Bonus Chapter- Bailey 1

'I'm not sure what you are saying.'

She seemed to be nervous, her words spilling out of her mouth erratically as I gazed at her.

'Sure you do. I need you to convince her to come on a date with me. You are her best friend after all.'

I noticed her glance around, her grey eyes captivating me as she bit her lip nervously.

She jumped as I spoke, and I wondered if she was always this awkward. She made an odd sound, and I tried not to smile. She was fucking cute.

'Would you say no to me?' I breathed, stepping closer to her. She smelled like vanilla. Suddenly her eyes fell on something behind me and I felt my stomach lurch with jealousy. It was only Ray, thank fuck.

'I'll have a word.' She said quietly as she pushed past me, latching her arm with Rays as I watched her leave.

I realised my heart was pounding, as I stared after her for the second time that week. I couldn't quite explain it, but that girl had me twisted and I didn't know why.
