Chapter 28: Blinfolds

The nerve of Noah!

We had been sat watching movies, having a nice evening, when he decided to go and drag me outside and chuck me into the pool!

And to say the water was cold was an understatement!

I came back to the surface of the water and held my hand out for him to help me up.

“Nope. I know what your little devious mind is thinking, Miss Price.”

Oh he had no idea!

I went to the stairs and pulled myself out of the pool.

Slowly walking over to him, he just laughed.

“You’re right. I did have something planned. But as I said before,” I trailed my finger along his well defined chest and leaned in, “I can’t stay mad at you.”

I whispered the last part and he leaned in further to try to kiss me, which gave the perfect opportunity to push him in the pool.

The look on his face was priceless!

When he came back up, his smile said one thing but his eyes said another.

I stood, clutching my stomach from laughter for a second while he got out. Now he was stalking towards me and the eyes said run.

So I did.

Running through the back door into the house, I could hear his footfalls behind me.

I turned around to check where he was and he was right behind me.

Before I had chance to keep running, he grabbed me and threw me over his shoulder, causing a gasp to leave my body.

He carried me all the way to the room and threw me on the bed.

He hovered over me and brushed the hair out of my face.

“That was a really bad idea, babe.” he smirked before claiming my lips.

This man was going to be the death of me.

Today we were going to the new office to check it out.

The new staff were being interviewed in 2 days and would be starting next week so everything by this point best be perfect.

We walked in to the foyer and it was fresh and a lot different from when we bought the place.

We were taken on a tour of all 25 floors and they looked great. The designer really captured what we were going for.

Once we had finished the walk around, Noah asked the driver to take us some place.

“Now, don’t freak out. But, I need to blindfold you.” he said.

Holy shit! I’m freaking out a little!

I let him do it anyway.

All my senses were heightened.

It was about 20 minutes in the car until we stopped.

I tried to listen to all the sounds to figure out where we were but nothing stood out.

My door opened making me jump.

He grabbed my hand and pulled me out the car.

I heard him whisper something to the driver about the trunk.

Now I was definitely freaking out.

“Are you going to kill me?”

He came and wrapped his arms around my waist and kissed my forehead.

“Not yet, babe.” he chuckled.

Jackass!

He started moving us again but I kept tripping over my feet.

He grabbed me and carried me the rest of the way.

When we reached our destination, he put me down and slowly took down the blindfold, revealing...…

My breath was knocked out of me.

Of course he has a yacht!

I shook my head at my thoughts and he led me inside.

The driver showed up with luggage.

“What’s all that for?” I asked.

“We will be spending the night on here on the water. I’ve been wanting you to myself all day. This is the perfect opportunity. ”

He held me by my waist and kissed me on the forehead.

“Have a look round while I set us off.”

He went up a flight of stairs, to where I have no idea.

I looked through the rooms down here.

The kitchen for once wasn’t marble! It was a glittery laminate with oak cupboards. The oven was built into the wall while the hob rested on one of the surfaces.

The living room was open plan near the kitchen. The windows allowed the light to pour in and the sofa wrapped around the entire end of the boat. There was a TV mounted on the wall with numerous pieces of tech that looked scary.

The bedroom was surprisingly spacious. The bed was surrounded by mirrored furniture which gave the room a classy feel. The door in the corner led to the en-suite. It contained a granite sink and shower and in the back corner was a large jacuzzi.

Going back towards the kitchen, I took the stairs, openeing up to a deck.

At one end stood Noah, steering the boat. The other had seating and a railing that you could stand and watch the water.

I went to the railing and watched as the lights from the city faded away and welcomed the darkness and rippling water.

It was so calming.

I had zoned out and Noah snuck up on me.

We were quite far out now and stopped, there was no one else around.

He wrapped his arms around my waist from behind and looked out with me.

If only we could stay like this forever.

He moved my hair to the side and kissed my neck.

With one word, ”Mine" , he then spun me to face him and kissed me properly.

It was sweet, passionate and exactly what was needed.

My hands lifted up to his hair and lightly pulled it. I knew it drove him crazy but I couldn’t help it.

He parted my lips with his tongue and went for it.

Somehow we ended up in the bedroom.
