer away from this topic. His family's resentment makes it a somewhat painful subject for him, so I’m about to cut in when Victor does it for me.

“Well enough of the family history, let’s just have some fun now, shall we?” Victor says, sharing a look with Spence, which means he has his back.

Victor may be a lot of things, but I know he’s tremendously loyal to Spence, which is why I can usually overlook his tendency to be an ass, and why despite their differences in personality, he's Spence's best friend.

I notice then that Chris, Lena, Lucas, Nadia, Casey, and Derrick have all wandered away from our conversation and are on the balcony doing Vodka shots from the bottle.

“See? Everyone else has the right idea. Let’s join 'em. Ladies?” Victor says as he puts an arm around each of my cousins and leads the way. Spence and I stay back a moment.

“Sorry about that,” I say to him.

“Sorry for what?” Spence asks.

“My cousin's questions.”

“It’s all right. She’s just curious, as are a lot of people,” he assures me.

“I know, but you know with Derrick here, I thought it might be awkward.”

“It’s not an issue. Derrick doesn’t have the same issues as the rest of my family does. He reminds me of me.”

“You know, I still can’t believe the resemblance. Are you sure he doesn’t belong to you?” I tease, raising an eyebrow at him.

“Trust me, baby, I’m sure. My sister complained about all the weight she put on carrying him for ten years after he was born. There’s no scandal here. He and I both are spitting images of my grandfather. I’ll show you the pictures sometime.”

“I’d like that,” I smile up at him and start leaning in for a kiss when we’re interrupted.

“Seriously, you two? Do we need to split you up for a few hours so we can get some drinks in ya?” Casey complains from the open balcony door.

“We’re coming!” Spence and I say in unison, still staring at each other.

He bends slightly and plants a small kiss on my lips.

“Let’s get this party started, huh?” Spence suggests.

Several hours later, we had finished with dinner at Pure and made a quick pit-stop at a Casino where Victor won a few thousand dollars. We are now on the prowl for a little more action.

“You know what we’re missing here? Naked women,” Victor chortles.

“Agreed!” Lucas laughs.

I notice his hand is firmly planted on Sherrie’s knee, and she looks like she’s in love. Oh boy.

“You know what? I fucking agree that sounds fun!” Lena chimes in, and the rest of us look at her, surprised.

“Really, babe?” Chris asks her, looking stunned.

“Hell, why not?” she shrugs.

“I’m in,” Casey exclaims.

“I know just the place,” Victor smiles.

“Oh darling, you’re terrible,” Nadia shakes her head at him, but she’s smiling.

“Okay, I guess you guys are in charge,” Spence says.

“Um…we’re going to see strippers?” Sherrie squeaks, looking nervous.

“Relax baby, you’ll like it,” Lucas tells her, leaning in close to her ear when he does.

“Okay… they’ve got to be better than the small town strippers I’ve seen,” Deanna giggles.

“Do I get a say in this?” I ask nobody in particular.

“Nope,” Casey says.

Spence leans in towards me and whispers in my ear then.

“I think maybe I’ll buy you a lap dance and watch that. Just thinking about it...”

His voice is velvety soft, and then he kisses my neck just under my ear, causing me to shiver.

“Well, if you put it that way…” I whisper back.

It doesn’t take him much to seduce me, that’s for sure. My hand travels up his thigh, and I stop just before I reach what I want, because well, we have company.

“Hmm, would you like us to pull over and get out for a moment?” Casey teases.

“Could we?” I tease back.

“Driver!” Spence hollers then laughs when everyone gapes at him. “Relax, I’m fucking with you guys.”

“I don’t know if I should find this weird or not. He is my uncle,” Derrick chuckles.

“Sorry, Derrick,” I laugh.

“Oh, it’s okay, Auntie Roxanne,” he replies with a smirk.

I make a face at him. “Please, just Rox will do,” I tell him.

Yeah, I guess it’s a little weird.

We eventually end up at a strip club that is surprisingly quite ritzy inside. If there is such a thing as a classy strip joint, this is it. We are led to what appears to be a VIP area. It has a view to the ladies on stage, but we are still separated from the rest of the clientele. Victor orders bottle service, and soon an extremely attractive and almost naked blonde arrives at our service to pour our drinks and be at our beck and call.

“Your drink, Mr. Manfredi?” hot Blonde croons in her best seductive voice as she hands Spence the first glass.

“Thank you,” he says politely before flashing her a wide grin.

She smiles back at him and tosses her hair over her shoulder.

“If there’s anything else you need, and I mean anything, please let me know. My name is Jade.”

She flirts with him, and she’s downright obvious about it. Everyone’s eyes turn to me, waiting to see what my reaction will be, but I’m calm and collected. I know I have nothing to worry about, and Spence proves me right then.

“Well, Jade, that’s mighty kind of you,” Spence says to her as he reaches over and takes my hand, “does that offer stand for my fiancée too?”

The look on her face is priceless.

“Um…” she stutters, looking at me nervously, “of course, sir, I meant anything I can do for any of you.”

“But of course,” he smiles at her.

“How about some more drinks over here then, toots?” Lucas chimes in, and I can’t help but giggle.

Jade quickly resumes pouring everyone else a drink.

“I don’t know how you resist, sometimes, when beautiful women practically throw themselves at you,” I say quietly to Spence.

“They’re nothing compared to you, baby,” he replies.

“That’s really nice, and all, but is it realistic?”

“Rox, believe it. When it comes to you, you are it, that’s all. If I wanted to run around with multiple women, then I’d go out and do it. But that’s not what I want. You know that, right?”

“Yes, I guess I do. I still can’t believe how lucky I am sometimes.”

“Lap dance time!” Victor shouts, suddenly, before Spence can respond.

“Awe Vic…” Spence starts to decline.

But to no avail, Victor has already waved a girl over, and she is even better looking than the blonde. She’s exotic looking- all long legs, olive-skinned, with beautiful long brunette hair, and a gorgeous set of big brown eyes. All she’s wearing is a golden sequin bikini with golden tassels at the hips.

“My treat, I insist,” Victor grins as she approaches Spence.

“Hola, my name is Esmeralda, and I’ll be taking care of you,” she says. Her voice is silky, with a slight Spanish accent.

“Hola,” Spence smiles up at her, then looks at me from the corner of his eye.

“I’ll take you to the private room, sir?” she offers her hand to Spence. He looks at me again, and I roll my eyes at him.

“Go on,” I smile at him, effectively giving him my blessing to have a beautiful woman touch and dance against my fiancé.

He stands up, and everyone starts hooting and hollering.

“Uh-oh, Rox!” Chris teases.

“Uh-oh nothing,” Spence says as he turns and holds his hand out to me, “Rox, you’re coming too.”

“No, this is all you,” I shake my head.

“No, it isn’t,” he shakes his head and tugs at my hand, pulling me to my feet.

Esmeralda gazes at me for a moment then smiles.

“My, what a beautiful young senorita,” she nods in approval then reaches her other hand out to take mine, “I’ll take good care of both of you.”

Before I can protest, Esmeralda is between Spence and me, holding our hands and leading us away from our friends, and into a room curtained off from the rest of the club. All there is in the dim room is a sleek black leather sofa, a complicated and expensive-looking stereo, and a few wooden chairs off to the side. Spence and I stand there awkwardly, not knowing what to do with ourselves as Esmeralda releases our hands and goes to grab two of the wooden chairs. We watch with curiosity as she places the chairs slightly less than a meter apart, facing each other.

“Come, sit,” she instructs, her voice is seductive.

Spence and I follow orders, and each take a seat. We smile at each other, wondering what’s going to happen next.

“Such a sexy couple you two,” Esmeralda comments as we hear the music turning on.

She comes over and stands between us, and starts wiggling her hips in a slow, sexy way that I could never quite accomplish. She turns towards Spence and runs her hands along his chest before stepping around him so that she is behind him. She leans down until her lips are close to his ear.

“For you, no touching,” she instructs loudly enough so that I can hear her.

She glances up and winks at me as she grabs his arms and pulls them back, so they are behind the chair, then I hear the sound of metal clinking.

“Handcuffs, really?” Spence chuckles.

What?

“Just to ensure you behave,” she says, coming back around to his front.

Then she turns to me.

“Are you going to handcuff me too?” I ask a little nervously.

“No, honey, not for you,” she shakes her head and smiles at me.

She starts dancing again, and we both watch her, mesmerized. The way she moves is so sexy and beautiful. I wish I had that kind of confidence. Suddenly, Esmeralda moves and sits down on my lap, with her back against my front. She leans back against me and reaches for my hands and pulls them up, running them down her chest to her toned stomach.

I’m feeling very warm, and realize that this is very hot, as in, I’m becoming aroused. I look over Esmeralda's shoulder at Spence, who is watching us like a hawk. His eyes are burning into us with what I can only assume, is desire. Esmeralda reaches behind her and unclasps her top, sliding it off of herself and dropping it to the floor before reaching for my hands again and placing them on her breasts. Holy shit!

“I thought to touch was forbidden,” Spence asks, his voice a little hoarse.

“I won’t tell if you don’t,” she replies.

She stands up then and goes over to Spence and starts dancing on and around him. I watch her, and he’s watching me.

“I want you to dance for her again,” Spence requests, but it almost sounds like an order.

“As you wish,” she sings before returning to me.

This time she sits on my lap, facing me, and I automatically place my hands on her legs.

She throws her head back and makes a few moves that require some significant balance and flexibility. I look at Spence again, and he’s practically squirming in his seat.

“Is this to your liking, sir?” Esmeralda asks Spence as she turns in my lap again.

“Yes,” he answers, “In fact, I’m getting a little uncomfortable over here.”

“Perhaps when I finish, I leave you two alone for the moment, yes?” she says.

I like this Esmeralda. She’s a pro.

“Yes,” he nods.

Oh god.

“As you wish,” she nods at him then returns her attention to me.

“Victor bought this for you,” I murmur as the gorgeous woman gyrates herself on me.

“Trust me, baby, I’m getting plenty entertained,” Spence grunts.

Soon, Esmeralda finishes up her dance and releases Spence’s hands from the cuffs.

“That was awesome, Esmeralda,” I compliment her as she puts her top back on.

I stand, and she gives me a lingering hug. Spence stays planted in his seat.

“My pleasure. Now, how about you work on your own,” Esmeralda releases me from her arms and winks at me, then smiles at Spence.

“Thank you, Esmeralda,” Spence says smoothly. He reaches over and hands her a wad of cash, “we’re going to need a moment.”

“Take all the time you need. I’ll make sure nobody bothers you,” she tells him before disappearing behind the curtain.

“Get over here,” Spence orders, his voice low.

“Seriously? Here?” I ask.

“Right fucking now,” he confirms.

I go over to him, and he grabs my hand and places it on his crotch. He’s rock hard.

“You liked that, did you?” I smile, squeezing him slightly, and he closes his eyes for a second.

When he opens them again, they are on fire. I know this look- I’m in for it now.

“Now, as much as I’d like to make this last, we better be quick,” he says, undoing his belt, “I’m glad you wore a dress, take your panties off.”

I do as I’m told, and Spence undoes his pants and they fall to his ankles. He sits back down on the chair. I stand in front of him, and I look down at him, practically panting already. I watch as he licks his fingers and reaches up and under my short dress, stroking my sex.

“My, my, someone’s all ready to go. Did we like the dancer?” he croons, inserting a finger inside me, causing my knees to buckle.

He grabs me then and pulls me down so that I straddle his lap. He positions himself, and slowly, I lower myself down onto his waiting cock.

“Oh fuck that feels good,” I groan.

“You fucking love it,” he growls.

He grabs my hips, and I grab hold of his shoulders as I start moving up and down on him slowly.

“Faster baby,” he orders.

I start gyrating on him, back and forth, up and down, all the while trying to control my groans.

“That’s it, Rox,” Spence says through his teeth, also trying to be quiet.

I can feel myself starting to climb- and fast. This whole scenario is just so crazy, but I’m finding that it has me turned on like crazy. Fucking my sexy as hell fiancé in a private room in the back of a strip club in Vegas after a gorgeous dancer gets us all warmed up.

“God, Spence,” I breathe, “I’m gonna come.”

He slows his thrusts a fraction and swivels his hips underneath me, giving me just the right amount of pressure- Bam! I cry out loudly, and Spence quickly covers my mouth with one of his hands, muffling the noise. I feel him tense up, and soon he finds his release- but he does a better job at being quiet about it.

“I can’t believe we just did that,” I giggle, a little breathless, and Spence flashes me his panty-dropping smile, although it’s a little late for that now.

“It’s Vegas, baby.”
