Chapter 13

“Let’s go, Juliette,” Sean yelled up the stairs. He was about ready to go and Juliette, which he knew, was taking her sweet time. “I’m coming!” She yelled back down the stairs as she looked in the mirror one last time. She looked a little better then yesterday, her skin was a bit better. Still pale but better than yesterday.

Jogging down the steps she was met with an annoyed face and an impatient face. She smiled sweetly at them. “Ready?”

“Are we there yet?”

“No Juliette.”

“When will we get there?”

“Soon Juliette.”

Juliette huffed as she sat back and stared out the window. Biting on her fingers she watched the many stores past by, the boys refused to tell her where they were taking her and she racked her brain trying to figure out where in the hell could they be taking her.

Her life had been put on hold of everything after what happened at the club. She tried to refuse the thoughts but they always entered her mind. Why did that happen to her? Why her? She didn’t deserve that and she knew this with all her heart. So why did it feel like she was being punished for something?

She wiped the lonely tears that fell from her eyes. She didn’t want to cry anymore, she was sick and tired of crying and being the weak damsel in distress. She wanted to be strong, strong like the women in the books she read. Strong as the characters in movies. She just wanted to be more.

Sebastian made a noise of acknowledgment seeing as he was the one driving and Sean looked at her. Frowning when noticing her tears but she shook her head when noticing that he was going to speak about it. She didn’t want to get into it at the moment and he understood this. Though the look in his eyes suggested that they would indeed talk about it.

“I want to take up kickboxing.”

“Yeah? What brought this thought up?” Sean said raising an eyebrow. She shrugged her shoulders. “I just think that it would be a great hobby to help me mentally.” Sebastian nodded his head, seeing the fair point she was bringing to the table. “Okay, we’ll discuss it further after we get home, okay?”

She nodded her head and Sean smiled at her. She smiled back in instant time. “I love you guys.” The twins practically melted at her words. “We love you too beautiful.” This also brought a giggle from her mouth, knowing she could turn them to putty with a few meaningful words.

Just as they did with her. That warm feeling returned back to her chest at their words. Sebastian nodded his head to the soft music as he continued to their destination. It was pretty far but he hoped to bring a smile to Juliette's face. He just wanted to see her genuinely happy, so did Sean as he turned back in his seat. Looking quickly at his phone, he swiped away the notifications stopping when he noticed one specific notification.

It was an email.

He turned to Sebastian before diverting his attention back to his phone. He refused to open it up in fear of what it could bring for his little family. He didn’t need any more stress on his beautiful girl. He just wanted her to relax and not worry about anything else except the trip to Hawaii.

He turned his phone off not letting his mind worry about it. He would talk to Sebastian later on in the night when Juliette went to bed. He didn’t need the monster taunting her over this.

“Juliette, we’re almost there.” Juliette smiled and clapped her hands excitedly. “Yay, I can finally see what you guys been keeping from me.” She looked at the two who by the way looked away grinning. “Oh, babydoll there was a reason why we kept you from this.” Sebastian started off. “Yeah, it’s something we both knew you would love,” Sean said as they rolled into a parking lot.

Sebastian turned the car off before turning around to face Juliette who was staring out the window. “Don’t you dare tell me!” She stated excitement clear in her voice as she hurried to unbuckle her seatbelt. She opened the door, quick to hop out before squealing.

“Oh my gosh, you guys! A carnival!”

She jumped at Sebastian, wrapping her legs around his waist while her arms wrapped around his neck. She brought her lips towards his kissing him passionately. She pulled back and Sebastian let her down as she walked over to the other brother grinning as she pulled him down to devour his lips. She would let herself enjoy this and feast on the happiness these boys brought to her.

“Thank you, guys!” She said clear gratefulness in her tone. “Our beautiful flower, you deserve this,” Sebastian said as he grabbed her right hand. “You deserve much more. So much more.” Sean said while grabbing her left hand. “And we plan to give it to you,” Sebastian said before they both kissed her on her cheeks.

Juliette was smiling as tears streamed down her face. She couldn’t help but be emotional over their words as she pulled her hand away from Sebastian and quickly wiped her tears away. “Thank you, guys. Seriously I don’t have words for how grateful I am for the both of you.”

“We are here to make sure you’re happy and content. I love you, Juliette.” Sebastian said as he grabbed her hand once more and used the other to wipe the other tears from her eyes. “I love you, Juliette,” Sean said as he brought her hand up to his lips and kissed it. Juliette blushed her flushed face becoming red. “I love you guys too.” She said as she pecked both their cheeks.

With that they walked towards the carnival, Juliette was excited as she pointed out the many things that were laid out. The twins promising her that they would get on all the rides there, especially the Ferris Wheel itself.
